Effect of Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction on Gastric Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Liver-Stomach Stagnation Heat Type

[Objectives]To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction on gastric function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of liver-stomach heat stagnation type.[Methods]Seventy-two elderly patients with CAG of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type were randomly divided into study group and control group.The two groups were treated with Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction and Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets respectively.The curative effect of TCM syndromes,serum pepsinogen I and II(PG-I and PG-II),gastrin-17(G-17)and quality of life(SF-36 table)scores of gastric function indicators before and after treatment were observed.[Results]After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%(35/36),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of gastric function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=12.239,6.010,5.928,10.420,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.520,10.335,11.300,9.693,P<0.05).[Conclusions]Jianpi Xiaowei Decoction can achieve significant curative effect in the treatment of CAG with liver and stomach stagnation heat type in the elderly,and can significantly improve the key gastrointestinal hormone levels and quality of life of elderly patients.It is worthy of promotion in the same clinical cases. 展开更多

To address the limitations of conventional nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems,this work developed enzyme and reduction dual-responsive polymeric micelles.These micelles were synthesized with copolymers composed of TPGS_(3350)-PVGLIG-DOX(TPD)and FA-SS-DOX(FSD),which endow them with tumor-targeted drug delivery capabilities.TPGS_(3350)contributes to extending the circulation of micelles in body,augmenting their accumulation in tumor tissues via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect.Upon localized the tumor site,matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)cleaves the PVGLIG peptide moiety within the micelles,thereby releasing TPGS_(3350)and exposing the targeting ligand of folate.This approach enables the subsequent internalization of the micelles by tumor cells through folate receptor-mediated endocytosis.After internalization,the high intracellular concentration of glutathione(GSH)triggers the reduction of the disulfide bond within the FA-SS-DOX,leading to the release of the anticancer-drug doxorubicin(DOX),which promotes apoptosis in the tumor cells and enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy. 展开更多

近年来,金属-有机骨架材料(MOFs)因为具有优异的骨架结构、丰富的孔隙度和多功能性,吸引了众多研究者的注意,各种各样的MOFs材料和MOF基复合材料被研制。但是由于MOFs大多以晶体和粉末的形式存在,其本身的刚性和易碎性限制了它的实际应... 近年来,金属-有机骨架材料(MOFs)因为具有优异的骨架结构、丰富的孔隙度和多功能性,吸引了众多研究者的注意,各种各样的MOFs材料和MOF基复合材料被研制。但是由于MOFs大多以晶体和粉末的形式存在,其本身的刚性和易碎性限制了它的实际应用,同时MOFs在溶液中的不稳定性会导致材料的分解,一些高结晶度的MOFs还十分脆弱易碎且不易加工,因此有研究者将MOFs与水凝胶相结合,开发出许多具有优异性能的MOF基水凝胶材料。本文综述了MOF基水凝胶材料近年的研究进展,重点介绍了MOF基水凝胶的种类及其与其他材料的协同作用,讨论了MOF基水凝胶在传感、催化、水处理、伤口敷料和药物载体等方面的优势。MOF基水凝胶具有的可加工性、稳定性、易处理性为MOFs在实际应用中的研究具有指导意义。我们概述了纯MOF水凝胶、MOF@生物有机大分子水凝胶、MOF@生物相容性水凝胶,其他MOF基复合水凝胶的最新进展以及这些复合材料的应用。 展开更多
