经胸实时三维超声可视化模型诊断冠心病及病变血管定位的价值分析 被引量:5

目的分析在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)诊断及病变血管定位中经胸实时三维超声可视化模型的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月—2019年5月重庆三峡中心医院疑似冠心病并接受经胸实时三维超声可视化模型诊断者128例进行回顾性... 目的分析在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)诊断及病变血管定位中经胸实时三维超声可视化模型的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月—2019年5月重庆三峡中心医院疑似冠心病并接受经胸实时三维超声可视化模型诊断者128例进行回顾性分析,均实施冠状动脉造影检查,并将其检查结果作为"金标准",明确经胸实时三维超声可视化模型诊断冠心病及病变血管定位结果,并明确其诊断结果及病变血管定位诊断结果与"金标准"的一致性。结果经冠状动脉造影检查发现,本组受检者中67例冠心病患者,其中有63例经胸实时三维超声可视化模型拟诊断为冠心病,在61例冠状动脉造影检查诊断为非冠心病的患者中有2例经胸实时三维超声可视化模型拟诊断为冠心病;冠脉造影检查诊断为冠心病的67例患者中有196处血管病变,其中左前降支、左回旋支、右冠脉血管病变占比分别为49.24%、30.46%和20.30%,经胸实时三维超声可视化模型拟诊断为冠心病的65例受检者中共发现193处血管病变,其中定位左前降支、左回旋支、右冠脉血管病变结果与冠脉造影检查的符合率分别为97.94%、98.33%和97.50%,整体符合率为97.97%;两种方法诊断冠心病结果、病变血管定位结果的一致性均较好(P<0.05)。结论经胸实时三维超声可视化模型可准确诊断冠心病,并定位病变血管,且其结果与冠状动脉造影有较好的一致性。 展开更多

Through the method of initial heat release rate, the kinetic property of tyrosine oxidation catalyzed by tyrosinase from Pseudomonas maltophilia was investigated using a LKB-2107 batch microcalorimeter. Tyrosine was catalyzed and oxidized into L-dopa, then into melanin catalyzed by tyrosinase. We found that the tyrosinase reaction obeyed the Michaelis-Menten kinetics, and at 298.15K and pH 7.0, the initial exothermic rate (W0 ) are in the range of 0.1567~0.5704 mJ·s-1, the maximum exothermic rate (Wmax) are in 0.4152 ~ 0.8143mol·L-1, and mean value of the Michaelis constant (Km) is 2.199±0.105104 mol·L-1. 展开更多

Silica aggregates were prepared by base-catalyzed hydrolysis and condensation of alkoxides in alcohol.Polyethylene glycol(PEG) was used as organic modifier.The sols were characterized using Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) with synchrotron radiation as X-ray source.The structure evolution during the sol-gel process was determined and described in terms of the fractal geometry.As-produced silica aggregates were found to be mass fractals.The fractl dimensions spanned the regime 2.1-2.6 corresponding to more branched and compact structures.Both RLCA and Eden models dominated the kinetic growth under base-catalyzed condition. 展开更多

A small-angle x-ray scattering(SAXS)technique using synchrotron radiation as the x-ray source has been employed to characterize the microstructure of mesoporous silica prepared by one-pot template-directed synthesis methodology.The scattering of pure silica agreed with Porod’s law.the scattering of organomodified mesoporous silica showed a negative deviation from Porod’s law,suggesting that an interfacial layer exists between the pores and silica matrix.It was the organic groups comprising the interface,as shown by ^29Si cross-polarization magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (^29Si cp MAS/NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),that caused this negative deviation of SAXS intensity from Porod’s law,and the average thichness of the interfacial layer could be deduced from this negative deviation.Copyright 2001 john Wiley and Sons,Ltd. 展开更多
