城市院前急救医疗服务点空间特征分析及优化

院前急救医疗服务一直是城市医疗公共服务建设的重要内容,其城市院前急救医疗站点空间分布合理与否,直接影响急救医疗服务的效用。本文综合利用地理国情数据、交通大数据和统计数据,提出了以出行便利度、均等度、人口覆盖度和人口协调度... 院前急救医疗服务一直是城市医疗公共服务建设的重要内容,其城市院前急救医疗站点空间分布合理与否,直接影响急救医疗服务的效用。本文综合利用地理国情数据、交通大数据和统计数据,提出了以出行便利度、均等度、人口覆盖度和人口协调度4个空间测度,对急救医疗站点的空间分布特征进行分析的方法,用于识别现有站点布局存在的问题。针对存在的问题,结合现有站点和潜在站点,研究了全局和局部优化方法。以合肥市为例进行验证,结果表明站点空间特征分析方法能够有效识别现有站点布局存在的问题,站点布局优化的结果能够有效提高服务效用。 展开更多

基于汉字语音映射的脑电信号直译方法研究

目的探讨基于汉字语音映射的脑电信号(EEG)直译方法,从而开发一种人机交互的新手段。方法基于对汉字语音朗读时产生的EEG采集,利用Mel倒频谱系数对语音信号进行特征提取,将EEG特征与语音特征映射生成数据库,基于数据库利用循环神经网络... 目的探讨基于汉字语音映射的脑电信号(EEG)直译方法,从而开发一种人机交互的新手段。方法基于对汉字语音朗读时产生的EEG采集,利用Mel倒频谱系数对语音信号进行特征提取,将EEG特征与语音特征映射生成数据库,基于数据库利用循环神经网络进行EEG识别。采用共空间模式(CSP)联合支持向量机(SVM)对EEG进行特征提取和分类识别作为对照试验。结果CSP+SVM识别方式下,平均分类准确率为(36.53±3.17)%;在基于汉字语音映射的EEG直译方式下,平均分类准确率为(69.93±3.07)%,经重复数据集训练后的识别准确率可达75%以上。结论基于语音映射的直译方法可以获得更稳定的EEG,将EEG与语音信号形成映射,可以准确且快速地用EEG重建汉字语音信息,为未来用EEG实现人机通信提供有效依据,从而实现用汉字语音映射的EEG直译方法开发一种人机交互的新手段。 展开更多

针对地质建模时,人工识别山体内部岩石的局限性、低效率且易受主观因素影响等问题,提出了基于地震波反射信号的岩石类型自动识别技术。通过处理地震波反射信号获得岩石力学参数,采用Decision Tree ID3算法,提取岩石密度、波速、弹性模... 针对地质建模时,人工识别山体内部岩石的局限性、低效率且易受主观因素影响等问题,提出了基于地震波反射信号的岩石类型自动识别技术。通过处理地震波反射信号获得岩石力学参数,采用Decision Tree ID3算法,提取岩石密度、波速、弹性模量、剪切模量,构建岩性识别模型分类器。通过该分类器对某山体内部岩石类型进行判断,研究结果证明:研究区内部多为辉长岩,玄武岩最少,通过模型分类结果与研究区真实地质对比分析,玄武岩正判率达到93%,安山岩、闪长岩正判率达到100%,花岗岩正判率达到88%,决策树建立的分类器模型能够基于地震波反射信号高效、准确地识别岩石岩性。 展开更多

Nineteen diterpenoids, including saldigitin A(1) bearing an unprecedented 10-methylated 6/7/6 carbon ring system, two new icetexanes(2, 3), and two new nor-abietanes(5, 6) were characterized from the roots of Salvia digitaloides. Their structures were elucidated by the analysis of the spectroscopic data,X-ray crystallography, and TDDFT calculations of ECD spectra. The novel architecture of 1 should be biogenetically derived through the cleavage and re-cyclization of the B/C rings from the normal abietane skeleton. Biologically, 1–5 exhibited noticeable inhibitions on Ca_(v)3.1 low voltage-gated Ca2+channel(LVGCC), with IC50values in the range of 3.43–11.70 μmol/L. They are the first example of diterpenoids with 6/7/6 carbon rings system as Ca_(v)3.1 antagonists. 展开更多
