用于停车场视觉建图的语义回环检测算法

针对停车场视觉建图的回环检测方法对目标级别的语义信息关注较少、在长时间大范围的建图过程中地图一致性与持久性较差的问题,设计了一种语义回环检测算法。该算法基于语义实例,使用图匹配方法找到回环帧并进行帧间位姿估计,生成回环约束。在同准确率下,该回环检测算法的召回率均高于基于ORB(oriented fast and rotate brief)描述子和词袋法的回环检测方案。在停车场建图与定位试验中,建图轨迹与轨迹真值的绝对误差均小于1 m,定位误差均小于0.3 m,满足对应的技术要求。试验结果表明,本文提出的语义回环检测算法的回环检测性能优于传统回环检测算法,适用于停车场视觉建图任务。

BSPTS疗法联合核心力量训练对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸影响

[目的]探讨BSPTS(Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School,BSPTS)疗法联合核心力量训练对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis,AIS)的影响.[方法]将44名轻度AIS患者分为自然组、对照组和实验组.自然组不采取任何措施;对照组遵医嘱按要求自行矫治,并定期回医院检查;实验组给予BSPTS疗法联合核心力量训练矫治.比较3组患者矫治前、后冠状面、矢状面、水平面、体表指标和生活质量改善情况.[结果]自然组和对照组与矫治前比,患者冠状面、矢状面、水平面、体表指标和生活质量均未表现出改善且部分指标更趋不良;实验组与矫治前相比,患者各项指标和生活质量均表现出改善和趋向良好;实验组与自然组和对照组矫治后相比,各项指标和生活质量也均表现良好.[结论]BSPTS疗法联合核心力量训练可矫治轻度AIS,有效改善患者冠状面、矢状面、水平面畸形,促进体表、竖脊肌两侧趋向平衡,提高患者生活质量.

Novel flavin-containing monooxygenase protein FMO1 interacts with CAT2 to negatively regulate drought tolerance through ROS homeostasis and ABA signaling pathway in tomato

Drought stress is themajor abiotic factor that can seriously affect plant growth and crop production.The functions of flavin-containing monooxygenases(FMOs)are known in animals.They addmolecular oxygen to lipophilic compounds or produce reactive oxygen species(ROS).However,little information on FMOs in plants is available.Here,we characterized a tomato drought-responsive gene that showed homology to FMO,and it was designated as FMO1.FMO1 was downregulated promptly by drought and ABA treatments.Transgenic functional analysis indicated that RNAi suppression of the expression of FMO1(FMO1-Ri)improved drought tolerance relative to wild-type(WT)plants,whereas overexpression of FMO1(FMO1-OE)reduced drought tolerance.The FMO1-Ri plants exhibited lower ABA accumulation,higher levels of antioxidant enzyme activities,and less ROS generation comparedwith theWTand FMO1-OE plants under drought stress.RNA-seq transcriptional analysis revealed the differential expression levels of many drought-responsive genes thatwere co-expressed with FMO1,including PP2Cs,PYLs,WRKY,and LEA.Using Y2H screening,we found that FMO1 physically interacted with catalase 2(CAT2),which is an antioxidant enzyme and confers drought resistance.Our findings suggest that tomato FMO1 negatively regulates tomato drought tolerance in the ABA-dependent pathway and modulates ROS homeostasis by directly binding to SlCAT2.

发展学生核心素养的体育深度教学评价指标体系研究

发展学生核心素养已成为“立德树人”教育根本任务与体育教学改革的理念引领,体育深度教学是超越传统浅表层教学、发展学生核心素养的教学方式。构建体育深度教学评价指标体系,对于具体化体育深度教学及其开展具有重要意义。运用德尔菲法等,通过3轮专家问卷调查,建立了包括5个一级指标、15个二级指标、44个三级指标的体育深度教学评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了指标体系的权重,以及对指标的具体含义与获取途径进行了说明。

泛在运动研究

新中国成立70年来,我国体育事业取得了长足的进步。进入新时代,人们的体育运动呈现出泛在现象,“泛在运动”进入了人们的视野。利用文献资料、数理统计、问卷调查等方法,对泛在运动的表征、特征、生成原因、价值进行了研究。泛在运动的表征为泛在运动行为、泛在运动竞赛、泛在运动学习,特征为时间自由化、空间多样化、人群全面化,生成得益于体育运动政策的引领、体育运动场地的保障、体育运动动机的促使,其价值表现为助推全民健身提质增效、迫使体育治理机制改革、促进学校体育教育发展。

铸牢中华民族共同体意识融入民族地区高校体育课程思政建设研究

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是维护我国统一多民族国家稳定的基础。民族地区高校民族学生占比高、族群认同高、文化差异大,需要树立他们铸牢中华民族共同体意识。运用文献资料法、逻辑演绎法等研究方法,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识融入民族地区高校体育课程思政建设进行了研究。研究认为:国家认同、民族团结、精神力量作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内涵与体育具有关联性;鉴于铸牢中华民族共同体意识融入民族地区高校体育课程思政的现实困境,明确了融入的内容构建,提出以学生发展为导向创设融入教学目标、以竞赛游戏为形式打造融入教学样态、以理论教学为手段外化融入隐性内容、以课程改革为契机构筑融入保障体系的实践路径。

细辛炮制历史沿革和研究进展

本文以《历代中药炮制资料辑要》为线索,结合历年版《中华人民共和国药典》、1988年版《全国中药炮制规范》、地方炮制规范及现代炮制研究相关资料,对古今文献收载的细辛炮制相关的内容进行归纳整理。历代关于细辛的炮制方法有净制、切制、加热炮制及加辅料炮制等记载,而现代细辛的炮制方法相对单一,除2008年版《上海市中药饮片炮制规范》收载的蜜炙外,各版《中华人民共和国药典》及其他规范仅提及净制和切制。近年研究表明,炒制、碱制、酒制、低温超微粉碎等炮制方法可有效降低细辛毒性,增强临床应用安全性。本文通过整理细辛炮制的历史沿革和研究进展,为现代炮制研究提供参考。

STAT3 mediates resistance of CD44^+CD24^(-/low) breast cancer stem cells to tamoxifen in vitro

We sought to determine whether STAT3 mediated tamoxifen resistance of breast cancer stem cells in vitro.The capacities for mammosphere formation and STAT3 expression of CD44＋CD24-/low MCF-7 and MCF-7 were observed.The CD44＋CD24-/low subpopulation ratio and its sensitivity to adriamycin were analyzed in MCF-7 and TAM resistant（TAM-R） cells.Cell cycle,apoptosis,STAT3 and phospho-STAT3 changes were observed af-ter treatment with tamoxifen.Small interference RNA-mediated knockdown of STAT3 in TAM-R cells was also performed.CD44＋CD24-/low MCF-7 showed higher capacities for mammosphere formation and STAT3 expression than total MCF-7.The CD44＋CD24-/low subpopulation was also upregulated in TAM-R cells with less sensitivity to adriamycin than MCF-7.Cell cycle changes,anti-apoptotic effects and STAT3 changes were also found.Mean-while,the knock-down of STAT3 in TAM-R resulted in an increase in sensitivity to tamoxifen.It is concluded that STAT3 plays an essential role in breast cancer stem cells,which correlated with tamoxifen resistance.

Reliability assessment and correlation analysis of evaluating orthodontic treatment outcome in Chinese patients

This study aimed to assess the reliability of experienced Chinese orthodontists in evaluating treatment outcome and to determine the correlations between three diagnostic information sources. Sixty-nine experienced Chinese orthodontic specialists each evaluated the outcome of orthodontic treatment of 108 Chinese patients. Three different information sources： study casts （SC）, lateral cephalometric X-ray images （LX） and facial photographs （PH） were generated at the end of treatment for 108 patients selected randomly from six orthodontic treatment centers throughout China. Six different assessments of treatment outcome were made by each orthodontist using data from the three information sources separately and in combination. Each assessment included both ranking and grading for each patient. The rankings of each of the 69 judges for the 108 patients were correlated with the rankings of each of the other judges yielding 13 873 Spearman rs values, ranging from -0.08 to ＋0.85. Of these, 90% were greater than 0.4, showing moderate-to-high consistency among the 69 orthodontists. In the combined evaluations, study casts were the most significant predictive component （R2=0.86, P〈0.000 1）, while the inclusion of lateral cephalometric films and facial photographs also contributed to a more comprehensive assessment （R2=0.96, P〈0.000 1）. Grading scores for SC＋LX and SC＋PH were highly significantly correlated with those for SC＋LX＋PH （r（SC＋LX）vs.（SC＋LX＋PH）=0.96, r（SC＋PH）vs.（SC＋LX＋PH）=0.97）, showing that either SC＋LX or SC＋PH is an excellent substitute for all three combined assessment,

Visualization analysis of research frontiers and trends in nerve regeneration and osseoperception in the repair of tooth loss

This study analyzed 85 articles indexed by the Web of Science concerning nerve regeneration and osseoperception during tooth loss repair. Using the Web of Science database and Citespace Ⅲ software, a document co-citation network map was drawn by document co-citation analysis and word frequency analysis methods. Combined with emergent node secondary literature retrieval, subject headings with apparent changing word frequency trends were retrieved so as to identify research frontiers and development trends. Research frontiers and hotspots for neuronal calcium sensor protein were quantitatively explored to forecast future research developments in nerve regeneration and osseoperception during repair of tooth loss.

龙胆炮制历史沿革和现代研究

本文以《历代中药炮制资料辑要》为线索,查阅我国有关龙胆炮制的历史文献和现代资料,对相关内容进行归纳整理。历代关于龙胆的炮制方法有净制、切制、加热炮制及加多种辅料炮制等记载,而现代龙胆的炮制方式相对单一,仅净制、超微饮片、炭制和酒炒等方法收载于历年版《中华人民共和国药典》及地方炮制规范。现代药理研究表明,酒炙龙胆、甘草炙龙胆、姜炙龙胆、龙胆炭、醋龙胆、盐龙胆等炮制方法具合理性与质量可控性。本文通过梳理龙胆炮制的历史沿革和研究进展,为其现代炮制研究提供参考。

Activation of cannabinoid receptor CB2 regulates LPS-induced pro-inflammatory cytokine production and osteoclastogenic gene expression in human periodontal ligament cells

Background and Objective: It has been found that human periodontal ligament (hPDL) cells express cannabinoid receptor CB2. However, the functional importance of CB2 in hPDL cells exposed to bacterial endotoxins is not known. Here we investigate if the inflammation promoter lipopolysaccharide (LPS) affects CB2 expression and if activation of CB2 regulates LPS-induced pro-inflammatory cytokine production and osteoclastogenic gene expression in hPDL cells. Methods: The hPDL cells were obtained from extracted teeth of periodontally healthy subjects. CB2 expression in hPDL cells exposed to LPS was deter- mined by quantitative real-time PCR analysis. Then, the cells were incubated with or without CB2-specific agonist HU-308 before further stimulation with LPS. In some experiments, the cells were pre-treated with CB2-specific antagonist SR144528. The production of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1 beta (IL- 1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNF-α) was assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mRNA expression of osteoclastogenic genes osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL) was examined using quantitative real-time PCR analysis. Results: CB2 expression in hPDL cells was markedly enhanced by LPS. HU-308 significantly suppressed the production of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α exposed to LPS, whereas SR144528 attenuated this effect. The OPG/RANKL ratio decreased when exposed to LPS, furthermore increased significantly with the addition of HU-308 and finally decreased markedly after pretreatment with SR144528. Conclusion: Our study demonstrated that activation of CB2 had anti-inflammatory and anti-resorptive effects on LPS-stimulated hPDL cells. These findings suggest that activation of CB2 might be an effective therapeutic strategy for the treatment of inflammation and alveolar bone resorption in periodontitis.

Nonsurgical orthodontic treatment for an adult with skeletal open bite, class III malocclusion and posterior crossbite: A case report

Class III malocclusion associated with skeletal anterior open bite pattern in adults can be a challenging orthodontic problem, especially for the nonsurgical treatment. Conventionally, several treatment alternatives are available such as tooth extraction, molar intrusion, and absolute anchorage system or orthognathic surgical correction. Although correction with surgery may be the most effective and stable way, many patients refused surgical treatment plan because of the costs and traumas it may bring. We reported a nonsurgical orthopedic treatment of 22-year-old male with severe skeletal anterior open bite, dental Class III malocclusion, posterior crossbite and a high mandibular plane angle. The patient refused surgery and extraction. So we formulated a treatment plan consisting of using rapid palatal expansion appliance to expand the maxilla, standard edgewise brackets to align the teeth, Class III elastics to correct the canines, premolars, and molars relationship, reverse curve of the nickel-titanium wire combined with anterior vertical elastics to intrude molars and correct open bite. In this case, without suffering of surgery, the posterior crossbite was ideally corrected, and ideal overjet and overbite relationships and functional occlusion were all achieved. The patient obtained satisfactory occlusal as well as functional and stable results.

A Prediction Method of Trend-Type Capacity Index Based on Recurrent Neural Network

Due to the increase in the types of business and equipment in telecommunications companies,the performance index data collected in the operation and maintenance process varies greatly.The diversity of index data makes it very difficult to perform high-precision capacity prediction.In order to improve the forecasting efficiency of related indexes,this paper designs a classification method of capacity index data,which divides the capacity index data into trend type,periodic type and irregular type.Then for the prediction of trend data,it proposes a capacity index prediction model based on Recurrent Neural Network(RNN),denoted as RNN-LSTM-LSTM.This model includes a basic RNN,two Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)networks and two Fully Connected layers.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional Holt-Winters,Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA)and Back Propagation(BP)neural network prediction model,the mean square error(MSE)of the proposed RNN-LSTM-LSTM model are reduced by 11.82%and 20.34%on the order storage and data migration,which has greatly improved the efficiency of trend-type capacity index prediction.

宁夏中学生2023年1月体力活动现状

目的 了解宁夏中学生2023年1月体力活动现状及影响因素,为中学生更好开展体力活动提供参考。方法 采用方便抽样方法,于2023年2月1-7日抽取宁夏5个地级市的6 593名初一至初三年级中学生为研究对象,利用线上问卷调查前一个月的体力活动情况及影响因素。结果 中学生静态行为、低体力活动、中体力活动、高体力活动占比分别为92.25%,4.66%,2.72%,0.38%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女生、年龄增高、超重、肥胖、新冠病毒感染症状中症、家庭支持为不支持和一般、体力活动知识不知晓和一般、体力活动技能不熟练和一般、体力活动器具不充足和一般、活动场所距离>2.5 km是中学生静态行为的相关因素(OR值分别为1.22,2.47,1.89,1.39,2.32,1.20,2.61,1.85,1.45,1.23,1.26,1.11,2.05,1.77,1.14,1.43,P值均<0.05)。结论 宁夏中学生体力活动表现不良,与体质量指数、新冠病毒感染、体力活动知识和技能、活动场所距离等有关,应积极控制影响因素,促进其体质健康。

银川市城区小学生身体姿态异常及相关因素分析

目的了解银川市城区小学生身体姿态异常发生率及影响因素,为小学生身体姿态异常防治工作提供依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取银川市城区9所学校的1947名7~12岁小学生为研究对象,采用Body Style(Model.S-8.0)仪器进行身体姿态异常筛查,并自行设计问卷调查相关因素。结果银川市城区小学生身体姿态综合评分为(22.07±2.87)分,异常检出率为71.29%;身体姿态异常检出率在性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)上组间差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为9.84,13.47,6.46,P值均<0.05),具体表现为女童(73.54%)高于男童(69.07%);7~8岁(68.24%)低于9~10岁(72.17%)和11~12岁(73.54%);肥胖儿童异常检出率(74.91%)高于超重(72.64%)和正常(70.28%)儿童。不良体态指标中,高低肩(40.73%)、骨盆前倾(39.39%)、X/O型腿(38.57%)的检出率较高;总体身体姿态异常分级的构成,表现出轻度(54.32%)高于中度(37.82%)和重度(7.85%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女生(OR=1.23)、年龄增高(9~10岁OR=1.89,11~12岁OR=2.48)、超重(OR=1.39)和肥胖(OR=2.34)、偶尔参加体育锻炼(OR=2.96)、每天运动时长<30 min(OR=2.77)、每天视屏时长≥2 h(OR=2.84)、几乎不食用乳制品(OR=1.79)、几乎不食用鱼肉(OR=1.77)、几乎不食用蔬菜(OR=2.14)、每天都喝碳酸饮料(OR=2.97)、每天睡眠时长<6 h(OR=2.56)是小学生身体姿态发育的相关因素(P值均<0.05)。结论银川市城区小学生身体姿态异常较为严重,与体育锻炼及时长、营养、视屏和睡眠时长等有关,需要引起足够重视。

我国体育非物质文化遗产旅游资源空间分布研究——基于GIS空间分析

我国拥有数量众多的体育非物质文化遗产旅游资源,作为历史的积淀和人类文明的结晶,其对于维护文化的多样性有着重要意义。为丰富其保护和传承路径,揭示其空间分布及成因,主要运用GIS空间分析法,分别开展基于"点"(优秀旅游城市、5A级景区)要素、"线"(主要国道、铁路)要素、"点""线"二要素综合与我国445项体育非物质文化遗产旅游资源的相交分析。结果显示,三种相交结果呈现的空间分布特征相似,共同表现为"四簇多点"且东中部多、西部少;"四簇"地区为京津、河南、沪浙、广东;"多点"地区为山东、福建、湖北、河北、山西、陕西、四川、云南、青海、宁夏;这一空间分布特征的形成,主要与经济因素、民族因素、地理因素、文化因素、确立制度因素、自身属性因素、历史为主的其他因素相关。研究对我国体育非物质文化遗产旅游资源的开发和产业化发展,具有借鉴意义。

中国共产党少数民族体育政策的历程与趋向

依据中共党史,梳理中国共产党的百年少数民族体育政策历程,透析政策发展的动因,展望新发展阶段中国共产党少数民族体育政策的基本趋向。研究认为:百年来我国经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命与建设时期、改革开放时期、新时代,与此对应的少数民族体育政策经历了模仿探索、曲折反复、加强提升、细化创新的发展历程。中国共产党的百年少数民族体育政策,主要基于坚持民族平等、保障体育权利,维护民族团结、发挥体育功能,弘扬民族文化、传承传统体育的良好动因。展望新发展阶段,中国共产党的少数民族体育政策趋向:政策理路明确化,政策决策民主化,政策制定专项化,政策内容精细化,政策执行高效化。

“武”还是“舞”:回族踏脚的身份界定研究

踏脚发端和流行于宁夏泾源县乡间,是深受回族群众喜爱的民族传统项目。亦"武"亦"舞"的回族踏脚,从文化身份上属于"武"还是"舞",明确此问题有利于避免文化身份危机造成的流失、消逝。运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析法等,发现回族踏脚源于回族武术"弹腿",后在生存环境改变、人们精神需求扩大、"武""舞"文化同源交融的综合作用下,演变成为"踏脚舞",并被人们熟识。从社会发展和国家重视文化繁荣的今天来看,在回族踏脚形态内涵的符合、生存危机的保护需要、民族传统文化复兴追求的支持下,"非物质文化"是踏脚文化身份的现实旨归。

Cerium oxide nanoparticles-mediated cascade catalytic chemo-photo tumor combination therapy

ROS-based tumor therapy based on nanocatalytic medicine has recently been proposed for its tumor-specificity.However,a safe and highly efficient strategy towards getting high enough ROS to kill the hypoxic cancer cells is still a great challenge.Herein,we report a simple pH/H_()20_(2)-activatable,O_(2)-evolving,and ROS regulating doxorubicin(DOX)and indocyanine green(ICG)co-loading PEGylated polyaniline(PANI)coated CeOx@polyacrylic acid(PAA)nanoclusters for highly selective and optimized cancer combination treatment.It can selectively and greatly enhance intracellular O_(2) and ROS levels in tumor region,which depends on two-step catalytic properties of nanoceria(Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)=3.46,neutral surface charge,mostly localize into the cytoplasm,pH 7.4-6.5,catalase-like catalytic agents convert to Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)=0.58,negative surface charge,mostly localize into the lysosomes,pH 5-4,oxidase-like catalytic agents,triggered by near infrared(NIA)laser irradiation).Furthermore,the protective effect of polyethylene glycol(PEG),PANI,and PAA ensure that the nanoceria can only play the role of catalase under the irradiation of NIR light arrived at the tumor area.Moreover,loading of nanoceria and ICG onto PANI greatly enhanced photo thermal effect of nanoparticles.(NPs),which is useful for killing cancer cells by relieving hypoxia and promoting cross-membrane drug delivery.to further enhance photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy efficiency.The chemo-photo combination therapies fantastically inhibited tumor growth and prevented tumor recurrence in vivo,suggesting a smart nanotheranostic system to achieve more precise and effective therapies in O_(2)-deprived tumor tissue.
