Experience of humanistic nursing in hemodialysis nursing for patients with diabetic kidney disease

BACKGROUND Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a prevalent complication of diabetes that often requires hemodialysis for treatment.In the field of nursing,there is a growing recognition of the importance of humanistic care,which focuses on the holistic needs of patients,including their emotional,psychological,and social well-being.However,the application of humanistic nursing in the context of hemodialysis for DKD patients remains relatively unexplored.AIM To explore the experience of humanistic nursing in hemodialysis nursing for DKD patients.METHODS Ninety-six DKD patients treated with hemodialysis from March 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study and divided into the control cluster(48 cases)and the study cluster(48 cases)according to different nursing methods;the control cluster was given routine nursing and the study cluster was given humanized nursing.The variances of negative emotion mark,blood glucose,renal function,the incidence of complications,life mark and nursing satisfaction before and after nur-sing were contrasted between the two clusters.RESULTS No significant difference in negative emotion markers between the two clusters were observed before nursing(P>0.05),and the negative emotion markers of the two clusters decreased after nursing.The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale markers were lower in the study cluster than the control cluster.The healing rate of patients in the study cluster was significantly higher than the control cluster(97.92%vs 85.42%,P<0.05).Blood glucose parameters were not significantly different between the groups prior to nursing(P>0.05).However,after nursing,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine(SCr)levels in the study cluster were lower than those in the control cluster(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control cluster(6.25%vs 20.83%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life markers between the two clusters before nursing.While the life markers increased after nursing for both groups,the 36-item health scale markers in the study cluster were higher than those within the control cluster(P<0.05).Finally,the nursing satisfaction rate was 93.75% in the study cluster,compared to 75% in the control cluster(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In hemodialysis for DKD patients,the implementation of humanistic nursing achieved ideal results,effectively reducing patients’psychological negative emotion markers so that they can actively cooperate with the diagnosis and nursing,facilitate the control of blood glucose and the maintenance of residual renal function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and finally enhance the life quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of being widely popularized and applied. 展开更多

Background:Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata(Fu-zi)is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,which has been widely used in the clinic and has potent anti-inflammatory activities.we aimed to explore the mechanisms of extract containing alkaloids from different Fu-zi Processed Products(FPP)in treating inflammation,especially rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Firstly,using network pharmacology technology,the ingredients,and targets of Fu-zi were obtained by searching and screening,the targets involving RA were acquired,the intersection targets were constructed a"component-target-pathway"network.A comprehensive investigation was conducted on the anti-rheumatoid arthritis mechanisms of 5 FPPs in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced RAW264.7 cells,which serve as a model for RA.The production of NO and inflammatory cytokines were measured by ELISA kit.Quantitative Real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)was utilized to measure the mRNA levels.COX-2/PGE2 signaling pathway-associated proteins were determined by western blot.Results:According to a network pharmacological study,16 chemical components and 43 common targets were found in Fu-zi and 6 key targets including PTGS2 were closely related to the mechanism of Fu-zi in treating RA.The in vitro study revealed that the levels of NO,TNF-α,and IL-1βwere substantially decreased by the 5 FPPs.The 5 FPPs significantly suppressed the expression of proteins COX-2,iNOS,and NF-κB,with particularly notable effects observed for PFZ and XFZ.Conclusion:Altogether,these results demonstrated that the 5 PPS containing alkaloids have a good anti-RA-related inflammatory effect,and the mechanism may be related to COX-2/PGE2 signaling pathway,particularly,Fu-zi prepared utilizing a traditional Chinese technique. 展开更多

H_(2)O_(2)作为一种重要的化工资源越来越受到关注,它不仅是环境友好的氧化剂,而且是很有应用前景的新型液体燃料.目前生产H_(2)O_(2)主要采用蒽醌法,该方法存在能耗高、副产物有毒等缺点.光催化合成H_(2)O_(2)因对环境友好而受到广泛关注,该合成反应中同时发生H_(2)O_(2)的生成和分解.目前光催化合成H_(2)O_(2)相关研究主要集中在H_(2)O_(2)的生成,而有关H_(2)O_(2)分解的研究较少.研究发现Pt作为助催化剂在提高光催化活性方面发挥着重要作用,但Pt价态对光催化活性的影响,特别是对H_(2)O_(2)的生成和分解的影响,尚未进行详细研究.本文将不同价态的Pt沉积在含硼金属有机骨架(UiO-67-B)上,详细研究了Pt(0),Pt(Ⅱ)和Pt(Ⅳ)在光催化产H_(2)O_(2)过程中的作用.粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅里叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征结果证明了UiO-67-B/Pt(0),UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)和UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅳ)样品的成功制备.此外,UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)的高分辨Cl 2p XPS光谱中出现了Cl-HO(Zr)峰,而且FT-IR谱中出现Cl-H键表明,[PtCl_(4)]^(2-)中的Cl与UiO-67-B中Zr-OH处的H进行了络合.密度泛函理论计算结果表明,UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)上Cl与H之间存在弱吸附,进一步证明了上述结论.光催化反应结果表明,样品中UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)催化生成H_(2)O_(2)产率最高,达到8275μmol L^(-1)h^(-1).H_(2)O_(2)生成和分解速率常数拟合结果表明,Pt(Ⅱ)的存在不仅促进H_(2)O_(2)的生成,而且抑制了光催化过程中H_(2)O_(2)的分解.光催化H_(2)O_(2)分解实验进一步证明了Pt(Ⅱ)对H_(2)O_(2)分解的抑制作用.O_(2)程序升温脱附和高角度环形暗场扫描透射电子显微镜结果表明,UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)具有最大的O_(2)吸附量,且Pt(Ⅱ)以单原子形式存在,这为O_(2)的吸附提供了更多的吸附位点.光致发光光谱、荧光寿命、光电流响应和阻抗图谱结果均表明,UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)拥有更高的载流子转移和分离能力,说明Pt(Ⅱ)与UiO-67-B的相互作用建立了一个电子传输通道,有效促进了UiO-67-B/Pt(Ⅱ)的电荷传输和分离.电子空间分布图也进一步证明了该结论.此外,进一步计算了反应过程中每一步所需的热力学自由能,包括O_(2)吸附、中间体质子化过程和H_(2)O_(2)解吸过程.结果表明,Pt(Ⅱ)的引入更有利于O_(2)的吸附和·O_(2)-质子化,且Pt(Ⅱ)的存在有利于H_(2)O_(2)的解吸.综上,本工作系统地研究了铂价态对H_(2)O_(2)生成的影响,为设计具有良好的H_(2)O_(2)产生效率的光催化剂提供了一种新策略. 展开更多

光催化作为太阳能利用领域的研究热点引起了广泛的关注.其中,光电化学技术能够通过分解水提供清洁的氢能源,因此被认为是一种潜在的新能源制造方式.在光电化学分解水产氢的过程中,最重要的是高效光电极的制备.一系列n型半导体材料已被... 光催化作为太阳能利用领域的研究热点引起了广泛的关注.其中,光电化学技术能够通过分解水提供清洁的氢能源,因此被认为是一种潜在的新能源制造方式.在光电化学分解水产氢的过程中,最重要的是高效光电极的制备.一系列n型半导体材料已被广泛地报道并用作光阳极,如BiVO_4,ZnO,Fe_2O_3等.然而对于光阴极材料,其可选择性则较少.CuBi_2O_4是一种天然矿物,具有廉价易得以及化学性质稳定的特性,而且是一种p型半导体材料,因此能够用于制备光阴极;另外因为其强的可见光响应(1.70 eV),所以具有广泛的应用前景.目前对于CuBi_2O_4光阴极研究主要集中在合成和理论计算方面,而对于如何促进界面处的载流子分离研究较少.本文通过一种简单的电沉积方法成功制备出CuBi_2O_4光阴极,然后利用非晶TiO_2和助催化剂Pt进行修饰后将其用于光电化学产氢.由于形成了CuBi_2O_4/TiO_2 p-n结,因此其光阴极活性得到增强.新的Pt/TiO2/CuBi_2O_4光阴极在0.60V偏压处的光电流为0.35 mA/cm^2,其数值约为Pt/CuBi_2O_4光阴极的两倍.XRD结果表明,我们制备的CuBi_2O_4为纯相且结晶性较好,其表面修饰的TiO_2为非晶相的.SEM结果表明,CuBi_2O_4电极层由100-150nm的颗粒构成.紫外-可见吸收光谱表明,制备的CuBi_2O_4光电极拥有良好的可见光吸收性质,而且TiO_2修饰未对CuBi_2O_4的光吸收产生明显的影响.XPS结果表明,修饰TiO_2并未对CuBi_2O_4电极造成成分上的破坏.光电化学测试表明,修饰TiO_2层厚度和结晶性会影响光电极的最终活性.修饰四层TiO_2和退火200℃的样品具有最好的活性.另外稳定性测试也表明,修饰非晶TiO_2的CuBi_2O_4光阴极具有良好的稳定性.在IPCE测试中,Pt/TiO_2/CuBi_2O_4光阴极在其光响应范围内均比Pt/CuBi_2O_4光阴极表现出更高的效率.阻抗结果测试中Pt/TiO_2/CuBi_2O_4光阴极具有更小的阻抗,这表明其载流子传输更加高效.在Mott-Shetty测试中,Pt/TiO_2/CuBi_2O_4和Pt/CuBi_2O_4光阴极都表现出p型半导体性质,但是Pt/TiO_2/CuBi_2O_4具有更负的平带电位,这表明修饰的TiO_2仍具有n型半导体材料的特性,并与p型的CuBi_2O_4形成p-n结,从而促进了载流子分离效率. 展开更多

However,the traditional stator flux observer based on voltage model is affected by integral initial values and integral drift,that based on current model is affected by the parameters of PMSM,so a new stator flux observation method is proposed based on an improved secondorder generalized integrator( SOGI). Compared to the stator flux observation method based on the conventional SOGI,the proposed method can not only overcome the influence of integral initial values and integral drift,but also completely eliminate the DC offset's influence. Therefore,the observation accuracy of stator flux is further improved. The simulation and experimental results both show that the proposed method has a higher stator flux and electromagnetic torque observation precision. 展开更多

To improve the harvesting of visible light and reduce the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes, Ti3+ self-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized and assembled into photoanodes with high visible light photoelectrochemical properties. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectra, electron resonance spectroscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectra were used to characterize the structure, crystallinity, morphology and other properties of the obtained nanoparticles. UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra showed that the Ti3+ self-doped TiO2 nanoparticles had a strong absorption between 400 and 800 nm. Moreover, when hydrothermal treatment time was prolonged to 22 h, the heterogeneous junction was formed between the anatase and rutile TiO2, where the anatase particles exposed highly active {001} facets. Under visible light irradiation, the Ti3+ self-doped TiO2 electrode exhibited an excellent photoelectrocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) and water splitting performance. Intriguingly, by selecting an appropriate hydrothermal time, the high photoconversion efficiency of 1.16% was achieved. To improve the separation capacity of uranium in aqueous solutions, 3R-MoS2 nanosheets were prepared with molten salt electro- lysis and further modified with polypyrrole (PPy) to synthesize a hybrid nanoadsorbent (PPy/3R-MoS2). The preparation conditions of PPy/3R- MoS2 were investigated and the obtained nanosheets were characterized with scanning electron microscope (SEM), high resolution transmis- sion electron microscope (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectro- scopy (XPS). The results showed that PPy/3R-MoS2 exhibited enhanced adsorption capacity toward U(VI) compared to pure 3R-MoS2 and PPy;the maximum adsorption was 200.4 mg/g. The adsorption mechanism was elucidated with XPS and FTIR: (1) negatively charged PPy/3R-MoS2 nanosheets attracted by an electrostatic interaction;(2) exposed C, N, Mo, and S atoms complexed with U(VI) through co- ordination;(3) Mo in the complex partly reduced the adsorbed U(VI) to U(IV), which further regenerated the adsorption point and continu- ously adsorbed U(VI). The design of the PPy/3R-MoS2 composite with a high adsorption capacity and chemical stability provides a new direc- tion for the removal of radionuclide. 展开更多

BACKGROUND To report the possible reasons for needle perforation and complications related to perforation,as well as the clinical management of subretinal hemorrhage(SRH)during retrobulbar injection.CASE SUMMARY A 65-year-old female was scheduled to undergo pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)in her left eye for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).During retrobulbar anesthesia,needle perforation of the globe occurred.Massive SRH in the inferotemporal quadrant together with vitreous hemorrhage were observed.The patient underwent PPV combined with retinotomy for removal of the massive SRH.After earlier surgical intervention,successful reattachment of the retina was achieved.CONCLUSION Inadvertent globe penetration during retrobulbar anesthesia is associated with a poor prognosis and may result in blindness.Timely detection and earlier intervention may be beneficial. 展开更多

The structural, electrical, and optical properties of the films deposited under different Ar pressure were investigated.XRD (X-ray diffraction) patterns show that the nature of the films is polycrystalline with a hexagonal structure and a preferred orientation along the c-axis. The resistivity increases as Ar pressure increases. The lowest range exceeds 88% for all the samples. The optical band gap decreases from 3.27 to 3.15 eV with increasing Ar pressure from 0.6 to 3.0 Pa. 展开更多

In order to improve the performance of classifiers in subjective domains, this paper defines a metric to measure the quality of the subjectively labelled training data (QoSTD) by means of K-means clustering. Then, the QoSTD is used as a weight of the predicted class scores to adjust the likelihoods of instances. Moreover, two measurements are defined to assess the performance of the classifiers trained by the subjective labelled data. The binary classifiers of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Zhengs are trained and retrained by the real-world data set, utilizing the support vector machine (SVM) and the discrimination analysis (DA) models, so as to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The experimental results show that the consistency of likelihoods of instances with the corresponding observations is increased notable for the classes, especially in the cases with the relatively low QoSTD training data set. The experimental results also indicate the solution how to eliminate the miss-labelled instances from the training data set to re-train the classifiers in the subjective domains. 展开更多

Diet plays an important role in people’s daily life with its strong correlation to health and chronic diseases. Meanwhile, deep based food computing emerges to provide lots of works which including food recognition, food retrieval, and food recommendation, and so on. This work focuses on the food recognition, specially, the ingredients identification from food images. The paper proposes two types of ways for ingredient identification. Type1 method involves the combination of salient ingredients classifier with salient ingredient identifiers. Type 2 method introduces the segment-based classifier. Furthermore, this work chooses 35 kinds of ingredients in the daily life as identification categories, and constructs three kinds of novel datasets for establishing the ingredient identification models. All of the classifiers and identifiers are trained on Resnet50 by transfer learning. Many experiments are conducted to analyze the effectiveness of proposed methods. As the results, Salient ingredients classifier predict one ingredient and achieves 91.97% on test set of salient ingredients dataset and 82.48% on test dish image dataset. Salient ingredients identifiers predict remained ingredients and achieve mean accuracy of 85.96% on test dish image dataset. Furthermore, Segment-based classifier achieves 94.81% on test set of segment-based ingredients dataset. 展开更多

Neighborhood predictors of short sleep duration and bedtime irregularity among children in the United States: results from the 2019-2020 National Surveyof Children's Health

Background Environmental factors may contribute to short sleep duration and irregular bedtime in children.Neighborhood factors and children's sleep duration and bedtime regularity remain a less investigated area.The aim of this study was to investigate the national and state-level proportions of children with short sleep duration and irregular bedtime and their neighborhood predictors.Methods A total of 67,598 children whose parents completed the National Survey of Children's Health in 2019-2020 were included in the analysis.Survey-weighted Poisson regression was used to explore the neighborhood predictors of children's short sleep duration and irregular bedtime.Results The prevalence of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime among children in the United States(US)was 34.6%[95%confidence interval(CI)=33.8%-35.4%]and 16.4%(95%CI=15.6%-17.2%)in 2019-2020,respectively.Safe neighborhoods,supportive neighborhoods,and neighborhoods with amenities were found to be protective factors against children's short sleep duration,with risk ratios ranging between 0.92 and 0.94,P<0.05.Neighborhoods with detracting elements were associated with an increased risk of short sleep duration[risk ratio(RR)=1.06,95%CI=1.00-1.12]and irregular bedtime(RR=1.15,95%CI=1.03-1.28).Child race/ethnicity moderated the relationship between neighborhood with amenities and short sleepduration.Conclusions Insufficient sleep duration and irregular bedtime were highly prevalent among US children.A favorable neighborhood environment can decrease children's risk of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime.Improving the neighborhood environment has implications for children's sleep health,especially for children from minority racial/ethnic groups. 展开更多

During wet complexation denitrification of flue gas,Fe^(II)EDTA regeneration,also known as reducing Fe^(II)IEDTA and Fe^(II)EDTA-nitric oxide(NO)to Fe^(II)EDTA,is crucial.In this paper,ultraviolet(UV)light was used for the first time to reduce Fe^(II)EDTA-NO.The experimental result demonstrated that Fe^(II)EDTA-NO reduction rate increased with UV power increasing,elevated temperature,and initial Fe^(II)EDTA-NO concentration decreasing.Fe^(II)EDTA-NO reduction rate increased first and then decreased as pH value increased(2.0e10.0).Fe^(II)EDTA-NO reduction with UV irradiation presented a first order reaction with respect to Fe^(II)EDTA-NO.Compared with other Fe^(II)EDTA regeneration methods,Fe^(II)EDTA regeneration with UV show more superiority through comprehensive consideration of regeneration rate and procedure.Subsequently,NO absorption experiment by Fe^(II)EDTA solution with UV irradiation confirmed that UV can significantly promote the NO removal performance of Fe^(II)EDTA.Appropriate oxygen concentration(3%(vol))and acidic environment(pH=4)was favorable for NO removal.With UV power increasing as well as temperature decreasing,NO removal efficiency rose.In addition,the mechanism research indicates that NO from flue gas is mostly converted to NO_(2)-,NO_(3)-,NH_(4)^(+),N_(2),and N_(2)O with Fe^(II)EDTA absorption liquid with UV irradiation.UV strengthens NO removal in Fe^(II)EDTA absorption liquid by forming a synergistic effect of oxidationereductionecomplexation.Finally,compared with NO removal methods with Fe^(II)EDTA,Fe^(II)EDTA combined UV system shows prominent technology advantage in terms of economy and secondary pollution. 展开更多

It is quite important to ensure the safety and sustainable development of nuclear energy for the treatment of radioactive wastewater.To treat radioactive wastewater efficiently and rapidly,two multi-amine b-cyclodextrin polymers(diethylenetriamine b-cyclodextrin polymer(DETA-TFCDP)and triethylenetetramine b-cyclodextrin polymer(TETA-TFCDP))were prepared and applied to capture uranium.Results exhibited that DETA-TFCDP and TETA-TFCDP displayed the advantages of high adsorption amounts(612.2 and 628.2 mg·g^(-1),respectively)and rapid adsorption rates,which can reach(88±1)%of their equilibrium adsorption amounts in 10 min.Moreover,the adsorbent processes of DETA-TFCDP and TETATFCDP on uranium(VI)followed the Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order model,stating they were mainly chemisorption and self-endothermic.Besides,TETA-TFCDP also showed excellent selectivity in the presence of seven competing cations and could be effectively reused five times via Na2CO_(3)as the desorption reagent.Meanwhile,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy illustrated that the enriched multi-amine groups and oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of TETA-TFCDP were the main active sites for capturing uranium(VI).Hence,multi-amine b-cyclodextrin polymers are a highly efficient,rapid,and promising adsorbent for capturing uranium(VI)from radioactive wastewater. 展开更多

Large-scale sudden-onset disasters may cause massive injuries and thus place great pressure on the emergency blood supplies of local blood banks. When blood is in short supply, blood products gathered urgently to a local blood center should be appropriately allocated to blood banks in the affected area. Moreover, ABO/Rh(D) compatibilities among blood groups must be considered during emergency situations. To minimize the total unmet demand of blood products considering the optimal ABO/Rh(D)-compatible blood substitution scheme, a mixed integer programming model is developed and solved efficiently by using a greedy heuristic algorithm. Finally, a numerical example derived from the emergency blood supply scenario of the Wenchuan Earthquake is presented to verify the proposed model and algorithm. The results show that considering ABO/Rh(D)-compatible blood substitution can remarkably increase the efficiency of emergency blood allocation while lowering blood shortage, and the preference order of possible ABO/Rh(D)-compatible substitutions has an influence on the allocation solution. 展开更多
