We present a time domain hybrid method to realize the fast coupling analysis of transmission lines excited by space electromagnetic fields, in which parallel finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, interpolation scheme, and Agrawal model-based transmission line (TL) equations are organically integrated together. Specifically, the Agrawal model is employed to establish the TL equations to describe the coupling effects of space electromagnetic fields on transmission lines. Then, the excitation fields functioning as distribution sources in TL equations are calculated by the parallel FDTD method through using the message passing interface (MPI) library scheme and interpolation scheme. Finally, the TL equations are discretized by the central difference scheme of FDTD and assigned to multiple processors to obtain the transient responses on the terminal loads of these lines. The significant feature of the presented method is embodied in its parallel and synchronous calculations of the space electromagnetic fields and transient responses on the lines. Numerical simulations of ambient wave acting on multi-conductor transmission lines (MTLs), which are located on the PEC ground and in the shielded cavity respectively, are implemented to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the presented method. 展开更多

背景幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染仍是世界公共卫生问题之一,社会经济因素、生活饮食习惯等可能影响H.pylori感染率.作为胃癌的最重要的可控的病因,根除H.pylori对预防胃癌意义重大.目的探讨扬州地区H.pylori感染现状... 背景幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染仍是世界公共卫生问题之一,社会经济因素、生活饮食习惯等可能影响H.pylori感染率.作为胃癌的最重要的可控的病因,根除H.pylori对预防胃癌意义重大.目的探讨扬州地区H.pylori感染现状及其与胃黏膜病理变化的关系.方法选取2019-01/2019-12期间扬州市上消化道肿瘤内镜筛查项目成员共1412例,对纳入人群进行问卷调查、^(14)C尿素呼气试验、胃镜检查及组织活检.使用统计学软件分析H.pylori感染率、H.pylori感染的相关危险因素以及H.pylori感染与胃黏膜病理变化的关系.结果本研究男女比例为1:1.5,年龄介于36至76岁之间.扬州农村地区H.pylori感染率为43.8%.在单因素分析中,不同性别以及各年龄范围内感染率差异均不显著(P>0.05),吸烟、饮食偏好、H.pylori认知水平、消化道症状与H.pylori感染之间相关性较明显(P<0.05);多因素分析中,吸烟是H.pylori感染的独立危险因素(OR=1.427,95%CI:1.103-1.847).在H.pylori感染与胃黏膜病理变化关系的分析中,H.pylori阳性人群表现为萎缩性胃炎、肠化生、异型增生、胃癌的比例明显高于H.pylori阴性人群.结论扬州地区H.pylori阳性检出率较高,生活习惯与H.pylori感染具有相关性.H.pylori感染与胃部病变进展相关,建议加强宣教,提高地区对H.pylori的防控水平,降低胃癌的发生率. 展开更多

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common chronic degenerative joint disease, with complicated pathogenic factors and undefined pathogenesis. Various signaling pathways play important roles in OA pathogenesis, including genetic expression, matrix synthesis and degradation, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and so on. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA in Eukaryon, regulating genetic expression on the post-transcriptional level. A great number of miRNAs are involved in the development of OA, and are closely associated with different signaling pathways. This article reviews the roles of miRNAs and signaling pathways in OA, looking toward having a better understanding of its pathogenesis mechanisms and providing new therapeutic targets for its treatment. 展开更多
