利用半导体光催化剂(Cd S、g-C_(3)N_(4)、TiO_(2)等)产氢是将太阳能转换为氢能以满足未来能源需求的前瞻性策略之一。在众多光催化剂中,TiO_(2)因其合适的还原电位和出色的化学稳定性而备受关注。然而,TiO_(2)受光激发产生的电子和空... 利用半导体光催化剂(Cd S、g-C_(3)N_(4)、TiO_(2)等)产氢是将太阳能转换为氢能以满足未来能源需求的前瞻性策略之一。在众多光催化剂中,TiO_(2)因其合适的还原电位和出色的化学稳定性而备受关注。然而,TiO_(2)受光激发产生的电子和空穴容易发生猝灭而表现出有限的光催化性能。由于具备优异的导电性和稳定性,石墨烯可以作为一种有效的电子助剂加速光生电子的传输,进而提高TiO_(2)的产氢性能。但是,在光催化反应中,除了光生电子的快速转移外,石墨烯表面的界面产氢反应也非常重要。因此,有必要进一步优化石墨烯的微观结构(功能化石墨烯),以提高石墨烯基TiO_(2)光催化剂的产氢性能。通常,石墨烯的功能化是一个可以在石墨烯表面上引入产氢活性位点的有效策略。与非共价功能化(例如在石墨烯表面上加载Pt,MoSx和CoSx)相比,石墨烯的共价功能化可以通过化学反应将产氢活性位点与石墨烯表面的官能团相结合,并形成强相互作用,有利于界面的产氢反应。本文将开环和酯化反应制备的羧基功能化石墨烯(rGO-COOH)成功地通过超声辅助自组装法修饰TiO_(2)得到高活性的TiO_(2)/rGO-COOH光催化剂。傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱显著增强的―COOH官能团特征峰、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)中的峰面积变化和热重(TG)曲线的质量变化证实了GO向rGOCOOH的成功转变。X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、XPS和紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)等一系列表征可证明TiO_(2)/rGO-COOH光催化剂的成功合成。光催化产氢测试结果表明TiO_(2)/rGO-COOH样品表现出较高的产氢活性(254.2μmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1)·),分别是TiO_(2)/GO和TiO_(2)的2.06和4.48倍。光催化活性提高可归因于羧基功能化石墨烯中具有优异亲核性的羧基可以富集氢离子,并作为有效的产氢活性位点,显著地提高TiO_(2)的界面产氢反应速率。这项研究为我们在光催化产氢领域中开发高活性石墨烯负载的光催化剂提供了新的思路。 展开更多

A 90-year-old man was diagnosed with primary gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(PGDLBL)by PET/CT examination,gastroscopy,biopsy and histopathological analysis at a regular physical check in April,2016.The patient received R-CO chemotherapy(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,and vincristine)and radiotherapy subsequently,with enteral nutritional treatment through 3-cavity nasogastric tube due to development of pyloric obstruction.To satisfy patient's strong desire of eating by himself,we performed surgery of exploratory laparotomy and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RGB)to relieve pylorus obstruction.Postoperatively,the patient resumed oral feeding,supplemented by nasogastric tube feeding at 1350-1550 Kcal daily.He is now 94 years old with fairly well nutrition and normal communication.The outcome of 4 year follow-up suggests that nutritional treatment and palliative medicine are important for improving prognosis and life-quality of very elderly patients with end-stage tumors apart from the effective chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and surgery. 展开更多

Ginkgo biloba L.leaf(GBL)has been reported to protect against ischemic stroke(IS),one of the leading causes of death and longterm disability worldwide,while there is a lack of systematic study on the exact mechanism.Here,network pharmacology and bioinformatics were used to predict the active components,important targets,and potential mechanisms of GBL in the treatment of IS.Active compounds of GBL were screened based on drug-like index and oral bioavailability,key target genes were screened based on network pharmacology and gene chip,downstream pathways for the regulation of key target genes were predicted based on gene set enrichment analysis,and the interaction between key targets and active compounds was verified based on molecular docking.The results showed that GBL played a protective role in cerebral ischemia with mainly 14 active compounds,such as isoquercitrin,luteolin-4’-glucoside,beta-sitosterol,campesterol,diosmetin,ginkgolide B,ginkgolide C,ginkgolide J,ginkgolide M,isogoycyrol,laricitrin,luteolin,sesamin,and stigmasterol.Further studies revealed that GBL played important role in immunomodulation and inflammation inhibition after cerebral ischemia by acting on its peripheral targets ARG1 and MMP9 to regulate Toll-like receptor,Chemokine and Notch signaling pathway.Meanwhile,GBL played important role in reducing neuroinflammation and blood-brain barrier damage after cerebral ischemia by acting on its central targets,CCL2,PTGS2,IL6,IL1B and MMP9 to regulate the Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,Jak-STAT,and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway.Additionally,molecular docking verified that the active compounds mentioned above could bind to ARG1,MMP9,CCL2,PTGS2,IL6,and IL1B.The present study shows the multicomponent,multitarget and multichannel pharmacological effects of GBL on cerebral ischemia and provides a new strategy for the treatment of IS. 展开更多

Avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) is a Gammacoronavirus in the family Coronaviridae and causes highly contagious respiratory disease in chickens. Innate immunity plays significant roles in host defense against IBV. Here, we explored the interaction between IBV and the host innate immune system. Severe histopathological lesions were observed in the tracheal mucosa at 3–5days post inoculation(dpi) and in the kidney at 8 dpi, with heavy viral loads at 1–11 and 1–28 dpi,respectively. The expression of m RNAs encoding Toll-like receptor(TLR) 3 and TLR7 were upregulated at 3–8 dpi, and that of TIR-domain-containing adapter-inducing interferon(IFN) β(TRIF) was upregulated at 21 dpi in the trachea and kidney. Myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88(My D88) was upregulated in the trachea during early infection. Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor(TRAF) 3 and TRAF6 were upregulated expression in both tissues.Moreover, melanoma differentiation-associated protein 5(MDA5), laboratory of genetics and physiology 2(LGP2), stimulator of IFN genes(STING), and mitochondrial antiviral signaling protein(MAVS), as well as TANK binding kinase 1(TBK1), inhibitor of kappa B kinase(IKK) ?, IKKα, IKKβ,IFN regulatory factor(IRF) 7, nuclear factor of kappa B(NF-κB), IFN-α, IFN-β, various interleukins(ILs), and macrophage inflammatory protein-1β(MIP-1β) were significantly upregulated in the trachea and downregulated in the kidney. These results suggested that the TLR and MDA5 signaling pathways and innate immune cytokine were induced after IBV infection. Additionally,consistent responses to IBV infection were observed during early infection, with differential and complicated responses in the kidney. 展开更多
