Time series prediction has always been an important problem in the field of machine learning.Among them,power load forecasting plays a crucial role in identifying the behavior of photovoltaic power plants and regulating their control strategies.Traditional power load forecasting often has poor feature extraction performance for long time series.In this paper,a new deep learning framework Residual Stacked Temporal Long Short-Term Memory(RST-LSTM)is proposed,which combines wavelet decomposition and time convolutional memory network to solve the problem of feature extraction for long sequences.The network framework of RST-LSTM consists of two parts:one is a stacked time convolutional memory unit module for global and local feature extraction,and the other is a residual combination optimization module to reduce model redundancy.Finally,this paper demonstrates through various experimental indicators that RST-LSTM achieves significant performance improvements in both overall and local prediction accuracy compared to some state-of-the-art baseline methods. 展开更多

【目的】前山带是天山北坡山地-绿洲-荒漠生态系统的重要组成部分,探讨植物对干旱胁迫的动态生理适应性和抗旱性评价方法,筛选植被恢复的适宜树种,对该区域植被生态恢复具有重要意义。【方法】以新疆天山北坡前山带种植的12种植物为研... 【目的】前山带是天山北坡山地-绿洲-荒漠生态系统的重要组成部分,探讨植物对干旱胁迫的动态生理适应性和抗旱性评价方法,筛选植被恢复的适宜树种,对该区域植被生态恢复具有重要意义。【方法】以新疆天山北坡前山带种植的12种植物为研究对象,观测灌水后土壤水分时空变化,分析干旱和复水对植物光合和抗逆生理指标的影响,采用主成分分析评价12种植物的抗旱能力。【结果】(1)干旱胁迫后,土壤水分散失在0-20 cm层最快,20-40 cm层次之,40-60 cm层最慢,不同植物采用不同策略改变生长情况来适应干旱;(2)干旱胁迫后,叶片净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))、PSⅡ潜在活性(F_(v)/F_(o))、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))、电子传递速率(ETR)和叶绿素含量降低,而抗逆生理指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及非光化学淬灭系数(qN)升高,复水后各指标都有一定程度的恢复,但均未达到初始水平;(3)主成分分析结果显示,Pn、叶绿素含量、ETR和MDA含量等指标贡献率较大,梭梭、柽柳、刺蔷薇和柠条锦鸡儿抗旱性较强,‘中亚沙棘’、‘新棘5号’、‘新棘1号’和山杏次之,而‘新棘4号’、‘新棘3号’、文冠果和‘新棘2号’较弱。【结论】Pn、叶绿素含量、ETR和MDA含量可作为评价植物适应干旱的重要指标;新疆天山北坡前山带植被生态恢复应优先选择梭梭、柽柳、刺蔷薇及柠条锦鸡儿进行建植。 展开更多

3D printing-based supercapacitors have been extensively explored,yet the rigid rheological requirement for corresponding ink preparation significantly limits the manufacturing of true 3D architecture in achieving supe... 3D printing-based supercapacitors have been extensively explored,yet the rigid rheological requirement for corresponding ink preparation significantly limits the manufacturing of true 3D architecture in achieving superior energy storage.We proposed the stereolithographic technique to fabricate the metallic composite lattices with octet-truss arrangement by using electroless plating and engineering the 3D hierarchically porous graphene onto the scaffolds to build the hierarchically cellular lattices in quasi-solid supercapacitor application.The supercapacitor device that is composed of composite lattices span several pore size orders from nm to mm holds promising behavior on the areal capacitance(57.75 mF cm-2),rate capability(70% retention,2-40 mA cm-2),and long lifespan(96% after 5000 cycles),as well as superior energy density of 0.008 mWh cm-2,which are comparable to the state-of-the-art carbon-based supercapacitor.By synergistically combining this facile stereolithographic 3D printing technology with the hierarchically porous graphene architecture,we provide a novel route of manufacturing energy storage device as well as new insight into building other high-performance functional electronics. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Bone metastases (BMs) from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an increasingly common disease in Asia. We assessed the clinical features, prognostic factors, and differences in outcomes related to BMs among patients with different treatments for HCC. METHODS: Forty-three consecutive patients who were diagnosed with BMs from HCC between January 2010 and December 2014 were retrospectively enrolled. The clinical features were identified, the impacts of prognostic factors on survival were statistically analyzed, and clinical data were compared. RESULTS: The median patient age was 54 years; 38 patients were male and 5 female. The most common site for BMs was the trunk (69.3%). BMs with extension to the soft tissue were found in 14 patients (32.5%). Most (90.7%) of the lesions were mixed osteolytic and osteoblastic, and most (69.8%) patients presented with multiple BMs. The median survival after BMs diagnosis was 11 months. In multivariate analyses, survival after BM diagnosis was correlated with Karnofsky performance status (P=0.008) and the Child-Pugh classification (P<0.001); BM-free survival was correlated with progression beyond the University of California San Francisco criteria (P<0.001) and treatment of primary tumors (P<0.001). BMs with extension to soft tissue were less common in liver transplantation patients. During metastasis, the control of intrahepatic tumors was improved in liver transplantation and hepatectomy patients, compared to conservatively treated patients. CONCLUSIONS: The independent prognostic factors of survival after diagnosis of BMs were the Karnofsky performance status and Child-Pugh classification. HCC patients developed BMs may also benefit from liver transplantation or hepatectomy. 展开更多

将FMCW雷达检测到的人体生命体征信号,用于预测未来一段时间内人体生命体征信号是否异常,具有明显的应用价值。该方向当前研究主要针对如何进一步降低重构误差、提升生命体征信号的预测精度。为此,本文提出一种自适应变分模态分解-长短... 将FMCW雷达检测到的人体生命体征信号,用于预测未来一段时间内人体生命体征信号是否异常,具有明显的应用价值。该方向当前研究主要针对如何进一步降低重构误差、提升生命体征信号的预测精度。为此,本文提出一种自适应变分模态分解-长短期记忆神经网络的生命体征信号预测方法。针对静止状态下的人体,通过雷达采集到的生命体征信号,采用粒子群算法优化变分模态分解VMD的模态分量个数K和惩罚系数α的值,实现自适应选取后用于VMD分解,再将分解后的模态分量进行叠加重构。采用粒子群算法优化长短期记忆网络模型中的网络层数、学习率、正则化系数等3个参数,自适应选取合适的参数组合,将重构后的信号通过优化后的LSTM网络进行预测。实验结果显示本文所提预测方法在10位志愿者的预测结果与原始数据的均方根误差平均值为0.017 188 9,平均绝对误差的平均值为0.007 158,相较于当前其他研究,预测精度上有明显提升。 展开更多

旨在比较不同年龄段牦牛皱胃指数测定、转录组表达谱的变化,挖掘影响牦牛皱胃发育代谢的信号通路和关键基因,为进一步探讨牦牛皱胃发育机制提供理论基础。本研究对1日龄、20日龄、60日龄、15月龄与3岁的牦牛皱胃组织进行转录组测序,对... 旨在比较不同年龄段牦牛皱胃指数测定、转录组表达谱的变化,挖掘影响牦牛皱胃发育代谢的信号通路和关键基因,为进一步探讨牦牛皱胃发育机制提供理论基础。本研究对1日龄、20日龄、60日龄、15月龄与3岁的牦牛皱胃组织进行转录组测序,对转录组数据进行质控、比对、差异表达基因筛选,并对差异表达基因进行GO功能注释和KEGG富集分析。为进一步验证测序数据的可靠性,随机选取5个差异表达基因进行qRT-PCR验证。结果显示,在发育过程中,瘤胃重的增长最快,其次是瓣胃、网胃和皱胃。转录组结果显示,以1日龄组为对照,在20日龄、60日龄、15月龄和3岁组中分别鉴定到1310、1715、1931和2199个差异表达基因,4个组共有基因565个;以前一个时间点为对照,20日龄、60日龄、15月龄和3岁组分别鉴定到1310、861、569和597个差异表达基因,4个对比组共有基因9个。GO功能注释发现,以1日龄组为对照,20日龄、60日龄、15月龄和3岁组分别富集到1191、2578、1117和2835条显著条目,不同年龄组的前10条显著性GO条目中有共有的,也有各年龄阶段特有的条目。KEGG富集分析结果显示,20日龄、60日龄、15月龄和3岁4个年龄段的前30条显著通路中特有信号通路分别为4、1、3和4条,包括ECM受体相互作用、细胞色素P450对外源性物质的代谢和药物代谢-细胞色素P450等与皱胃发育相关的通路。qRT-PCR结果与测序结果基本一致,表明测序结果可靠。通过对牦牛不同发育阶段皱胃组织的转录组测序及生物信息学分析,筛选到与皱胃发育相关的差异表达候选基因,这些基因主要参与胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖分化、细胞分化和免疫调控等过程,其中GKN1、CXCL17、SCNN 1B、SCNN 1G、CCL 5和IGF 2BP3等基因可能在牦牛皱胃发育过程中起着重要作用;进一步筛选到参与皱胃葡萄糖代谢、葡萄糖转运、脂肪酸转运、肽转运等过程相关的信号通路和候选基因,其中GANAB、GBA2、SLC 2A1、SLC 2A3、SLC 2A4、CPT 1B、SLC 15A1等是与牦牛皱胃组织营养代谢和吸收相关的重要候选基因。 展开更多

Objective:In this study,the influence of puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol on the structure and barrier function of tight junctions(TJs)in MadineDarby canine kidney epithelial(MDCK)and MDCK-multi-drug resistance 1(MDR1)cells was evaluated to determine the mechanisms by which the drugs cross the bloodebrain barrier(BBB).Method:Cells were treated with puerarin,paeoniflorin,and menthol followed by immunohistochemical staining with occludin,claudin-1,and F-actin.The cells were then observed using laser-scanning confocal microscopy.Average optical density(AOD)of the immunofluorescence images of the proteins were analyzed using ImageJ software while Transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)was measured using an epithelial voltohmmeter.Results:Confocal microscopy revealed that puerarin-and paeoniflorin-treated tight junction proteins were conspicuous while menthol suppressed their expression.Correspondingly,AOD values of cells treated with puerarin or paeoniflorin,or both showed no difference compared to the control group(P>.05)while the menthol group value was downregulated.In 3 h,TEER of cells not treated with menthol were similar to the control group,while treatment with menthol significantly decreased TEER value(P<.05).In addition,application of menthol decreased TEER in MDCK cells earlier than in MDCK-MDR1 cells.Conclusion:Menthol but not puerarin and paeoniflorin may enhance paracellular transport and improve drug penetration of the BBB by disrupting the structure and,thereby,weakening the barrier function of TJs. 展开更多

Garnet-type Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO) has been recognized as a candidate solid electrolyte for high-safety Lianode based solid-state batteries because of its electro-chemical stability against Li-metal and high ionic conductivity. Solvent(e.g., isopropanol(IPA)) has been commonly applied for preparing LLZO powders and ceramics. However, the deterioration of the proton-exchange between LLZO and IPA/absorbed moisture during the mixing and tailoring route has aroused less attention. In this study, a solvent-free dry milling route was developed for preparing the LLZO powders and ceramics. For orthogonal four categories of samples prepared using solvent-free and IPA-assisted routes in the mixing and tailoring processes, the critical evaluation was conducted on the crystallinity, surficial morphology, and contamination of ascalcinated and as-tailored particles, the cross-sectional microstructure of green and sintered pellets,the morphology and electro-chemical properties of grain boundaries in ceramics, as well as the interfacial resistance and performance of Li anode based symmetric batteries. The wet route introduced Li-rich contaminations(e.g., Li OH·H)_(2)O and Li)_(2)CO)_(3)) onto the surfaces of LLZO particles and Li-Ta-O segregations at the adjacent and triangular grain boundaries. The LLZO solid electrolytes prepared through dry mixing in combination with the dry tailoring route without the use of any solvent were found to the optimal performance. The fundamental material properties in the whole LLZO preparation process were found, which are of guiding significance to the development of LLZO powder and ceramic production craft. 展开更多

Diesel hydrotreatment removes heteroatoms and polycyclic aromatics in diesel in the presence of highpressure hydrogen gas.The hydrogen solubility is the basis for hydrogen consumption prediction and process design/optimization.In the presented study,we established a method to predict the hydrogen solubility of diesel molecules and mixture.A modified Henry equation was proposed to illustrate the hydrogen solubility variation among the temperature and pressure.The parameters of the modified Henry equation for typical molecules were regressed from literature data.Then we established an empirical correlation between the parameter and the structure and property of molecules.The method was then combined with a molecular-level compositional model to accurately predict the hydrogen solubility in diesel,illustrating the validity of the method. 展开更多

Mangiferin is a compound with many pharmacological activities and exists in many natural products.Anhydrous and hydrate of mangiferin have been reported separately in two literatures,but the polymorphism of this compound has not been realized until this paper.In this study,polymorph screening of mangiferin has been carried out and five forms have been obtained including three new forms never reported.Several solid state characterization methods,such as powder X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry,are used to identify and characterize all of mangiferin forms.The comparison of the crystallographic data and hirshfeld surface analysis were first reported for mangiferin anhydrous and hydrate.Furthermore,the studies on stability,transformation and solubility have been undertaken,the results prompt that form V can be used as the dominant polymorph for the development of innovative pharmaceuticals. 展开更多

Characterisation of the Bacteria and Archaea Community Associated with Wild Oysters, At Three Possible Restoration Sites in the North Sea

With 85% of the global oyster reefs destroyed, there is an urgent need for large scale restoration to benefit from the ecosystem services provided by biogenic oyster reefs and their associated biodiversity, including microorganisms that drive marine biogeochemical cycles. This experiment established a baseline for the monitoring of the bacterial and archaeal community associated with wild oysters, using samples from their immediate environment of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Crassostrea gigas and Ostrea edulis, Duikplaats with only C. gigas attached to rocks, and the Dansk Skaldyrcentre, with no onsite oysters. The microbial profiling was carried out through DNA analysis of samples collected from the surfaces of oyster shells and their substrate, the sediment and seawater. Following 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and bioinformatics, alpha indices implied high species abundance and diversity in sediment but low abundance in seawater. As expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes and Thaumarchaeota dominated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs related to Colwellia, Shewanella and Psychrobium differentiated the oysters collected from a reef with those attached to rocks. Duikplaats were distinct for sulfur-oxidizers Sulfurimonas and sulfate-reducers from the Sva 0081 sediment group. Archaea were found mainly in sediments and the oyster associated microbiome, with greater abundance at the reef site, consisting mostly of Thaumarchaeota from the family Nitrosopumilaceae. The oyster free site displayed archaea in sediments only, and algal bloom indicator microorganisms from the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae family and genus [Polaribacter] huanghezhanensis, in addition to the ascidian symbiotic partner, Synechococcus. This study suggests site specific microbiome shifts, influenced by the presence of oysters and the type of substrate. 展开更多

Objective:To obtain a formulation with high bioavailability through evaluation of the stability of three types of Xuesaitong capsules in the stomachs and intestines of rats.We compared the stability of the Panax notoginsenoside R1 as well as the ginsenosides Rg1,Rb1,Re,and Rd in different formulations.Methods:Artificial stomach fluid(ASF)and artificial intestinal fluid(AIF)were prepared.Stability of three types of Xuesaitong capsules was examined for 4 h in stomachs and 24 h in intestines.Samples were analyzed at different times by high-performance liquid chromatography.Percent content of NGR1,GRg1,GRb1,GRe,and GRd at different times was calculated.Results:Hard capsules incubated in ASF disintegrated within 2e3 min,whereas soft capsules disintegrated within 7e8 min.Components in hard capsules were dissolved rapidly in water,with content of each compound reaching 90%in 5 min,and degradation of each compound reaching 30e50%after incubation for 240 min.Dissolution and degradation of each component in soft capsules with a water-soluble base tended to balance at 30 e90 min.Contents in soft capsules with a lipid-soluble base showed slow dissolution after ASF incubation for 120 min.Five saponins in identical types of capsules incubated in ASF had similar stability curves.Contents of hard capsules and soft capsules with a watersoluble base degraded rapidly within 30 min and reached a plateau when Xuesaitong capsules were incubated in AIF. 展开更多

目的探讨经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)在儿童患者应用中术后胰腺炎(post-ERCP pancreatitis,PEP)发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2013年9月—2023年9月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院消... 目的探讨经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)在儿童患者应用中术后胰腺炎(post-ERCP pancreatitis,PEP)发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2013年9月—2023年9月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院消化内镜中心因胆胰疾病接受ERCP诊疗的66例年龄≤16岁患儿的临床资料,分析PEP的发生率及相关影响因素。结果66例患儿共进行ERCP 78例次,诊断性ERCP 5例次,治疗性ERCP 69例次,操作失败4例次,ERCP操作成功率为95%(74/78)。术后共有17例次发生胰腺炎,发生率为22%。PEP组患儿术前胆红素正常比例、术中导丝探插入胰管比例高于非PEP组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,导丝探插入胰管为儿童ERCP PEP发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论随着ERCP在儿童胆胰疾病中应用逐渐增多,术中应选择合适的插管技术,避免导丝盲目进入胰管,减少PEP的发生。 展开更多

目的探讨两种早期预警评分系统对急性冠状动脉综合征患者发生心搏骤停的预测效果。方法采取回顾性病例-对照研究,便利选取2018年12月至2022年12月因急性冠状动脉综合征入某医院急诊科进行治疗的300例患者作为研究对象,按入院24 h后是否... 目的探讨两种早期预警评分系统对急性冠状动脉综合征患者发生心搏骤停的预测效果。方法采取回顾性病例-对照研究,便利选取2018年12月至2022年12月因急性冠状动脉综合征入某医院急诊科进行治疗的300例患者作为研究对象,按入院24 h后是否发生心搏骤停分为病例组(158例)和对照组(142例)。病例组收集患者在心搏骤停发生前30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、16 h、24 h的生命体征,并带入改良早期预警评分量表和重要性早期预警评分量表;对照组随机选择24 h内具有完整资料的时间点与病例组相对应,收集内容及方法同病例组。结果病例组患者心搏骤停前30 min至24 h各个时间点,两个量表评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。心搏骤停前8 h,改良早期预警评分的ROC曲线下面积为0.642,具有较低的预测效能,重要性早期预警评分的ROC曲线下面积为0.783,预测效能中等。心搏骤停发生前的8 h内,重要性早期预警评分的ROC曲线下面积均>0.7,且各值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重要性早期预警评分对各种类型的急性冠状动脉综合征患者发生心搏骤停的ROC曲线下面积均>0.7。结论重要性早期预警评分比改良早期预警评分具有更高的预测效能,能够提前8 h预测心搏骤停的发生,且对各种类型的急性冠状动脉综合征患者均有良好的预测效果,建议临床推广应用。 展开更多
