Mitochondria play an essential role in neural function,such as supporting normal energy metabolism,regulating reactive oxygen species,buffering physiological calcium loads,and maintaining the balance of morphology,subcellular distribution,and overall health through mitochondrial dynamics.Given the recent technological advances in the assessment of mitochondrial structure and functions,mitochondrial dysfunction has been regarded as the early and key pathophysiological mechanism of cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,Huntington’s disease,mild cognitive impairment,and postoperative cognitive dysfunction.This review will focus on the recent advances in mitochondrial medicine and research methodology in the field of cognitive sciences,from the perspectives of energy metabolism,oxidative stress,calcium homeostasis,and mitochondrial dynamics(including fission-fusion,transport,and mitophagy). 展开更多

消毒剂对重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白促细胞黏附活性的影响

通过CCK8实验探究75%乙醇、碘伏、葡萄糖酸洗必泰、苯扎氯铵、苯扎溴铵对细胞的毒性以及对重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白(rhColⅢ)促细胞的黏附活性的影响,预测消毒剂的使用在面部填充时对胶原蛋白活性的影响,为临床应用提供指导。结果显示:... 通过CCK8实验探究75%乙醇、碘伏、葡萄糖酸洗必泰、苯扎氯铵、苯扎溴铵对细胞的毒性以及对重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白(rhColⅢ)促细胞的黏附活性的影响,预测消毒剂的使用在面部填充时对胶原蛋白活性的影响,为临床应用提供指导。结果显示:各消毒剂对NIH/3T3小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞和HFB人皮肤成纤维细胞均表现出细胞毒性,比较结果为:葡萄糖酸洗必泰<苯扎氯铵、苯扎溴铵<75%乙醇、碘伏,该结果也间接提示75%乙醇、碘伏消毒效果较佳;将各消毒剂原液稀释100倍后,其对rhColⅢ促细胞黏附活性影响比较为:葡萄糖酸洗必泰、苯扎氯铵<75%乙醇<碘伏、苯扎溴铵。碘伏和苯扎溴铵工作液直接接触rhColⅢ均显著降低其促细胞黏附活性,碘伏、葡萄糖酸洗必泰、苯扎溴铵工作液直接接触rhColⅢ可导致其发生聚集。 展开更多

[Methods]By saturation solution process,the best inclusion technology was screened out with orthogonal design. [Results]The prescription of in situ gel contained ibuprofen-β-CD complex,poloxamer P407,P188,and HPMCK4M( w/v 10%,18%,3%,and 0. 5%). The gelation temperature of ibuprofen gel was 34. 6 ± 0. 3℃. The viscosity of ibuprofen gel increased significantly above 35℃ and showed semi-solid attribute. [Conclusions] The release of ibuprofen from in situ gel was slow and stable in 96 h,demonstrated a proximate zero order release between 24 h and 96 h. 展开更多

Stabilizing important physical quantities to atom-based standards lies at the heart of modern atomic,molecular and optical physics,and is widely applied to the field of precision metrology.Of particular importance is the atom-based microwave field amplitude stabilizer,the so-called atomic candle.Previous atomic candles are realized with atoms in their ground state,and hence suffer from the lack of frequency band tunability and small stabilization bandwidth,severely limiting their development and potential applications.To tackle these limitations,we employ microwave-dressed Rydberg atoms to realize a novel atomic candle that features multi-band frequency tunability and large stabilization bandwidth.We demonstrate amplitude stabilization of microwave field from C-band to Ka-band,which could be extended to quasi-DC and terahertz fields by exploring abundant Rydberg levels.Our atomic candle achieves stabilization bandwidth of 100 Hz,outperforming previous ones by more than two orders of magnitude.Our simulation indicates the stabilization bandwidth can be further increased up to 100 kHz.Our work paves a route to develop novel electric field control and applications with a noise-resilient,miniaturized,sensitive and broadband atomic candle. 展开更多

可逆固体氧化物燃料电池(RSOC)是一种新型高效的能量存储和转化装置,具有高效率、无污染和模块化等优点.在本文中,La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)Fe_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(LCaFN)被用于高性能RSOC的无锶无钴钙钛矿空气电极.与La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)Fe_(0.... 可逆固体氧化物燃料电池(RSOC)是一种新型高效的能量存储和转化装置,具有高效率、无污染和模块化等优点.在本文中,La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)Fe_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(LCaFN)被用于高性能RSOC的无锶无钴钙钛矿空气电极.与La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)Fe_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(LSFN)和La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)Fe_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(LSCoF)相比,LCaFN具有较高的导电性(297 S cm^(-1))、良好的热膨胀系数兼容性(11.2×10^(-6)K^(-1))和较高的化学稳定性.此外,LCaFN在800℃还具有高催化活性和低极化电阻(0.06Ωcm^(2)).单电池Ni-YSZ/YSZ/GDC/LCaFN-GDC在800℃下的最大功率密度为1.08 W cm^(-2).在固体氧化物电解池模式下,电池在800℃、70%H_(2)O、1.3 V电压下可实现约1.2 A cm^(-2)的电流密度.同时电池还表现出良好的可逆性和运行稳定性.研究结果表明,LCaFN作为RSOC的空气电极材料具有广阔的应用前景. 展开更多
