A new household ultrasonic cleaning method for pyrethroids in cabbage 被引量:1

Pyrethroid is widely used in developing countries and is a potential threat to human health.So putting forward an effective pyrethroid cleaning method is of vital importance.Clearance of fenpropathrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin in cabbage by using ultrasonic treatment accompanied with different baking soda concentrations were investigated in this study.The results of response surface methodology showed that the maximum clearance rate was 70.61% for fenpropathrin under the optimal power,treated time,treated temperature and baking soda concentration,which were 260.02 W,10 min,20.15◦C and 0.014 g/mL,respectively.Similarly,the maximum removal efficiency was 73.72% for cypermethrin under 240 W,13.84 min,19.53℃ and 0.014 g/mL,and 92.15%for deltamethrin under 238.99 W,12.42 min,25℃ and 0.013 g/mL.The clearance rate of pyrethroid by this method was significant higher(P<0.05)than traditional cleaning methods(bathing and running water washing).The contents of the compositions such as vitamin C,total soluble sugar,protein and dietary fiber,texture and sensory evaluation of cabbage were not found obvious changes after the ultrasonic treatment combined with baking soda(P>0.05).Results showed that ultrasonic treatment combined with baking soda was an effective way to eliminate the fenpropathrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin in cabbage without influencing cabbage quality. 展开更多

半胱氨酸蛋白酶在植物不同组织中的特异性表达发挥了多种功能.本文探究了毛白杨半胱氨酸蛋白酶PtoCP1基因在激素诱导下参与叶片衰老的机制.使用脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、乙烯(ACC)对杨树叶片进行处理,不同时间段后观察叶片表型... 半胱氨酸蛋白酶在植物不同组织中的特异性表达发挥了多种功能.本文探究了毛白杨半胱氨酸蛋白酶PtoCP1基因在激素诱导下参与叶片衰老的机制.使用脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、乙烯(ACC)对杨树叶片进行处理,不同时间段后观察叶片表型、检测叶绿素含量以及PtoCP1基因相对表达量,发现激素诱导后的叶片黄化加速,叶绿素含量下降,同时PtoCP1表达量上调,而ptocp1突变体则延缓了叶片的衰老.进一步对PtoCP1启动子元件分析发现,其含有ABA、MeJA响应元件,因此以相应的ABA、MeJA激素分别处理含ProPtoCP1-GUS-pBI121重组载体的转基因拟南芥幼苗,并观察GUS染色差异和检测报告基因GUS的相对表达量.结果显示,ABA诱导下GUS染色加深,GUS表达量上升.综上所述,PtoCP1启动子可以通过响应ABA调控基因的表达,从而使植物对外界胁迫作出反应,引起叶片衰老,该研究为进一步理解激素诱导植物半胱氨酸蛋白酶参与叶片衰老的机制提供了理论支持. 展开更多

Quercetin-3-O-sambubioside[Quercetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside]was separated and purified by semi-preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC)with a twophase-solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-nbutanol-water(4∶1∶5,v/v)from the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera(Lotus).A total of 5.0 mg of the targeted compound with a purity of 98.6%as determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was obtained from 100 mg of the crude extract cleaned up by AB-8 macroporous resin in a one-step separation.Quercetin-3-O-sambubioside was a novel flavonoid glycoside from the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera,and its chemical structure was identified by means of ESI-MS,1D NMR and 2D NMR. 展开更多

Antioxidant interactions between hydrophilic and lipophilic phytochemicals are influenced by their ratios and total concentrations

Lipophilic(lycopene,β-carotene)and hydrophilic(caffeic acid,p-coumaric acid)phytochemicals were mixed in molar mass at different concentrations/ratios to explore the antioxidant interactions on H_(2)O_(2)-treated H9c2 cells.Reactive oxide species(ROS),expression of antioxidant enzymes,and oxidation products were analyzed and evaluated by synergistic rate(SR)and combination index(CI).At constant concentrations,antioxidant interactions were influenced by ratios.Group contained more hydrophilic compounds(eg.,p-coumaric acid:β-carotene=9:1)showed antioxidant synergism(SR=22.33±1.23,SR>0)at 3.0μM,while groups that contained more lipophilic compounds(eg.,p-coumaric acid:β-carotene=1:9)showed antioxidant antagonism(SR=-11.68±1.25,SR<0)at 3.0μM.Antioxidant interactions were also influenced by concentrations.From results,ROS generation of group(p-coumaric acid:β-carotene=1:9)changed from synergism(SR=12.27±2.34,SR>0)to antagonism(SR=-11.68±1.25,SR<0)as their total concentrations increased from 1.5μM to 3.0μM.Therefore,this study discussed the possible mechanism of ratio and concentration on the antioxidant interaction among hydrophilic and lipophilic phytochemicals.It also suggested that proper concentrations/ratios of hydrophilic and lipophilic phytochemicals should be considered in diet and formulation of functional foods. 展开更多
