目的 探讨与标准大容量聚乙二醇电解质散(4L PEG-ELS)方案相比,低容量PEG-ELS联合首荟通便胶囊(SHLC)方案对慢性功能性便秘(CFC)患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的有效性和安全性。方法 采用单中心、观察者盲法、随机对照试验方法,招募2021年1...目的 探讨与标准大容量聚乙二醇电解质散(4L PEG-ELS)方案相比,低容量PEG-ELS联合首荟通便胶囊(SHLC)方案对慢性功能性便秘(CFC)患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的有效性和安全性。方法 采用单中心、观察者盲法、随机对照试验方法,招募2021年1月-2021年12月在山东大学齐鲁医院(青岛)接受结肠镜检查的CFC患者282例,随机分配到SHLC+2 L PEG-ELS组、SHLC+3 L PEG-ELS组和4 L PEG-ELS组。观察患者波士顿肠道准备评分(BBPS)和肠道准备耐受性。结果 最终纳入240例患者。SHLC+2 L PEG-ELS、SHLC+3 L PEG-ELS和4 L PEG-ELS组的BBPS分别为(6.22±1.09)、(6.26±0.97)和(7.06±0.63)分,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。节段性BBPS显示,3组患者在左半结肠[(2.32±0.72)、(2.41±0.64)和(2.58±0.59)分]、中段结肠[(2.18±0.83)、(2.26±0.76)和(2.44±0.81)分]和右半结肠[(1.67±0.71)、(1.72±0.67)和(2.23±0.66)分]方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。梅奥耐受性问卷显示4 L PEG-ELS组患者耐受性和再次肠道准备意愿均差于SHLC+3 L PEGELS组和SHLC+2 L PEG-ELS组(P=0.007和P=0.021)。与4 L PEG-ELS组相比,SHLC+2 L PEG-ELS组和SHLC+3 L PEG-ELS组服药后首次排便间隔时间提前(P=0.036),睡前排便次数增加(P=0.035),但在总排便次数方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。3组患者肠道准备后不良反应发生率无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 对于CFC患者的肠道准备,低容量PEG-ELS联合SHLC可能是一种新颖的策略,它提高了患者耐受性和依从性,肠道准备效果和安全性与4 L PEG-ELS标准方案相当。展开更多

Blends of PP/ATH composite are more fire resistant as compared to pure PP. Percentage proportion of both the constituents in the final composite depends upon the application. Improvement in the fire retardant properties of such composites have been studied and published in literature but effects on mechanical strength have not been addressed. The effect of concentration of ATH on the strength of PP/ATH composite was presented. The tensile, flexural and fracture properties were studied and discussed. Experimental tests, ASTM analytical formulae and finite element approach were used. It has been found that increase in ATH has an inverse effect on the mechanical strength.展开更多
The vibration attenuation and damping characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates with different thicknesses were investigated by hammering experiments under free boundary constraints in different d...The vibration attenuation and damping characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates with different thicknesses were investigated by hammering experiments under free boundary constraints in different directions.The dynamic signal testing and analysis system is applied to collect and analyze the vibration signals of the composite specimens,and combine the self-spectrum analysis and logarithmic decay method to identify the fundamental frequencies of different specimens and calculate the damping ratios of different directions of the specimens.The results showed that the overall stiffness of the specimen increased with the increase of the specimen thickness,and when the thickness of the sample increases from 24mm to 32mm,the fundamental frequency increases by 35.1%,the vibration showed the same vibration attenuation and energy dissipation characteristics in the 0°and 90°directions of the specimen,compared with the specimen in the 45°direction,which was less likely to be excited and had poorer vibration attenuation ability,while the upper and lower surfaces of the same specimen showed slightly different attenuation characteristics to the vibration,the maximum difference of damping capacity between top and bottom surfaces of CFRP plates is about 70%.展开更多

Three parameters (temperature, time, and liquid/solid ratio) affecting the extraction of TFPP were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). Under the optimized conditions, the yield of TFPP was predicted to be 4.98%. The physicochemical properties, in vitro antioxidant activities, and inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase of frac- tionated TFPPs (TFPP-0, TFPP-20, TFPP-40, and TFPP-60) were investigated. We found that the TFPPs were all acid protein-bound heteropolysaccharides, although with different chemical compositions. They had not only re- markable scavenging activity on 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) and reducing activity, but also excellent inhibitory potential against α-glucosidase in vitro. Purpose:Auditory nerve injury is one of the most common nerve injury complications of skull base fractures.However,there is currently a lack of auxiliary examination methods for its direct diagnosis.The purpose of thi...Purpose:Auditory nerve injury is one of the most common nerve injury complications of skull base fractures.However,there is currently a lack of auxiliary examination methods for its direct diagnosis.The purpose of this study was to find a more efficient and accurate means of diagnosis for auditory nerve injury.Methods:Through retrospectively analyzing the results of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and high-resolution CT(HRCT)in 37 patients with hearing impairment following trauma from January 1,2018 to July 31,2020,the role of the two inspection methods in the diagnosis of auditory nerve injury was studied.Inclusion criteria were patient had a clear history of trauma and unilateral hearing impairment after trauma;while exclusion criteria were:(1)severe patient with a Glasgow coma scale score<5 because these patients were classified as severe head injury and admitted to the intensive care unit,(2)patient in the subacute stage admitted 72 h after trauma,and(3)patient with prior hearing impairment before trauma.According to Goodman's classification of hearing impairment,the patients were divided into low/medium/severe injury groups.In addition,patients were divided into HRCT-positive and negative groups for further investigation with their BAEP results.The positive rates of BEAP for each group were observed,and the results were analyzed by Chi-square test(p<0.05,regarded as statistical difference).Results:A total of 37 patients were included,including 21 males and 16 females.All of them were hospitalized patients with GCS score of 6-15 at the time of admission.The BAEP positive rate in the medium and severe injury group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the low injury group(27.27%)(p<0.01).The rate of BEAP positivity was significantly higher in the HRCT-positive group(20/30,66.7%)than in the HRCT-negative group(1/7,14.3%)(p<0.05).Twenty patients(54.05%)were both positive for BEAP and HRCT test,and considered to have auditory nerve damage.Six patients(16.22%)were both negative for BEAP and HRCT test,and 10 patients(27.03%)were BAEP-negative but HRCT-positive:all the 16 patients were considered as non-neurological injury.The rest 1 case(2.70%)was BAEP-positive but HRCT-negative,which we speculate may have auditory nerve concussion.Conclusion:By way of BAEP combining with skull base HRCT,we may improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of auditory nerve injury.Such a diagnostic strategy may be beneficial to guiding treatment plans and evaluating prognosis.展开更多
