Objective: To determine the capability of dynamic enhanced computed tomography(CT) to differentiate liver metastases(LMs) of well-differentiated from poorly-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine ne...Objective: To determine the capability of dynamic enhanced computed tomography(CT) to differentiate liver metastases(LMs) of well-differentiated from poorly-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(GEP-NENs).Methods: Patients with LMs of GEP-NENs who underwent dynamic enhanced CT examination in Peking University Cancer Hospital from January 2009 to October 2015 were included and data were retrospectively analyzed. We assessed the qualitative and quantitative CT features to identify the significant differentiating CT features of LMs of poorly-differentiated GEP-NENs from those of well-differentiated GEP-NENs using univariate analysis and a multivariate logistic regression model.Results: The study included 22 patients with LMs of well-differentiated GEP-NENs and 32 patients with LMs of poorly-differentiated GEP-NENs. Univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences between the LMs of well-and poorly-differentiated GEP-NENs in terms of feeding arteries(36.4% vs. 75.0%, χ2=8.061,P=0.005), intratumoral neovascularity(18.2% vs. 59.4%, χ2=9.047, P=0.003), lymphadenopathy(27.3% vs. 81.2%,χ2=15.733, P〈0.001), tumor-to-aortic ratio in the hepatic arterial and portal venous phase(T-A/AP: 0.297±0.080 vs.0.251±0.059, t=2.437, P=0.018; T-A/PVP: 0.639±0.138 vs. 0.529±0.117, t=3.163, P=0.003) and tumor-to-liver ratio in the hepatic arterial phase(T-L/AP: 1.108±0.267 vs. 0.907±0.240, t=2.882, P=0.006). The LMs of poorlydifferentiated GEP-NENs showed more feeding arteries, more intratumoral neovascularity, more lymphadenopathy and a lower tumor-to-aortic ratio. Multivariate analysis suggested that intratumoral neovascularity [P=0.015, OR=0.108, 95% confidence interval(95% CI), 0.018–0.646], lymphadenopathy(P=0.001,OR=0.055, 95% CI, 0.009–0.323) and T-A/PVP(P=0.004, OR=5.3 E–5, 95% CI, 0.000–0.044) were independent factors for differentiating LMs of poorly-differentiated from well-differentiated GEP-NENs.Conclusions: Dynamic enhanced CT features(intratumoral neovascularity, lymphadenopathy and T-A/PVP)are useful in the pathological classification of LMs of GEP-NENs.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of case management nursing service on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:69 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital...Objective:To explore the effect of case management nursing service on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:69 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 69 patients were divided into study group(35 cases)and control group(34 cases).The compliance behavior,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were studied and analyzed.Results:The compliance rate of the control group was 82.35%,and that of the study group was 97.14%;The quality of life in the control group was[61.32±7.66],which was significantly lower than that in the study group[71.12±7.23];The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 73.53%of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of tuberculosis patients,the use of case management nursing service can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve the compliance behavior of patients,and improve the treatment effect of patients,which is worthy of promotion.展开更多
A 3D temperature field reconstruction method using the colored background oriented schlieren(CBOS)method is proposed to address image blurring due to the different refractive index of the multi-wavelength light and si...A 3D temperature field reconstruction method using the colored background oriented schlieren(CBOS)method is proposed to address image blurring due to the different refractive index of the multi-wavelength light and significant errors produced when the traditional background oriented schlieren(BOS)method is applied to high-temperature gas.First,the traditional method is employed to reconstruct the non-uniform 3D temperature field.Second,the CBOS method is applied to correct the distortion.Then,by analyzing the correlation coefficient among different color points of the colored background pattern,the non-uniform temperature field is reconstructed much more accurately.Finally,the experimental results are verified by applying the Runge-Kutta ray-tracing method and the thermocouple contact measurement method.The maximum average temperature error of the CBOS-reconstructed temperature field is 12.92°C,compared with the thermocouples.Therefore,an accurate three-dimensional reconstruction of the temperature field can be achieved by the proposed method effectively.展开更多

Purpose:To study the adverse effects of frailty on elderly cancer patients and explore effective interventions.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 362 elderly cancer patients who were consecutiv...Purpose:To study the adverse effects of frailty on elderly cancer patients and explore effective interventions.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 362 elderly cancer patients who were consecutively admitted to the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from April 2020 to March 2021.The patients had five physical dimensions of activity tested and were divided into a frail group(n=128)and a non-frail group(n=234)based on the test results.The Chinese version of the Vulnerable Elders Questionnaire was formed on the basis of the Vulnerable Elders Survey-13(VES-13).The two groups of patients were surveyed within three days of admission.The questionnaire includes general information(age,gender,education level,marital status,monthly income,living area,smoking,and alcohol history,hearing,vision,and sleep status),Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS),Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).Results:(1)By comparing the general information of the two groups of patients,it was found that the gender,education level,marital status,living area,and history of tobacco and alcohol had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In contrast,the frail group’s age,hearing status,vision status,and sleep status are significantly worse than those of the non-frail group(P<0.05);(2)Analysis of Vulnerable Elderly Questionnaire results found that the GDS scores in the frail group were higher than those in the non-frail group,and the MNA and MMSE scores were lower than those in the non-frail group(P<0.05).This indicated that the patients in the frail group had more severe depression,poor nutritional status,and specific impairments in cognitive function.Conclusion:Frailty adversely affects elderly cancer patients,and effective measures should be taken to intervene.展开更多
Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD f...Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD for sentinel lymph node(SLN)mapping in patients with breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 471 clinically lymph node-negative patients with primary breast cancer.All patients underwent mastectomy,and those undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)were randomized to receive blue dye plus radioisotope(RB group)or BD plus ICG(IB group).The detection performances on SLN identification rate,positive SLN counts,detection sensitivity,and false-negative rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the IB group,97%(194/200)of the patients who underwent the ICG and BD dual tracer injection showed fluorescentpositive lymphatic vessels within 2–5 min.The identification rate of SLNs was comparable between the IB group(99.0%,198/200)and the RB group(99.6%,270/271)(P=0.79).No significant differences were observed in the identification rate of metastatic SLNs(22.5%vs.22.9%,P>0.05,RB group vs.IB group,the same below),positive SLN counts(3.72±2.28 vs.3.91±2.13,P>0.05),positive metastatic SLN counts(0.38±0.84 vs.0.34±0.78,P>0.05),SLNB detection sensitivity(94.4%vs.92.5%,P>0.05),or false-negative rate(5.6%vs.7.5%,P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions:ICG can be used as a promising alternative tracer for radioisotope in SLN mapping,and when it is combined with BD in lymphangiography,it offers comparable detection sensitivity compared to the conventional lymphatic mapping strategies that are widely used in clinical practice.展开更多
Objective: To determine the value of diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI) as an adjunct to dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) for improved accuracy of differential diagnosis between breast du...Objective: To determine the value of diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI) as an adjunct to dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) for improved accuracy of differential diagnosis between breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and invasive breast carcinoma (IBC). Methods: The MRI data of 63 patients pathologically confirmed as breast cancer were analyzed. The conventional MRI analysis metrics included enhancement style, initial enhancement characteristic, maximum slope of increase, time to peak, time signal intensity curve (TIC) pattern, and signal intensity on FS- T2WI. The values of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), directionally-averaged mean diffusivity (D^vg), exponential attenuation (EA), fractional anisotropy (FA), volume ratio (VR) and relative anisotropy (RA) were calculated and compared between DCIS and IBC. Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify independent factors for distinguishing IBC and DCIS. The diagnostic performance of the diagnosis equation was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The diagnostic efficacies of DCE- MRI, DWI and DTI were compared independently or combined. Results: EA value, lesion enhancement style and TIC pattern were identified as independent factor for differential diagnosis of IBC and DCIS. The combination diagnosis showed higher diagnostic efficacy than a single use of DCE-MRI (P=0.02), and the area of the curve was improved from 0.84 (95% CI, 0.67-0.99) to 0.94 (95% CI, 0.85-1.00). Conclusions: Quantitative DTI measurement as an adjunct to DCE-MRI could improve the diagnostic performance of differential diagnosis between DCIS and IBC compared to a single use of DCE-MRI.展开更多

However, the standard FCM algorithm is sensitive to noise because of not taking into account the spatial information in the image. An improved FCM algorithm is proposed to improve the antinoise performance of FCM algorithm. The new algorithm is formulated by incorporating the spatial neighborhood information into the membership function for clustering. The distribution statistics of the neighborhood pixels and the prior probability are used to form a new membership func- tion. It is not only effective to remove the noise spots but also can reduce the misclassified pixels. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is more accurate and robust to noise than the standard FCM algorithm.展开更多
Objective:To explore the correlation between computed tomography(CT)features and combined positive score(CPS)of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in patients with gastric cancer(GC).Methods:This study re...Objective:To explore the correlation between computed tomography(CT)features and combined positive score(CPS)of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in patients with gastric cancer(GC).Methods:This study reviewed an institutional database of patients who underwent GC operation without neoadjuvant chemotherapy between December 2019 and September 2020.The CPS results of PD-L1 expression of postoperative histological examination were recorded by pathology.Baseline CT features were measured,and their correlation with CPS 5 or 10 score groups of PD-L1 expression was analyzed.Results:Data for 153 patients with GC were collected.Among them,124 were advanced GC patients,and 29were early GC patients.None of the CT features significantly differed between CPS groups with a cutoff score of 5and a score of 10 in patients with early GC.In advanced GC,the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10mm was significantly different(P=0.024)between the CPS<5 and CPS≥5 groups.CT features such as tumor attenuation in the arterial phase,long and short diameter of the largest lymph node,the sum of long diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,the sum of short diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,and the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10 mm significantly differed between the CPS<10 and CPS≥10 groups in advanced GC.The sensitivity,specificity and area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of logistic regression model for predicting CPS≥10 was 71.7%,50.0%and 0.671,respectively.Microsatellite instability(MSI)status was significantly different in CPS groups with cutoff score of 5 and 10 in advanced GC patients.Conclusions:CT findings of advanced GC patients with CPS≥10 showed greater arterial phase enhancement and larger lymph nodes.CT has the potential to help screen patients suitable for immunotherapy.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the status of occupational well-being of medical staff in tuberculosis department and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the occupational well-being of medi...Objective:To investigate the status of occupational well-being of medical staff in tuberculosis department and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the occupational well-being of medical staff in tuberculosis department.Methods:In May 2020,we adopted the method of cluster sampling to select staff members from the tuberculosis departments of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University and infectious disease hospital.A total of 139 medical staff were recruited as the research subjects,and were investigated using medical staff occupational well-being scale.Results:The total score of occupational well-being was 76.4697 points,There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in occupational well-being score among tuberculosis medical staff with different age,years of work,job title,night shift,marital status,and occupational type.The influencing factors of occupational well-being were the night shift,years of work,occupational type,and marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of occupational well-being of tuberculosis medical staffs is moderate,and occupational well-being is affected by night shift,years of work,occupational type and marital status.It is recommended that managers take targeted measures to improve the occupational well-being of tuberculosis medical staff.展开更多
B cell response plays a critical role against SARS-CoV-2 infection.However,little is known about the diversity and frequency of the paired SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific BCR repertoire after SARS-CoV-2 infection.Here,we ...B cell response plays a critical role against SARS-CoV-2 infection.However,little is known about the diversity and frequency of the paired SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific BCR repertoire after SARS-CoV-2 infection.Here,we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and VDJ sequencing using the memory and plasma B cells isolated from five convalescent COVID-19 patients,and analyzed the spectrum and transcriptional heterogeneity of antibody immune responses.Via linking BCR to antigen specificity through sequencing(LIBRA-seq),we identified a distinct activated memory B cell subgroup(CD11c^(high) CD95^(high))had a higher proportion of SARS-CoV-2 antigen-labeled cells compared with memory B cells.Our results revealed the diversity of paired BCR repertoire and the non-stochastic pairing of SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific immunoglobulin heavy and light chains after SARS-CoV-2 infection.The public antibody clonotypes were shared by distinct convalescent individuals.Moreover,several antibodies isolated by LIBRA-seq showed high binding affinity against SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain(RBD)or nucleoprotein(NP)via ELISA assay.Two RBD-reactive antibodies C14646P3S and C2767P3S isolated by LIBRA-seq exhibited high neutralizing activities against both pseudotyped and authentic SARS-CoV-2 viruses in vitro.Our study provides fundamental insights into B cell response following SARS-CoV-2 infection at the single-cell level.展开更多
Two phosphorylcarboxylic acids,3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)propanoic acid(PPA) and 3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)-3-phenylpropanoic acid(PPPA),were synthesized for separating yttrium from other rare eart...Two phosphorylcarboxylic acids,3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)propanoic acid(PPA) and 3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)-3-phenylpropanoic acid(PPPA),were synthesized for separating yttrium from other rare earths in the chloride feed of ion-adsorption type rare earth concentrate.The effect of the factors such as pH_(1/2),temperature,saponification degree and phase modifiers was investigated.The separation efficiencies of PPA and PPPA are obviously better than the typical extractants such as sec-octylphenoxy acetic acid(CA-12) and naphthenic acid(NA).The extraction process of rare earths by PPA and PPPA is a cation exchanging reaction,which is similar to those of CA-12 and NA.The loaded rare earths in both PPA and PPPA systems can be effectively back-extracted by 0.5 mol/L HCl or higher concentration.A cascade extraction process for separating yttrium from other rare earths was developed using PPPA as the extractant.The yttrium product with the purity of 97.20 wt% was obtained by 35 stages of extraction and 12 stages of scrubbing.展开更多
The AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signalings are crucial pathways activated in cancers including nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), which is prevalent in southern China and closely related to Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection.How t...The AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signalings are crucial pathways activated in cancers including nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), which is prevalent in southern China and closely related to Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection.How these master pathways are persistently activated in EBV-associated NPC remains to be investigated. Here we demonstrated that EBV-encoded latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) promoted cyclophilin A(CYPA) expression through the activation of NF-κB. The depletion of CYPA suppressed cell proliferation and facilitated apoptosis.CYPA was able to bind to AKT1, thus activating AKT/mTOR/NF-κB signaling cascade. Moreover, the use of mTOR inhibitor, rapamycin, subverted the activation of the positive feedback loop, NF-κB/CYPA/AKT/mTOR. It is reasonable that LMP1 expression derived from initial viral infection is enough to assure the constant potentiation of AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signalings. This may partly explain the fact that EBV serves as a tumor-promoting factor with minimal expression of the viral oncoprotein LMP1 in malignancies. Our findings provide new insight into the understanding of causative role of EBV in tumorigenicity during latent infection.展开更多

文摘A 3D temperature field reconstruction method using the colored background oriented schlieren(CBOS)method is proposed to address image blurring due to the different refractive index of the multi-wavelength light and significant errors produced when the traditional background oriented schlieren(BOS)method is applied to high-temperature gas.First,the traditional method is employed to reconstruct the non-uniform 3D temperature field.Second,the CBOS method is applied to correct the distortion.Then,by analyzing the correlation coefficient among different color points of the colored background pattern,the non-uniform temperature field is reconstructed much more accurately.Finally,the experimental results are verified by applying the Runge-Kutta ray-tracing method and the thermocouple contact measurement method.The maximum average temperature error of the CBOS-reconstructed temperature field is 12.92°C,compared with the thermocouples.Therefore,an accurate three-dimensional reconstruction of the temperature field can be achieved by the proposed method effectively.

文摘Purpose:To study the adverse effects of frailty on elderly cancer patients and explore effective interventions.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 362 elderly cancer patients who were consecutively admitted to the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from April 2020 to March 2021.The patients had five physical dimensions of activity tested and were divided into a frail group(n=128)and a non-frail group(n=234)based on the test results.The Chinese version of the Vulnerable Elders Questionnaire was formed on the basis of the Vulnerable Elders Survey-13(VES-13).The two groups of patients were surveyed within three days of admission.The questionnaire includes general information(age,gender,education level,marital status,monthly income,living area,smoking,and alcohol history,hearing,vision,and sleep status),Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS),Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).Results:(1)By comparing the general information of the two groups of patients,it was found that the gender,education level,marital status,living area,and history of tobacco and alcohol had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In contrast,the frail group’s age,hearing status,vision status,and sleep status are significantly worse than those of the non-frail group(P<0.05);(2)Analysis of Vulnerable Elderly Questionnaire results found that the GDS scores in the frail group were higher than those in the non-frail group,and the MNA and MMSE scores were lower than those in the non-frail group(P<0.05).This indicated that the patients in the frail group had more severe depression,poor nutritional status,and specific impairments in cognitive function.Conclusion:Frailty adversely affects elderly cancer patients,and effective measures should be taken to intervene.

文摘Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD for sentinel lymph node(SLN)mapping in patients with breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 471 clinically lymph node-negative patients with primary breast cancer.All patients underwent mastectomy,and those undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)were randomized to receive blue dye plus radioisotope(RB group)or BD plus ICG(IB group).The detection performances on SLN identification rate,positive SLN counts,detection sensitivity,and false-negative rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the IB group,97%(194/200)of the patients who underwent the ICG and BD dual tracer injection showed fluorescentpositive lymphatic vessels within 2–5 min.The identification rate of SLNs was comparable between the IB group(99.0%,198/200)and the RB group(99.6%,270/271)(P=0.79).No significant differences were observed in the identification rate of metastatic SLNs(22.5%vs.22.9%,P>0.05,RB group vs.IB group,the same below),positive SLN counts(3.72±2.28 vs.3.91±2.13,P>0.05),positive metastatic SLN counts(0.38±0.84 vs.0.34±0.78,P>0.05),SLNB detection sensitivity(94.4%vs.92.5%,P>0.05),or false-negative rate(5.6%vs.7.5%,P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions:ICG can be used as a promising alternative tracer for radioisotope in SLN mapping,and when it is combined with BD in lymphangiography,it offers comparable detection sensitivity compared to the conventional lymphatic mapping strategies that are widely used in clinical practice.

文摘Objective: To determine the value of diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI) as an adjunct to dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) for improved accuracy of differential diagnosis between breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and invasive breast carcinoma (IBC). Methods: The MRI data of 63 patients pathologically confirmed as breast cancer were analyzed. The conventional MRI analysis metrics included enhancement style, initial enhancement characteristic, maximum slope of increase, time to peak, time signal intensity curve (TIC) pattern, and signal intensity on FS- T2WI. The values of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), directionally-averaged mean diffusivity (D^vg), exponential attenuation (EA), fractional anisotropy (FA), volume ratio (VR) and relative anisotropy (RA) were calculated and compared between DCIS and IBC. Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify independent factors for distinguishing IBC and DCIS. The diagnostic performance of the diagnosis equation was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The diagnostic efficacies of DCE- MRI, DWI and DTI were compared independently or combined. Results: EA value, lesion enhancement style and TIC pattern were identified as independent factor for differential diagnosis of IBC and DCIS. The combination diagnosis showed higher diagnostic efficacy than a single use of DCE-MRI (P=0.02), and the area of the curve was improved from 0.84 (95% CI, 0.67-0.99) to 0.94 (95% CI, 0.85-1.00). Conclusions: Quantitative DTI measurement as an adjunct to DCE-MRI could improve the diagnostic performance of differential diagnosis between DCIS and IBC compared to a single use of DCE-MRI.

文摘Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm is one of the most popular methods for image segmentation. However, the standard FCM algorithm is sensitive to noise because of not taking into account the spatial information in the image. An improved FCM algorithm is proposed to improve the antinoise performance of FCM algorithm. The new algorithm is formulated by incorporating the spatial neighborhood information into the membership function for clustering. The distribution statistics of the neighborhood pixels and the prior probability are used to form a new membership func- tion. It is not only effective to remove the noise spots but also can reduce the misclassified pixels. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is more accurate and robust to noise than the standard FCM algorithm.

文摘Objective:To explore the correlation between computed tomography(CT)features and combined positive score(CPS)of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in patients with gastric cancer(GC).Methods:This study reviewed an institutional database of patients who underwent GC operation without neoadjuvant chemotherapy between December 2019 and September 2020.The CPS results of PD-L1 expression of postoperative histological examination were recorded by pathology.Baseline CT features were measured,and their correlation with CPS 5 or 10 score groups of PD-L1 expression was analyzed.Results:Data for 153 patients with GC were collected.Among them,124 were advanced GC patients,and 29were early GC patients.None of the CT features significantly differed between CPS groups with a cutoff score of 5and a score of 10 in patients with early GC.In advanced GC,the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10mm was significantly different(P=0.024)between the CPS<5 and CPS≥5 groups.CT features such as tumor attenuation in the arterial phase,long and short diameter of the largest lymph node,the sum of long diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,the sum of short diameter of the two largest lymph nodes,and the presence of lymph nodes with short diameters>10 mm significantly differed between the CPS<10 and CPS≥10 groups in advanced GC.The sensitivity,specificity and area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of logistic regression model for predicting CPS≥10 was 71.7%,50.0%and 0.671,respectively.Microsatellite instability(MSI)status was significantly different in CPS groups with cutoff score of 5 and 10 in advanced GC patients.Conclusions:CT findings of advanced GC patients with CPS≥10 showed greater arterial phase enhancement and larger lymph nodes.CT has the potential to help screen patients suitable for immunotherapy.

文摘Objective:To investigate the status of occupational well-being of medical staff in tuberculosis department and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the occupational well-being of medical staff in tuberculosis department.Methods:In May 2020,we adopted the method of cluster sampling to select staff members from the tuberculosis departments of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University and infectious disease hospital.A total of 139 medical staff were recruited as the research subjects,and were investigated using medical staff occupational well-being scale.Results:The total score of occupational well-being was 76.4697 points,There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in occupational well-being score among tuberculosis medical staff with different age,years of work,job title,night shift,marital status,and occupational type.The influencing factors of occupational well-being were the night shift,years of work,occupational type,and marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of occupational well-being of tuberculosis medical staffs is moderate,and occupational well-being is affected by night shift,years of work,occupational type and marital status.It is recommended that managers take targeted measures to improve the occupational well-being of tuberculosis medical staff.

文摘B cell response plays a critical role against SARS-CoV-2 infection.However,little is known about the diversity and frequency of the paired SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific BCR repertoire after SARS-CoV-2 infection.Here,we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and VDJ sequencing using the memory and plasma B cells isolated from five convalescent COVID-19 patients,and analyzed the spectrum and transcriptional heterogeneity of antibody immune responses.Via linking BCR to antigen specificity through sequencing(LIBRA-seq),we identified a distinct activated memory B cell subgroup(CD11c^(high) CD95^(high))had a higher proportion of SARS-CoV-2 antigen-labeled cells compared with memory B cells.Our results revealed the diversity of paired BCR repertoire and the non-stochastic pairing of SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific immunoglobulin heavy and light chains after SARS-CoV-2 infection.The public antibody clonotypes were shared by distinct convalescent individuals.Moreover,several antibodies isolated by LIBRA-seq showed high binding affinity against SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain(RBD)or nucleoprotein(NP)via ELISA assay.Two RBD-reactive antibodies C14646P3S and C2767P3S isolated by LIBRA-seq exhibited high neutralizing activities against both pseudotyped and authentic SARS-CoV-2 viruses in vitro.Our study provides fundamental insights into B cell response following SARS-CoV-2 infection at the single-cell level.

文摘Two phosphorylcarboxylic acids,3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)propanoic acid(PPA) and 3-((bis(2-ethylhexyloxy))phosphoryl)-3-phenylpropanoic acid(PPPA),were synthesized for separating yttrium from other rare earths in the chloride feed of ion-adsorption type rare earth concentrate.The effect of the factors such as pH_(1/2),temperature,saponification degree and phase modifiers was investigated.The separation efficiencies of PPA and PPPA are obviously better than the typical extractants such as sec-octylphenoxy acetic acid(CA-12) and naphthenic acid(NA).The extraction process of rare earths by PPA and PPPA is a cation exchanging reaction,which is similar to those of CA-12 and NA.The loaded rare earths in both PPA and PPPA systems can be effectively back-extracted by 0.5 mol/L HCl or higher concentration.A cascade extraction process for separating yttrium from other rare earths was developed using PPPA as the extractant.The yttrium product with the purity of 97.20 wt% was obtained by 35 stages of extraction and 12 stages of scrubbing.

文摘The AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signalings are crucial pathways activated in cancers including nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), which is prevalent in southern China and closely related to Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection.How these master pathways are persistently activated in EBV-associated NPC remains to be investigated. Here we demonstrated that EBV-encoded latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) promoted cyclophilin A(CYPA) expression through the activation of NF-κB. The depletion of CYPA suppressed cell proliferation and facilitated apoptosis.CYPA was able to bind to AKT1, thus activating AKT/mTOR/NF-κB signaling cascade. Moreover, the use of mTOR inhibitor, rapamycin, subverted the activation of the positive feedback loop, NF-κB/CYPA/AKT/mTOR. It is reasonable that LMP1 expression derived from initial viral infection is enough to assure the constant potentiation of AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signalings. This may partly explain the fact that EBV serves as a tumor-promoting factor with minimal expression of the viral oncoprotein LMP1 in malignancies. Our findings provide new insight into the understanding of causative role of EBV in tumorigenicity during latent infection.

文摘The gadolinium extraction by the mixtures of p-phosphorylated calixarene and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazalone-5 from nitrate medium was studied,which indicated an obvious synergistic effect between these two extractants.The extractants exhibit no interaction with each other before the metal extraction.Gadolinium(Ⅲ)was extracted by the species of Ln(PMBP)_(2)L_(2)(NO_(3))instead of Ln(PMBP)_(3)•(HPMBP)or Ln(NO_(3))_(3)•2L which are extracted by HPMBP or L alone.Thermodynamic functions(ΔG,ΔH,ΔS)were calculated.The extraction of other rare earths was also investigated and compared.Possible single rare earth separation was discussed.

文摘A derivative of fluorescein,fluorescein O,O-diacrylate(FODA),was utilized in a triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion(TTA-UC)system to develop a composite ratiometric chemosensor capable of detecting cysteine(Cys).FODA acted as both the probe for Cys and the energy acceptor for upconversion(UC)emission,thereby making UC a responsive signal to Cys.In addition,the phosphorescence signal of the sensitizer in the TTA-UC system remained constant and did not respond to Cys,making it an ideal internal reference signal for constructing a ratiometric sensor.Through this simple strategy,traditional fluorescent probes can be combined with TTA-UC system to establish a ratiometric sensing platform,which can be applied in more scenarios due to the longer wavelength excitation.
