为探究不同含量1-羟乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体(IL)改性石墨烯(GR)后对石墨烯/丁腈复合材料摩擦性能的影响,文中设置了3种GR与IL的质量比,通过热重分析、扫描电镜表征手段对比分析了GR与IL不同质量比制备的改性石墨烯(GR-IL)的... 为探究不同含量1-羟乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体(IL)改性石墨烯(GR)后对石墨烯/丁腈复合材料摩擦性能的影响,文中设置了3种GR与IL的质量比,通过热重分析、扫描电镜表征手段对比分析了GR与IL不同质量比制备的改性石墨烯(GR-IL)的改性效果,并研究了不同石墨烯添加量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,GR与IL的质量比为1:1和1:2的GR-IL可以降低复合材料的摩擦系数、磨损及振动加速度总级,在载荷0.25MPa、转速1000r/min下干磨2h后最低质量磨损率仅为0.175%;而当质量比为1:3时,则复合材料的摩擦性能降低;随着石墨烯含量的增加,石墨烯/丁腈复合材料的摩擦性能呈现先提高后降低的趋势。 展开更多

High-quality wood products and valuable wood crafts receive everyone’s favor with the rapid development of the economy.In order to improve the cutting surface quality of wood forming parts,the cutting experiment of renewable Fraxinus mandshurica was conducted by waterjet-assisted CO_(2)laser(WACL)technology.A quadratic mathematical model for describing the relationship between surface roughness changes and cutting parameters was established.The effects of cutting speed,flow pressure and laser power on the kerf surface roughness of Fraxinus mandshurica when cutting transversally were discussed by response surface method.The experimental results showed that kerf surface roughness decreased under a lower laser power,higher cutting speed and higher flow pressure.When the cutting speed was 30 mm/s,flow pressure was 1.58 MPa and laser power was 45 W,the actual surface roughness of the optimized Fraxinus mandshurica was 2.41μm,and it was in accord with the theoretically predicted surface roughness value of 2.54μm,so the model fitted the actual situation well.Through the analysis of 3D profile morphology and micromorphology,it was concluded that the optimized kerf surface of Fraxinus mandshurica was smoother,the cell wall was not destroyed and the tracheid was clear.It provides the theoretical basis for wood micromachining. 展开更多

The flow characteristics in a spouted-fluid bed differ from those in spouted or fluidized beds because of the injection of the spouting gas and the introduction of a fluidizing gas. The flow behavior of gas-solid phases was predicted using the Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model (TFM) approach with kinetic theory for granular flow to obtain the flow patterns in spouted-fluid beds. The gas flux and gas incident angle have a significant influence on the porosity and particle concentration in gas-solid spouted-fluid beds. The fluidizing gas flux affects the flow behavior of particles in the fountain. In the spouted-fluid bed, the solids volume fraction is low in the spout and high in the annulus. However, the solids volume fraction is reduced near the wall. 展开更多
