武汉地区314例消化系统疾病患者CYP2C19基因多态性分析 被引量:8

目的分析武汉地区消化系统疾病患者CYP2C19基因的多态性。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月于湖北省武汉市第三医院行CYP2C19基因多态性检测的无血缘关系汉族消化系统疾病患者314例。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测质子泵抑制剂代谢相... 目的分析武汉地区消化系统疾病患者CYP2C19基因的多态性。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月于湖北省武汉市第三医院行CYP2C19基因多态性检测的无血缘关系汉族消化系统疾病患者314例。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测质子泵抑制剂代谢相关酶CYP2C19基因型,根据基因型判断代谢表型,并分析性别、年龄及消化系统疾病临床分型与CYP2C19基因多态性的相关性。结果该研究共检测到8种基因型:CYP2C19~*1~*17、~*1~*1、~*1~*2、~*1~*3、~*2~*17、~*3~*17、~*2~*2及~*2~*3;4种代谢表型:超快代谢型为0.96%,快代谢型型为36.94%,中间代谢型型为45.54%,慢代谢型型为16.56%。不同年龄、性别及消化系统疾病临床分型患者CYP2C19基因型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、消化系统疾病临床分型患者代谢表型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄患者代谢表型比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论武汉地区消化系统疾病患者CYP2C19基因具有多态性,其等位基因频率和代谢表型分布情况与亚洲人群接近,与欧洲等其他国家人群存在明显差异。 展开更多

In this paper, the robust H∞ control problem for uncertain discrete-time systems with time-varying state delay is con- sidered. Based on the Lyapunov functional method, and by resorting to the new technique for estimating the upper bound of the difference of the Lyapunov functional, a new less conservative sufficient condition for the existence of a robust H∞ controller is obtained. Moreover, the cone complementary linearisation procedure is employed to solve the nonconvex feasibility problem. Finally, several numerical examples are presented to show the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Jetting of a near-wall cavitation bubble induced by another tandem bubble

Double bubbles near a rigid wall surface collapse to produce a significant jet impact,with potential applications in surface cleaning and ultrasonic lithotripsy.However,the dynamic behaviors of near-wall bubbles remain unexplored.In this study,we investigate the jetting of a near-wall bubble induced by another tandem bubble.We define two dimensionless standoff distances,γ_(1),γ_(2),to represent the distances from the center of the near-wall bubble to the rigid wall and the center of controlling bubble to the center of the near-wall bubble,respectively.Our observations reveal three distinct jetting regimes for the near-wall bubble:transferred jetting,double jetting,and directed jetting.To further investigate the jetting mechanism,numerical simulations are conducted using the compressibleInterFoam solver in the open-source framework of OpenFOAM.A detailed analysis shows that the transferred jet flow is caused by the pinch-off resulting from the axial contraction velocity at the lower end of the near-wall bubble being greater than the vertical contraction velocity,leading to a maximum jet velocity of 682.58 m/s.In the case of double jetting,intense stretching between the controlling bubble and the wall leads to a pinch-off and a double jetting with a maximum velocity of 1096.29 m/s.The directed jet flow is caused by the downward movement of the high-pressure region generated by the premature collapse of the controlling bubble,with the maximum jet velocity reaching 444.62 m/s. 展开更多
