基于机器学习和颅缝CT-MPR技术的北方成人年龄推断

目的运用CT和多平面重组(multiplanar reformation,MPR)技术获取颅缝断层图像,建立中国北方汉族成人年龄推断模型,探讨颅缝闭合规律在中国北方汉族人群年龄推断中的适用性。方法回顾性收集29~80岁健康北方汉族成人头部CT样本132例。对... 目的运用CT和多平面重组(multiplanar reformation,MPR)技术获取颅缝断层图像,建立中国北方汉族成人年龄推断模型,探讨颅缝闭合规律在中国北方汉族人群年龄推断中的适用性。方法回顾性收集29~80岁健康北方汉族成人头部CT样本132例。对颅骨进行容积重组(volume reconstruction,VR)和MPR,每例样本生成160张颅缝断层图像。根据颅缝闭合分级标准对颅缝MPR图像进行评分,分别计算矢状缝、左右侧冠状缝和左右侧人字缝的平均闭合等级。以上述等级为自变量,建立北方汉族成人年龄推断的线性回归模型和梯度提升回归、支持向量回归、决策树回归和贝叶斯岭回归4种机器学习模型,并评估各模型推断年龄的准确性。结果各颅缝闭合等级均与年龄呈正相关,其中矢状缝相关性最高。4种机器学习模型年龄推断的准确性均高于线性回归模型,其中支持向量回归模型的准确性最高,平均绝对误差为9.542岁。结论机器学习模型和颅骨CT-MPR技术可联合用于中国北方汉族成人的年龄推断,但在法医学实践中仍需与其他成人年龄推断指标联合使用。 展开更多

健康中国背景下我国群众体育现状研究——基于五次全民健身调查结果的分析

The occurrence of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)was related to disrupted sex steroid hormones,and metformin(Met)had a clinical response to sex steroid hormone-related gynaecological disease.However,whether Met exerts an antiproliferative effect on BPH via sex steroid hormones remains unclear.Here,our clinical study showed that along with prostatic epithelial cell(PEC)proliferation,sex steroid hormones were dysregulated in the serum and prostate of BPH patients.As the major contributor to dysregulated sex steroid hormones,elevated dihydrotestosterone(DHT)had a significant positive relationship with the clinical characteristics of BPH patients.Activation of adenosine 5'-monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK)by Met restored dysregulated sex steroid hormone homeostasis and exerted antiproliferative effects against DHT-induced proliferation by inhibiting the formation of androgen receptor(AR)-mediated Yes-associated protein(YAP1)-TEA domain transcription factor(TEAD4)heterodimers.Met’s anti-proliferative effects were blocked by AMPK inhibitor or YAP1 overexpression in DHT-cultured BPH-1 cells.Our findings indicated that Met would be a promising clinical therapeutic approach for BPH by inhibiting dysregulated steroid hormone-induced PEC proliferation. 展开更多

Microwave irradiation-induced alterations in physicochemical properties and methane adsorption capability of coals:An experimental study using carbon molecular sieve

In order to comprehend the applicability of microwave irradiation for recovering coalbed methane,it is necessary to evaluate the microwave irradiation-induced alterations in coals with varying levels of metamorphism.In this work,the carbon molecular sieve combined with KMnO_(4)oxidation was selected to fabricate carbon molecular sieve with diverse oxidation degrees,which can serve as model substances toward coals.Afterwards,the microwave irradiation dependences of pores,functional groups,and highpressure methane adsorption characteristics of model substances were studied.The results indicated that microwave irradiation causes rearrangement of oxygen-containing functional groups,which could block the micropores with a size of 0.40-0.60 nm in carbon molecular sieve;meanwhile,naphthalene and phenanthrene generated by macro-molecular structure pyrolysis due to microwave irradiation could block the micropores with a size of 0.70-0.90 nm.These alterations in micropore structure weaken the saturated methane adsorption capacity of oxidized carbon molecular sieve by 2.91%-23.28%,suggesting that microwave irradiation could promote methane desorption.Moreover,the increased mesopores found for oxidized carbon molecular sieve after microwave irradiation could benefit CH4 diffusion.In summary,the oxidized carbon molecular sieve can act as model substances toward coals with different ranks.Additionally,microwave irradiation is a promising technology to enhance coalbed methane recovery. 展开更多

Nocardiosis manifests as an opportunistic infection,primarily affecting individuals who are immunocompromised and susceptible to the infection.We present a case study of one patient with nephrotic syndrome and membranous nephropathy,who underwent treatment with prednisone and cyclosporine in 2016.In early 2017,the patient was diagnosed with a"fungal infection"and discontinued the use of cyclosporine.After one month of anti-infection therapy,a cranial magnetic resonance imaging scan showed multiple abscesses in the right temporal region.The diagnosis of nocardiosis was confirmed based on the presence of metastatic abscess masses,multiple lung and brain lesions,and a positive culture of Nocardia in the drainage.We changed the anti-infection therapy to a combination of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole(TMP-SMX),minocycline,and voriconazole.However,the patient experienced a sudden cardiac arrest and subsequently recovered after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.During the five-month follow-up period following the discharge,the patient displayed an enhanced nutritional status and stable renal function.The focal infection ultimately resolved during the subsequent three years.Neuro-infection caused by Nocardia should be considered in immunocompromised patients,and TMP-SMX is the preferred initial therapy;however,because of the high mortality rate,a long-term combination therapy with imipenem,cefotaxime,amikacin,and TMP-SMX is suggested. 展开更多

OBJECTIVES To investigate whether negative remodeling(NR) detected by intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) of the side branch ostium(SBO) would affect in-stent neointimal hyperplasia(NIH) at the one-year follow-up and the clinical outcome of target lesion failure(TLF) at the long-term follow-up for patients with left main bifurcation(LMb) lesions treated with a two-stent strategy.METHODS A total of 328 patients with de novo true complex LMb lesions who underwent a 2-stent strategy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatment guided by IVUS were enrolled in this study. We divided the study into two phases. Of all the patients, 48 patients who had complete IVUS detection pre-and post-PCI and at the 1-year follow-up were enrolled in phase Ⅰ analysis, which aimed to analyze the correlation between NR and in-stent NIH at SBO at the 1-year follow-up. If the correlation was confirmed, the cutoff value of the remodeling index(RI) for predicting NIH ≥ 50% was analyzed next. The phase Ⅱ analysis focused on the incidence of TLF as the primary endpoint at the 1-to 5-year follow-up for all 328 patients by grouping based on the cutoff value of RI.RESULTS In phase I: according to the results of a binary logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis, the RI cutoff value predicting percent NIH ≥ 50% was 0.85 based on the ROC curve analysis, with a sensitivity of 85.7%, a specificity of 88.3%, and an AUC of 0.893(0.778, 1.000), P = 0.002. In phase Ⅱ: the TLR rate(35.8% vs. 5.3%, P < 0.0001)was significantly higher in the several NR(s NR, defined as RI ≤ 0.85) group than in the non-s NR group.CONCLUSION The NR of LCx O is associated with more in-stent NIH post-PCI for distal LMb lesions with a 2-stent strategy,and NR with RI ≤ 0.85 is linked to percent NIH area ≥ 50% at the 1-year follow-up and more TLF at the 5-year follow-up. 展开更多

目的 探讨腰椎穿刺术虚拟仿真实验教学对提高住院医师神经内科临床技能的作用。方法 纳入陆军军医大学大坪医院住院医师183名,分为腰椎穿刺(简称腰穿)虚拟仿真实验教学组(观察组,91人)与传统教学组(对照组,92人),研究腰穿虚拟仿真实验... 目的 探讨腰椎穿刺术虚拟仿真实验教学对提高住院医师神经内科临床技能的作用。方法 纳入陆军军医大学大坪医院住院医师183名,分为腰椎穿刺(简称腰穿)虚拟仿真实验教学组(观察组,91人)与传统教学组(对照组,92人),研究腰穿虚拟仿真实验教学与传统教学法对提高住院医师神经专科技能的作用,比较两组住院医师的腰穿理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学效果评价及教学满意度。结果 观察组住院医师腰穿理论成绩显著高于对照组[(96.76±7.10)分比(89.16±13.57)分,P<0.05]。两组腰穿技能操作成绩比较,观察组成绩显著高于对照组成绩[(85.27±7.55)分比(77.83±12.56)分,P<0.05]。与对照组比较,观察组教学效果评价及教学满意度评价等级更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腰穿虚拟仿真实验教学是一种新型教学模式,可激发住院医师兴趣,有效提升住院医师腰穿理论及技能操作成绩,提高教学质量,提高临床教学满意度,是提高住院医师神经专科技能的有效手段,值得推广应用。 展开更多

The worldwide prevalence of anxiety disorders among college students is high,which negatively affects countries,schools,families,and individual students to varying degrees.This paper reviews the relevant literature regarding risk factors and digital interventions for anxiety disorders among college students from the perspectives of different stakeholders.Risk factors at the national and societal levels include class differences and the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.College-level risk factors include the indoor environment design of the college environment,peer relationships,student satisfaction with college culture,and school functional levels.Family-level risk factors include parenting style,family relationship,and parental level of education.Individual-level risk factors include biological factors,lifestyle,and personality.Among the intervention options for college students'anxiety disorders,in addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy,mindfulness-based interventions,psychological counseling,and group counseling,digital mental health interventions are increasingly popular due to their low cost,positive effect,and convenient diagnostics and treatment.To better apply digital intervention to the prevention and treatment of college students'anxiety,this paper suggests that the different stakeholders form a synergy among themselves.The nation and society should provide necessary policy guarantees,financial support,and moral and ethical supervision for the prevention and treatment of college students'anxiety disorders.Colleges should actively participate in the screening and intervention of college students'anxiety disorders.Families should increase their awareness of college students'anxiety disorders and take the initiative to study and understand various digital intervention methods.College students with anxiety disorders should actively seek psychological assistance and actively accept and participate in digital intervention projects and services.We believe that in the future,the application of methods such as big data and artificial intelligence to improve digital interventions and provide individualized treatment plans will become the primary means of preventing and treating anxiety disorders among college students. 展开更多

Adverse environmental factors severely affect crop productivity.Improving crop resistance to multiple stressors is an important breeding goal.Although CBFs/DREB1s extensively participate in plant resistance to abiotic stress,the common mechanism underlying CBFs/DREB1s that mediate resistance to multiple stressors remains unclear.Here,we show the common mechanism for MaDREB1F conferring cold and drought stress resistance in banana.MaDREB1F encodes a dehydration-responsive element binding protein(DREB)transcription factor with nuclear localization and transcriptional activity.MaDREB1F expression is significantly induced after cold,osmotic,and salt treatments.MaDREB1F overexpression increases banana resistance to cold and drought stress by common modulation of the protectant metabolite levels of soluble sugar and proline,activating the antioxidant system,and promoting jasmonate and ethylene syntheses.Transcriptomic analysis shows that MaDREB1F activates or alleviates the repression of jasmonate and ethylene biosynthetic genes under cold and drought conditions.Moreover,MaDREB1F directly activates the promoter activities of MaAOC4 and MaACO_(2)0 for jasmonate and ethylene syntheses,respectively,under cold and drought conditions.MaDREB1F also targets the MaERF11 promoter to activate MaACO_(2)0 expression for ethylene synthesis under drought stress.Together,our findings offer new insight into the common mechanism underlying CBF/DREB1-mediated cold and drought stress resistance,which has substantial implications for engineering cold-and drought-tolerant crops. 展开更多

研究有柄石韦提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响及机制。采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制糖尿病小鼠模型,将成模的小鼠分为模型组、阳性药物组(二甲双胍)、有柄石韦组(高、低)、正常组,每组6只,连续灌胃14 d,检测小鼠一般指标及空腹血糖(FB... 研究有柄石韦提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响及机制。采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制糖尿病小鼠模型,将成模的小鼠分为模型组、阳性药物组(二甲双胍)、有柄石韦组(高、低)、正常组,每组6只,连续灌胃14 d,检测小鼠一般指标及空腹血糖(FBG);小鼠胰腺进行HE染色及免疫组化观察,并通过网络药理学初步探究有柄石韦治疗糖尿病潜在的作用机制靶点。结果表明:与模型组比较,糖尿病小鼠体质量增加,但饮食饮水量无明显变化,FBG明显降低(P<0.01),胰腺病理损伤改善;网络药理学筛选出有柄石韦治疗糖尿病9个有效成分,对应321个靶点,以“糖尿病”为关键词,整理出1687个靶点,成分与疾病取交集得到82个靶点,将交集靶点进行蛋白网络互作(PPI),筛选出度值>30的15个核心靶点;将交集靶点进行基因本体(GO)分析和基因组百科全书(KEGG)信号通路富集分析,筛选出前20条通路对应的靶点,并根据度值筛选出前15个核心靶点,与PPI网络中有9个共同靶点。苗药有柄石韦能够降低糖尿病小鼠的FBG,对胰岛β细胞具有增殖、修复作用,其中AKT1可能是有柄石韦治疗糖尿病的关键靶点,从而使有柄石韦对胰岛β细胞进行修复来达到降血糖的目的,值得深入研究。 展开更多

Mangrove and salt-marsh wetlands are important coastal carbon sinks.In order to quantify carbon export via pore water exchange and to evaluate subsequent fate of the exported carbon,we carried out continuous observations in a mangrove-Spartina alterniflora ecozone in the Zhangjiang River Estuary,China.The carbon fluxes via pore water exchange were estimated using^(222)Rn and^(228)Ra as tracers to be(2.15±0.63)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC)and(-0.008±0.07)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for dissolved organic carbon(DOC)in the wet season and(3.02±0.65)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for DIC and(-0.15±0.007)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for DOC in the dry season in the mangrove-dominated creek(M-creek),while(2.52±0.82)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for DIC and(0.02±0.09)mol/(m^(2)∙d)for DOC in the dry season in the S.alterniflora-dominated creek(SA-creek).The negative value means that pore water was a sink of DOC in the creek.The total carbon via pore water exchange in the tidal creeks in the mangroves accounted for 41%-55%of the net carbon fixed by mangrove vegetation and was 3-4 times as much as the soil carbon accretion in the mangroves.The exported carbon in the form of DIC contributed all of the carbon outwelling from the M-creek and 79%of the carbon outwelling from the SA-creek,implying effective fixation of carbon by the wetland ecosystem.Moreover,it resulted in 54%in the dry season,75%in the wet season of the carbon dioxide released from the M-creek to the atmosphere,and 84%of the release from the SA-creek.Therefore,quantification of pore water exchange and related soil carbon loss is essential to trace the fate of carbon fixed in intertidal wetlands. 展开更多

After remanufacturing disassembly,several kinds of friction damages can be found on the mating surface of interference fit.These damages should be repaired and the cost is closely related to the severity of damages.Inspired by the excellent performance of surface texture in wear reduction,5 shapes of pit array textures are added to the specimens’surface to study their reduction effect of disassembly damage for interference fit.The results of disassembly experiments show that the order of influence of texture parameters on disassembly damage is as follows:equivalent circle diameter of single texture,texture shape and texture surface density.The influence of equivalent circle diameter of single texture and texture shape are obviously more significant than that of texture surface density.The circular texture with a surface density of 30%and a diameter of 100μm shows an excellent disassembly damage reduction effect because of its perfect ability of abrasive particle collection.And the probability of disassembly damage formation and evolution is also relatively small on this kind of textured surface.Besides,the load-carrying capacity of interference fit with the excellent texture is confirmed by load-carrying capacity experiments.The results show that the load-carrying capacity of the excellent texture surface is increased about 40%compared with that of without texture.This research provides a potential approach to reduce disassembly damage for interference fit. 展开更多

目的应用蛋白质组学方法分析酒精性脂肪肝(alcoholic fatty liver disease,AFLD)小鼠肝组织蛋白表达谱变化及白藜芦醇干预影响。方法采用NIAAA法制备C57BL/6J小鼠AFLD模型,连续9 d灌胃给予白藜芦醇(400 mg/kg)干预。采用4D非标定量蛋白... 目的应用蛋白质组学方法分析酒精性脂肪肝(alcoholic fatty liver disease,AFLD)小鼠肝组织蛋白表达谱变化及白藜芦醇干预影响。方法采用NIAAA法制备C57BL/6J小鼠AFLD模型,连续9 d灌胃给予白藜芦醇(400 mg/kg)干预。采用4D非标定量蛋白质组方法对各实验组小鼠肝组织中的蛋白质进行鉴定和定量。以同时满足倍数变化≥1.5或≤0.67,且P<0.05的条件对正常对照组与AFLD组、AFLD组与白藜芦醇干预组,正常对照组与白藜芦醇等3个比较组中显著上调或下调差异表达蛋白进行筛选,然后进行差异表达蛋白的GO分类、KEGG通路富集和蛋白质网络互作分析。结果分别鉴定和定量到4513、3763个蛋白质,筛选出1228个差异表达蛋白质和11个差异共表达蛋白质。与对照组比较(P<0.05),AFLD组分别有370、324个蛋白质显著下调和上调,白藜芦醇干预组分别有40、43个蛋白质显著上调和下调;与AFLD组比较(P<0.05),白藜芦醇干预组分别有224、227个蛋白质显著上调和下调。1228个差异表达蛋白质分别涉及GO注释的40个生物学过程、36个细胞组成、38个分子功能和45条KEGG通路,11个差异共表达蛋白经GO、KEGG及蛋白质质网络互作分析,其中9个差异共表达蛋白质涉及9种分子功能、5个差异共表达蛋白质涉及5条信号通路,4个差异共表达蛋白质发生了相互作用。结论慢性酒精摄入后小鼠肝组织蛋白表达谱发生了显著变化,硫转移酶家族胞浆1B成员1(sulfotransferase family cytosolic 1B member 1,Sult1b1)、载脂蛋白A-IV(apolipoprotein A-IV,Apoa4)、甘油-3-磷酸酰基转移酶3(glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase 3,Gpat3)、环氧化物水解酶1(epoxide hydrolase 1,Ephx1)等4种蛋白质表达水平变化与AFLD的发生和白藜芦醇的AFLD干预作用具有密切关系。 展开更多

目的:探索玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗与康柏西普分别联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)及对视力和血液流变学的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。纳入2017-02/2020-06我院收治的PCV患者120例120眼,根据随机数字表法分为雷珠单抗联合PD... 目的:探索玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗与康柏西普分别联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)及对视力和血液流变学的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。纳入2017-02/2020-06我院收治的PCV患者120例120眼,根据随机数字表法分为雷珠单抗联合PDT治疗组61例61眼,康柏西普联合PDT治疗组59例59眼,比较两组患者治疗前后眼压、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、中心视网膜厚度(CRT)、血液流动学,以及随访3mo期间并发症发生率。结果:两组患者治疗前,治疗后1、3mo的眼压、CRT、BCVA比较均无差异(均P>0.05),雷珠单抗联合PDT治疗组治疗后1、3mo的红细胞聚集指数、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度均低于康柏西普联合PDT治疗组(均P<0.05)。雷珠单抗联合PDT治疗组随访3mo内并发症发生率低于康柏西普联合PDT治疗组(3.3%vs 16.9%,P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合PDT治疗PCV,更利于血液流变学稳定,降低并发症发生率。 展开更多

背景藤梨根提取物(rattan root extract,RRE)可抑制胃癌、肺癌等肿瘤细胞增殖,具有一定抗肿瘤作用,但其是否影响结直肠癌细胞的恶性表型还未知.miR-192-5p在结直肠癌组织中表达降低,且其低表达与肿瘤大小等临床病理特征相关,可作为结直... 背景藤梨根提取物(rattan root extract,RRE)可抑制胃癌、肺癌等肿瘤细胞增殖,具有一定抗肿瘤作用,但其是否影响结直肠癌细胞的恶性表型还未知.miR-192-5p在结直肠癌组织中表达降低,且其低表达与肿瘤大小等临床病理特征相关,可作为结直肠癌诊治的潜在生物学标志物.StarBase生物信息学软件预测显示,环腺苷酸调节的磷酸化蛋白19(cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein 19,ARPP19)可能是miR-192-5p的靶基因.本研究假设RRE可通过调控miR-192-5p/ARPP19轴影响结直肠癌细胞增殖和凋亡.目的探讨RRE对结直肠癌SW480细胞增殖和凋亡的影响及作用机制.方法RRE干预SW480细胞后,MTT检测细胞增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡,蛋白质印迹法检测细胞中CyclinD1、C-caspase-3和ARPP19蛋白水平,RT-qPCR检测细胞中miR-192-5p和ARPP19 mRNA水平.转染miR-192-5p模拟物或ARPP19小干扰RNA至SW480细胞,上述相同方法观察过表达miR-192-5p或抑制ARPP19表达对SW480细胞增殖、凋亡及CyclinD1和C-caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证miR-192-5p和ARPP19调控关系.结果RRE可降低SW480细胞存活率及ARPP19 mRNA和蛋白的表达(P<0.05),增加SW480细胞凋亡率及C-caspase-3蛋白和miR-192-5p的表达(P<0.05).过表达miR-192-5p或抑制ARPP19表达均可降低SW480细胞存活率及CyclinD1蛋白表达(P<0.05),而提高SW480细胞凋亡率及C-caspase-3蛋白表达(P<0.05).miR-192-5p在SW480细胞中靶向负调控ARPP19表达.抑制miR-192-5p表达可逆转RRE对SW480细胞增殖、凋亡及CyclinD1和C-caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.抑制ARPP19表达可逆转抑制miR-192-5p表达对RRE处理的SW480细胞增殖、凋亡及CyclinD1和C-caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.结论RRE可有效抑制结直肠癌SW480细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡,其作用机制与调miR-192-5p/ARPP19轴有关. 展开更多
