目的探讨关节镜下关节清理术联合红花化瘀汤熏蒸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的近期、远期疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2017年1月收治的120例KOA患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用关节镜下关节... 目的探讨关节镜下关节清理术联合红花化瘀汤熏蒸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的近期、远期疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2017年1月收治的120例KOA患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用关节镜下关节清理术联合红花化瘀汤熏蒸治疗,对照组采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗,对比两组患者的血液流变学变化及近远期疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者术后膝关节肿胀程度逐渐缓解,组间、不同时间点、组间×不同时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数升高(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年,两组治疗后骨性关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)、关节活动度、最大屈曲度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)改善,组间、不同时间点、组间×不同时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者无不良反应发生。结论关节镜下关节清理术联合红花化瘀汤熏蒸对于KOA患者血液流变学的改善、膝关节功能的调节及术后疼痛、肿胀的缓解具有积极的促进作用,能够从根本上提高KOA临床治疗的近远期疗效。 展开更多

A new process of extracting vanadium from the stone coal vanadium ore in Fangshankou, Dtmhuang area of Gansu Province, China was introduced. Various leaching experiments were carried out, and the results show that the vanadium ore in Fangshankou is difficult to process due to its high consumption of acid and the high leaching rate of impurities. However, the leaching rate can be up to 80% and the content of V2O5 in the residue can be between 0.22%-0.25% in the process of ore fme grinding→oxidation roasting→mixing and ripening→aqueous leaching→P2O4 solvent extraction→sulfuric acid stripping→oxidation and precipitation→decomposition by heat. Also, the quality of flaky V205 produced by this process can meet the requirements of GB3283--87. The total leaching rate of vanadium is 70%. Also, three types of wastes are easy to treat. The vanadium extraction process is better in relation to the aspect of environmental protection than the sodium method. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of nanoparticle nucleation and coagulation in a mixing layer with sulfuric acid vapor binary system is performed using the large eddy simulation and the direct quadrature method of moment. The distributions of number concentration, volume concentration, and average diameter of nanoparticles are obtained. The results show that the coherent structures have an important effect on the distributions of number concentration, volume concentration and average diameter of nanoparticles via continuously transporting and diffusing the nanoparticles to the area of low particle concentration. In the streamwise direction, the number concentration of nanoparticles decreases, while the volume concentration and the average diameter increase. The distributions of number concentration, volume concentration and average diameter of nanoparticles are spatially inhomogeneous. The characteristic time of nucleation is shorter than that of coagulation. The nucleation takes place more easily in the area of low temperature because where the number concentration of nanoparticles is high, while the intensity of coagulation is mainly affected by the number concentration. Both nucleation and coagulation result in the variation of average diameter of nanoparticles. 展开更多

Objective Current commercially available immunological tests cannot be used for discriminating active tuberculosis(TB)from latent TB infection.To evaluate the value of biomarker candidates in the diagnosis of active TB,this study aimed to identify differentially expressed genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)between patients with active TB and individuals with latent TB infection by transcriptome sequencing.Methods The differentially expressed genes in unstimulated PBMCs and in Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)antigen-stimulated PBMCs from patients with active TB and individuals with latent TB infection were identified by transcriptome sequencing.Selected candidate genes were evaluated in cohorts consisting of 110 patients with TB,30 individuals with latent TB infections,and 50 healthy controls by quantitative real-time RT-PCR.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was performed to calculate the diagnostic value of the biomarker candidates.Results Among the differentially expressed genes in PBMCs without Mtb antigen stimulation,interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 3(IFIT3)had the highest area under curve(AUC)value(0.918,95%CI:0.852-0.984,P<0.0001)in discriminating patients with active TB from individuals with latent TB infection,with a sensitivity of 91.86%and a specificity of 84.00%.In Mtb antigen-stimulated PBMCs,orosomucoid 1(ORM1)had a high AUC value(0.833,95%CI:0.752-0.915,P<0.0001),with a sensitivity of 81.94%and a specificity of 70.00%.Conclusion IFIT3 and ORM1 might be potential biomarkers for discriminating active TB from latent TB infection. 展开更多

Objective Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb),the causative agent of tuberculosis(TB),causes an estimated 1.6 million human deaths annually,but the pathogenesis of TB remains unclear.Immunity plays a critical role in the onset and outcome of TB.This study aimed to uncover the roles of innate and adaptive immunity in TB.Methods The gene expression profiles generated by RNA sequencing from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)stimulated with or without Mtb strain H37Rv antigens were analyzed.A total of 973 differentially expressed mRNAs were identified.Results The differentially expressed genes were enriched in innate immunity signaling functions.The mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor(MET)gene was significantly upregulated in CD14^(+)monocytes.A MET inhibitor improved the uptake of the BCG strain by monocytes and macrophages as well as inhibited the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO).The expression of IDO was increased in PBMCs stimulated with Mtb antigens,and the IDO inhibitor promoted the expression of CD40,CD83,and CD86.Conclusion Our results might provide clues regarding the immunomodulatory mechanisms used by Mtb to evade the host defense system. 展开更多

天然交联剂京尼平交联壳聚糖稀溶液可得到具有生物相容性的纳米凝胶.利用非对称流场流分离(AF4)对该纳米凝胶交联过程中的尺寸分布及结构演化进行系统研究,发现纳米凝胶分子量分布很宽,跨越3个数量级,但尺寸分布较窄.为探究该规律的普适... 天然交联剂京尼平交联壳聚糖稀溶液可得到具有生物相容性的纳米凝胶.利用非对称流场流分离(AF4)对该纳米凝胶交联过程中的尺寸分布及结构演化进行系统研究,发现纳米凝胶分子量分布很宽,跨越3个数量级,但尺寸分布较窄.为探究该规律的普适性,系统研究了预聚物链的分子量以及交联剂浓度对于凝胶行为的影响.发现:(1)不同分子量预聚物得到的纳米凝胶具有相似的尺寸与分子量分布特征,其中相同分子量产物的特征尺寸会随着预聚物分子量的降低而减小,这一现象是由于达到相同尺寸时,低分子量预聚物形成凝胶支化程度更高造成的,这一结论也进一步通过分析比较反应程度与链内密度得到证实;(2)随着交联浓度的提高,凝胶特征尺寸先逐渐降低再逐渐升高.这是由于京尼平具有2个交联位点,交联分两步进行,尺寸降低是由于链内交联密度增加造成纳米凝胶网络结构塌缩,后续尺寸升高是由于第一步交联过度后,反而不利于第二步交联的进行;(3)制备的壳聚糖-京尼平纳米凝胶由于其尺寸的均一性和亲疏水平衡性,可作高效乳化剂制备Pickering乳液:仅需要0.57wt%的壳聚糖纳米凝胶就可以制备稳定的含油量可高达90%的Pickering乳液. 展开更多

Piezoresistive composite elastomers have shown great potentials for wearable and flexible electronic applications due to their high sensitivity,excellent frequency response,and easy signal detection.A composition membrane sensor with an interlocked structure has been developed and demonstrated outstanding pressure sensitivity,fast response time,and low temperature drift features.Compared with a flexible MXene-based flat sensor(Ti_(3)C_(2)),the interlocked sensor exhibits a significantly improved pressure sensitivity of two magnitudes higher(21.04 kPa^(-1)),a fast reaction speed of 31 ms,and an excellent cycle life of 5000 test runs.The viability of sensor in responding to various external stimuli with high deformation capacity has been confirmed by calculating the force distribution of a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)film model with a microlens structure using the solid mechanics module in COMSOL.Unlike conventional process,we utilized three-dimensional(3D)laser-direct writing lithography equipment to directly transform high-precision 3D data into a micro-nano structure morphology through variable exposure doses,which reduces the hot melting step.Moreover,the flexible pressure device is capable of detecting and distinguishing signals ranging from finger movements to human pulses,even for speech recognition.This simple,convenient,and large-format lithographic method offers new opportunities for developing novel human-computer interaction devices. 展开更多
