高效液相色谱法测定染发剂中4种硝基苯酚类物质

建立了一种简单、快速测定染发剂中4种硝基苯酚类物质(2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚、4-氨基-3-硝基苯酚、4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚、3-硝基对羟乙氨基酚)的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经体积分数50%乙醇提取,正己烷液液萃取净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。4种硝基苯酚化合物在0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,方法的检出限为10.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为94.6%~99.6%,精密度(n=6)为1.7%~6.4%。该方法具有净化效果好、定量准确、灵敏快速的特点,适用于染发剂中4种硝基苯酚类物质的检测。

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中林可霉素和克林霉素

建立了一种简单、快速测定化妆品中林可霉素和克林霉素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品经质量分数50%乙腈提取,正己烷液液萃取净化,高效液相色谱分离,电喷雾离子源正模式及多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。林可霉素和克林霉素在15.0~300.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9980,方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.10 mg/kg和0.30 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.1%~98.6%,精密度(n=6)为2.1%~8.1%。该方法具有净化效果好、定量准确、灵敏快速的特点,适用于化妆品中林可霉素和克林霉素化合物的检测确证。

Research Progress and Cosmetic Application of Fibronectin

Fibronectin(FN)is a widely existed glycoprotein in human body fluid and plays an important role in the process of wound repair in human tissue.With the in-depth study on the molecular mechanism of fibronectin for wound repair,its applications in emerging biomedical fields are becoming more extensive,such as the field of skin wound repair and the field of tissue engineering materials,which are gradually extended to the field of beauty and skin care.In this paper,the domestic and foreign academic research and application of fibronectin were briefly reviewed.
