We establish a general mapping from one-dimensional non-Hermitian mosaic models to their non-mosaic counterparts.This mapping can give rise to mobility edges and even Lyapunov exponents in the mosaic models if critical points of localization or Lyapunov exponents of localized states in the corresponding non-mosaic models have already been analytically solved.To demonstrate the validity of this mapping,we apply it to two non-Hermitian localization models:an Aubry-Andre-like model with nonreciprocal hopping and complex quasiperiodic potentials,and the Ganeshan-Pixley-Das Sarma model with nonreciprocal hopping.We successfully obtain the mobility edges and Lyapunov exponents in their mosaic models.This general mapping may catalyze further studies on mobility edges,Lyapunov exponents,and other significant quantities pertaining to localization in non-Hermitian mosaic models. 展开更多

背景与目的近些年,多项临床试验显示免疫检查点抑制剂(immunocheckpoint inhibitor,ICI)为晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者带来生存获益,但临床试验有着严格而复杂的纳入与排除标准,其结果不能完全反映真实世... 背景与目的近些年,多项临床试验显示免疫检查点抑制剂(immunocheckpoint inhibitor,ICI)为晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者带来生存获益,但临床试验有着严格而复杂的纳入与排除标准,其结果不能完全反映真实世界的实际情况。本研究拟探讨真实世界中免疫治疗的临床疗效和安全性以及可能相关的预后因素。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2019年7月在北京胸科医院接受免疫治疗的晚期NSCLC患者,收集患者基本临床资料、治疗疗效、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和药物不良反应等资料,探讨临床疗效、不良反应及可能相关的预后因素。结果研究共纳入34例患者,中位PFS为5.66个月(95%CI:4.48个月-6.84个月),1级-2级不良反应和3级-4级不良反应发生率分别为61.71%(22/34)和14.71%(5/34),共有3例(8.82%)患者出现致死性免疫相关不良反应(immune-related adverse event,ir AE),其中2例为免疫相关肺炎,1例为免疫相关心肌炎。单因素分析显示肿瘤-淋巴结-转移(tumor-node-metastasis,TNM)分期、转移部位与中位PFS相关(P<0.05),多因素分析显示存在肺外转移(OR=6.42,P=0.029)、胸膜转移(OR=14.14,P=0.006)为患者PFS的独立预后因素。结论真实世界中免疫治疗对晚期NSCLC患者具有良好的疗效,但其严重ir AE的发生率也较高。存在肺外转移、胸膜转移是接受免疫治疗的晚期NSCLC患者的不良预后因素。 展开更多

Exploring highly active but inexpensive electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is of critical importance for hydrogen production from electrochemical water splitting.Herein,we report a multicomponent catalyst with exceptional activity and durability for HER,in which cobalt nanoparticles were in-situ confined inside bamboo-like carbon nanotubes(CNTs)while ultralow ruthenium loading(~2.6μg per electrode area~cm^(−2))is uniformly deposited on their exterior walls(Co@CNTsǀRu).The atomic-scale structural investigations and theoretical calculations indicate that the confined inner Co and loaded outer Ru would induce charge redistribution and a synergistic electron coupling,not only optimizing the adsorption energy of H intermediates(ΔGH*)but also facilitating the electron/mass transfer.The as-developed Co@CNTsǀRu composite catalyst requires overpotentials of only 10,32,and 63 mV to afford a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) in alkaline,acidic and neutral media,respectively,representing top-level catalytic activity among all reported HER catalysts.The current work may open a new insight into the rational design of carbon-supported metal catalysts for practical applications. 展开更多

Background:Xiaoqinglong decoction(XQLD)is a classic Chinese medicinal formula that is widely used to treat allergic asthma.Recently,the use of XQLD to treat allergic asthma has inspired research to determine its mechanism of action.Because dendritic cells(DCs)and the T helper 1(Th1)/Th2 cytokine balance play important roles in allergic asthma,the present work aimed to assess how these immune system components are affected by XQLD.Methods:Thirty-six female BALB/C mice were randomly divided into three groups:an ovalbumin-based allergic asthma model group,a XQLD treatment group,and a control group.Histology was performed with haematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and blood were collected from the animals and used to analyze the composition of inflammatory cells and expression levels of the cytokines interleukin(IL)-5 and IL-13.The thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)protein expression was assessed by western blot analysis,and the Gata3 and Tbx21 mRNA levels were assessed by polymerase chain reaction.Results:Compared with the OVA group,the levels of TSLP expression,IL-5,IL-13,and immunoglobulin E in the XQLD group were lower(all P<.01).The level of IL-4-expressing cells(Th2 cells)was lower(P=.0013),and the percentage of IFN-g-expressing cells(Th1 cells)was higher in the XQLD group compared with those in the OVA group(P=.0065).In addition,XQLD increased the expression of Tbx21 mRNA and decreased the expression of Gata3 mRNA in the lungs compared with the OVA group(both P<.01).Conclusion:These findings suggest that XQLD may ameliorate the course of allergic asthma by regulating the Gata3/Tbx21 balance and inhibiting TSLP expression,changes which are indicative of an altered Th1/Th2 balance.Thus,the clinical effectiveness of XQLD in treating allergic asthma may be due to its regulation of Th1/Th2 balance. 展开更多

It was found that deoxidization ability of the prepared catalyst was raised by the increase of the content of potassium loading catalyst and reaction temperature. And the concentration of H2S had no effect on deoxidization while COS improved the deoxidization ratio. And deoxidization rates were nearly scaled up with concentration of H2. The Mpemba effect is one of the most perplexing puzzles in nature.Although it has been discussed extensively,direct observation of the Mpemba effect is extremely challenging and rare.Herein,we report the first systematic study of the Mpemba effect with water and clearly point out the conditions required for the observation of the Mpemba effect.The results demonstrate that hot water usually has a faster cooling rate than cold water.The initial temperature,temperature difference,shape of the container,and water volume influence the heat exchange and the cooling process.Owing to the influential factors of heat exchange,the Mpemba effect can only be observed under specific conditions.This work helps to clarify doubts and confusion about the Mpemba effect and can offer alternative strategies for energy storage and transfer materials. 展开更多

Rechargeable lithium metal batteries(LMBs)meet the demands of high-energy applications in electric vehicles and truck transportation[1-4].Yet,the low coulombic efficiency(CE)hinders the widespread application of Li anode,which is closely related to the electrolytes[5-7].The CE of traditional electrolytes for Li anodes is closely related to the speciation of the plated Li during cycling,where fluorinated solvents with weakly solvated Li+usually exhibit larger Li deposition particles with higher CE[8,9].But the relationship between the morphological difference and CE in different electrolytes is less studied[10,11].There are three relationships between the deposition kinetics of interface Li and the cycling of the battery,no correlation,positive correlation[12,13],and negative correlation[14,15]have been reported on active Li anodes,which neglects the reactivity of Li metal in kinetics.Solid electrolyte interphase(SEl)was formed by the electrolytes reacting with Li,and Li deposition can occur on the Li/SEl interface or the fresh Li/electrolyte interface[16,17].Each pathway has different deposition kinetics.Therefore,in order to understand the relationship between electrolyte kinetics and lithium deposition morphology,it is important to solve the kinetics of the two ways in the electrolyte. 展开更多

Catalytic conversion of biomass-based platform chemicals is one of the significant approaches to utilize renewable biomass resources.2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA),obtained by an electrocatalytic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF),has attracted extensive attention due to the potential of replacing terephthalic acid to synthesize high-performance polymeric materials for commercialization.In the present work,the pHdependent reaction pathways and factors influencing the degree of functional group oxidation are first discussed.Then the reaction mechanism of HMF oxidation is further elucidated using the representative examples.In addition,the emerging catalyst design strategies(defects,interface engineering)used in HMF oxidation are generalized,and structure-activity relationships between the abovementioned strategies and catalysts performance are analyzed.Furthermore,cathode pairing reactions,such as hydrogen evolution reaction,CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR),oxygen reduction reaction,and thermodynamically favorable organic reactions to lower the cell voltage of the electrolysis system,are discussed.Finally,the challenges and prospects of the electrochemical oxidation of HMF for FDCA are presented,focusing on deeply investigated reaction mechanism,coupling reaction,reactor design,and downstream product separation/purification. 展开更多

本文以我国2010—2016年A股上市公司数据为样本,首先考察了管理者自信对企业会计稳健性的影响,结果发现管理者自信程度与企业会计稳健性之间呈负相关关系;为了进一步刻画不同自信程度对企业会计稳健性的影响差异,将管理者自信分为自信... 本文以我国2010—2016年A股上市公司数据为样本,首先考察了管理者自信对企业会计稳健性的影响,结果发现管理者自信程度与企业会计稳健性之间呈负相关关系;为了进一步刻画不同自信程度对企业会计稳健性的影响差异,将管理者自信分为自信不足、适度自信与过度自信三个类型,发现自信不足与企业会计稳健性之间的关系不显著,但适度自信管理者会提升企业会计稳健性,而过度自信管理者会降低企业会计稳健性;进一步检验发现,管理者自信程度与企业会计稳健性呈倒U形关系。其次检验了2010年我国开始实施的融资融券制度对企业会计稳健性的影响,发现引入融资融券制度后,与控制组样本相比,处理组样本企业提高了会计稳健性;在此基础上将管理者自信与企业会计稳健性的关系置于融资融券背景下,研究发现管理者自信与企业会计稳健性的负相关关系仅存在于非融资融券样本组。这些结果表明融资融券制度的实施具有显著的公司外部治理效应,这对于证券监管部门、上市公司及其投资者具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

探讨Kallmann综合征患者的基因型-表型关系,研究其基因突变谱和遗传学特点。分析5例Kallmann综合征患者的临床资料,采用染色体核型分析、全外显子测序(WES)和多重连接探针扩增技术(MLPA)进行遗传学检测。患者就诊年龄为2月龄至45岁,均... 探讨Kallmann综合征患者的基因型-表型关系,研究其基因突变谱和遗传学特点。分析5例Kallmann综合征患者的临床资料,采用染色体核型分析、全外显子测序(WES)和多重连接探针扩增技术(MLPA)进行遗传学检测。患者就诊年龄为2月龄至45岁,均为男性。3/5例因隐睾就诊,1例因性腺发育不良就诊,1例因空腹血糖高就诊。患者表现为低促伴嗅觉缺失,磁共振成像(MRI)示双侧嗅球嗅束未见显示(未发育),染色体核型均为46 XY。5例患者均检测到Kallmann综合征相关基因变异,且均为新发现的变异。嗅觉因子1(ANOS1)基因c.1795_1799del(p.Asn599Profs*66)变异的1例患者伴右肾发育不全。染色质解旋酶DNA结合蛋白7(CHD7)基因c.2824A>G(p.Thr942Ala)变异的1例患者具有临床异质性和不完全外显。此外,WES提示Xp22.31(chrX:8507699-8507804)区域约109 bp的缺失,通过MLPA验证为ANOS1基因10号外显子半合子缺失,该变异来源母亲,符合X连锁隐性遗传。Kallmann综合征具有高度的遗传异质性和临床异质性。早期进行WES,有助于确诊,必要时进行MLPA和基因组拷贝数变异(CNV)分析。 展开更多

[目的]研究青枯病病原菌与拮抗菌的营养特性及其对烟草根系分泌物的响应差异,对提高拮抗菌定殖能力、有效生物防控烟草青枯病具有非常重要的意义。[方法]本研究通过筛选与鉴定贵州烟区青枯病病原菌株及拮抗菌株,通过Biolog表型芯片技术分别检测病原菌与拮抗菌的特征性碳、氮源,利用气质联用(GC-MS)检测烟草主栽品种K326根系分泌物的主要物质,在此基础上进行病原菌与拮抗菌对其利用能力、利用强度以及共培养的研究。[结果]经鉴定,分离、筛选到的病原菌株和拮抗菌株分别为青枯劳尔氏菌(Ralstonia solawacearum)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);在含量为0.01μg/mL以上的根系分泌物中,12种物质的含量从高到低排序为:果胶>葡萄糖>木糖>阿拉伯糖>半乳糖>核糖>蔗糖>苯甲酸>果糖=D-甘露醇>棕榈酸>富马酸,果胶含量最高且明显高于其他物质;拮抗菌(LX4)对碳源利用能力高于病原菌(Rs)的碳源有阿拉伯糖、木糖和核糖,分别是病原菌利用能力的1.22、1.95和2.17倍;前12 h拮抗菌利用果糖强度高于病原菌,不同碳源共培养24 h后LX4对gfp-Rs(绿色荧光蛋白标记后的青枯病病原菌)抑制率为18.34%(阿拉伯糖)、53.23%(木糖)、63.53%(核糖)和52.09%(果糖)。[结论]拮抗菌对烟草根系分泌物的利用不及病原菌,但在特定碳源条件下拮抗菌能够利用根系分泌物中的某些碳源产生某种拮抗物质抑制病原菌,拮抗菌与病原菌之间同时存在利用性竞争和干扰性竞争关系,研究结果为进一步研究烟草青枯病的生物防控提供了新的理论依据。 展开更多

Orthorhombic niobium pentoxide (T-Nb2O5)/reduced graphene oxide nanohybrids were fabricated via the hydrothermal attachment of Nb2Os nanowires to dispersed graphene oxide nanosheets followed by a high-temperature phase transformation. Electrochemical measurements showed that the nanohybrid anodes possessed enhanced reversible capacity and superior cycling stability compared to those of a pristine T-Nb205 nanowire electrode. Owing to the strong bonds between graphene nanosheets and T-Nb2O5 nanowires, the nanohybrids achieved an initial capacity of 227 mAh·g^-1. Additionally, non-aqueous asymmetric supercapacitors (ASCs) were fabricated with the synthesized nanohybrids as the anode and activated carbon as the cathode. The 3 V Li-ion ASC with a LiPF6-based organic electrolyte achieved an energy density of 45.1 Wh·kg^-1 at 715.2 W·kg^-1. The working potential could be further enhanced to 4 V when a polymer ionogel separator (PVDF-HFP/LiTFSI/EMIMBF4) and formulated ionic liquid electrolyte were employed. Such a quasi-solid state ASC could operate at 60℃ and delivered a maximum energy density of 70 Wh·kg^-1 at 1 kW·kg^-1. 展开更多

本文以A股上市公司2008—2016年的数据作为研究样本,首先对管理者自信程度与会计信息可靠性之间的关系进行考察,发现二者呈负相关关系;为了厘清不同自信程度对会计信息可靠性的影响差异,将样本分为自信不足、适度自信与过度自信三个子样... 本文以A股上市公司2008—2016年的数据作为研究样本,首先对管理者自信程度与会计信息可靠性之间的关系进行考察,发现二者呈负相关关系;为了厘清不同自信程度对会计信息可靠性的影响差异,将样本分为自信不足、适度自信与过度自信三个子样本,发现在自信不足和过度自信子样本中,管理者自信程度与企业会计信息可靠性之间的关系均显著为负。然后,利用双重差分模型检验融资融券对会计信息可靠性的影响,结果显示,与控制组样本相比,处理组样本在实施融资融券制度后提升了会计信息可靠性;进一步研究发现,融资融券会削弱管理者自信程度与会计信息可靠性之间的负相关关系。上述实证结果说明融资融券制度具有显著的公司外部治理效应,这对于证券监管部门、上市公司及其投资者具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

The time-dependent solution of a kind of supply chain system with the multi-suppliers and single demander is investigated in this paper.By choosing state space and defining operator of system,we transfer model into an abstract Cauchy problem.We are devoted to studying the unique existence of the system solution and its exponential stability by using the theory of C_(0)-semigroup.We prove that the system operator generates C_(0)-semigroup by the theory of cofinal operator and resolvent positive operator.We derive that the system has a unique nonnegative dynamic solution exponentially converging to its steady-state one which is the eigenfunction corresponding eigenvalue 0 of the system operator. 展开更多

Nanocomposite membranes containing poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA) and organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT) were prepared by a combination of solution dispersion and wet-phase inversion methods, and the effects of OMMT addition on the properties and performance of fabricated nanofiltration membranes were investigated. The membranes were characterized by contact angle measurements, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), atomic force microscopy(AFM), thermogravimetric analysis, and zeta potential.The performance of the membranes was elucidated by the removal of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) at neutral p H. Increasing OMMT concentration improved the thermal stability and hydrophilicity of the membranes. The permeation and rejection of PFOS were significantly improved. The performance of fabricated nanofiltration membranes in removal of PFOS varied depending on the solute and membrane properties as well as solution conditions. Finally,a comparison between fabricated membranes and a commercial NF membrane(ESNA1-K1,Hydecanme) proved that the OMMT addition is a convenient procedure for producing nanocomposite membranes with superior properties and performance. 展开更多
