Strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)has a great impact on the activity and selectivity of heterogeneous catalysts,which was usually adjusted by changing reduction temperature or processing catalyst in different atmosphere.However,few researches concentrate on modulating SMSI through regulating the structure of the support.Herein,we show how changing the surface environment of the anatase TiO_(2)(B–TiO_(2))can be used to modulate the SMSI.The moderate TiOx overlayer makes the Ni metal highly dispersed on the high specific surface area of support,resulting in a substantially enhanced CO_(2)methanation rate.Besides,a novel phenomenon was observed that boron dopants promote the for-mation of the B–O–Ti interface site,enhancing the catalytic performance of CO_(2)hydrogenation.DFT calculations confirm that the B–O–Ti structure facilitates the activation of CO_(2)and further hydrogenation to methane. 展开更多

曲安奈德注射液穴位注射治疗手部慢性湿疹42例 被引量:4

目的研究曲安奈德注射液穴位注射治疗手部慢性湿疹疗效及安全性,并探讨其作用机制。方法手部慢性湿疹患者80例,随机分为2组,治疗组42例给予曲安奈德注射液合谷穴位注射;对照组38例给予曲安奈德注射液局部皮损内注射。两组均每周治疗1次,... 目的研究曲安奈德注射液穴位注射治疗手部慢性湿疹疗效及安全性,并探讨其作用机制。方法手部慢性湿疹患者80例,随机分为2组,治疗组42例给予曲安奈德注射液合谷穴位注射;对照组38例给予曲安奈德注射液局部皮损内注射。两组均每周治疗1次,3次为1个疗程,3周后观察疗效及不良反应。结果 3周后治疗组有效率88.10%,对照组有效率89.47%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未出现明显不良反应;两组医患友好配合调查结果:治疗组患者顺从配合率90.48%,对照组顺从配合率68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合谷穴注射治疗手部慢性湿疹与局部皮损内注射疗效相当,但穴位注射具有注射部位少,疼痛减轻,患者满意度更高、依从性更好,患者易接受等优点,是治疗手部多发性、慢性角化性湿疹较好的方法。 展开更多

Cobalt phthalocyanine-graphene (CoPc-Gr) complex are fabricated through 7r-Tr interaction of each components, with CoPc adsorbed/inserted on/in the graphene sheets. The obtained complex could be used in the electro-chemical detection of various medicines. CoPc-Gr modified glassy electrode shows excellent response to the electro-oxidation of dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA), much better than those of CoPc, graphene oxide (GrO) or graphene (Gr) modified electrode. Significantly, the detection of dopamine is a diffusion-controlled process, highly selective, and has a low detection limit and broad linear range. 展开更多

A novel strategy to synthesize copper-based nanoparticles supported on carbon nitride(C3 N4) was developed by popping of mixture containing C3 N4 and cupric nitrate. Characterizations such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicate that the structure of g-C3 N4 maintained although a popping process occurred. High resolution transmission electronic microscopy(HRTEM) characterization illustrated that copper-based nanoparticles with diameter of < 1 nm were well distributed on g-C3 N4. This kind of copper catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity and selectivity in arylation of pyrazole, a simple and effect strategy to construct C-N bond in organic chemistry.According to the results of control experiments and characterizations, cuprous oxide should be the catalytic active phase in the supported coperbased catalyst. 展开更多

Carbon-supported copper catalyst was prepared for the first time in one-step with copper nitrate and corn stalk through calcination under different temperatures. Uniformly dispersed nanoparticles were obtained and were identified to be Cu(0) and Cu(Ⅰ) in XRD patterns. Excellent catalytic activity and selectivity were achieved in the N-arylation of pyrazole under ligand and protection gas free conditions. About90.4% of product yield was achieved with only 0.5 mol% of copper catalyst(Cu-C-300), which was considerably more efficient than previous reports. XPS results suggested that the N-arylation of pyrazole activity was closely related to the surface Cu(Ⅰ) species. 展开更多

Meta-analysis of the relationship between cytotoxin-associated gene-A and ischemic stroke subtypes

OBJECTIVE: To assess the role of cytotoxin-associated gene-A (CagA) positive strains of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in ischemic stroke (IS) subtypes. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed, EMBASE... OBJECTIVE: To assess the role of cytotoxin-associated gene-A (CagA) positive strains of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in ischemic stroke (IS) subtypes. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Collaboration database, the CNKI database and the VIP database, from January 1997 to July 2010, was performed to find relevant studies. DATA SELECTION: Case-control studies relevant to CagA with IS and IS subtypes were selected. Data regarding related factors in the case group and control group were acquired using the same approach. All patients had been diagnosed as exhibiting IS using skull CT or MRI, and were etiologically typed according to the 1993 TOAST diagnosis criteria. Two investigators independently performed the same search and study selection. Meta-analyses were then performed for the selected studies using RevMan 5.0 software (Cochrane Collaboration) after strict screening. Heterogeneity tests, sensitivity analyses and publication bias assessments were then conducted. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Relationship of CagA with IS and IS subtypes. RESULTS: Eight studies were selected, involving data from 879 patients with IS, and 849 healthy controls. Five out of eight of the selected studies were related to large artery atherosclerosis (461 patients with IS and 497 health controls). The results of our meta-analysis revealed a significant association between prior infection with CagA-positive strains and increased risk of IS (odds ratio (OR) = 2.31,95% confidence interval (C/): 1.89-2.82, P 〈 0.01), In addition, we found an association between infection with CagA-negative strains and IS (OR = 0.57, 95%C1:0.47 0.70, P 〈 0.01). CagA positive and negative strains were found to correlate with large artery atherosclerosis (CagA-positive strains: OR = 2.87, 95%C/: 2.19-3.77, P 〈 0.01; CagA-negative strains: OR = 0.51, 95%CL 0.39 0.67, P 〈 0.01). Because of the diversity of etiological factors in the case-control study, we conducted further analyses after correcting for confounding factors, and the overall effects were recalculated. The results revealed significant relationships between CagA-positive strains and IS (OR = 2.36, 95%C1: 1.84-3.02, P 〈 0.01), and between CagA-positive strains and large artery atherosclerosis (OR = 3.10, 95%C1: 2.29-4.19, P 〈 0.01 ). A heterogeneity test of CagA-positive strains in IS and its subtypes revealed good homogeneity (f = 0%; f = 0%) and we adopted a fixed-effects model to calculate OR. Sensitivity analysis confirmed that the results of the meta-analysis were reliable. However, the funnel plot suggested that the experimental results may be affected by bias, possibly resulting from a lack of published studies reporting negative outcomes in the meta-analysis. CONCLUSION: Infection with CagA-positive strains is a risk factor for IS, especially the large artery atherosclerosis subtype. However, the evidence from case-control studies is weak, and more prospective studies are required to conclusively determine whether infection by CagA-positive strains should be considered a novel risk factor for IS and its subtypes. 展开更多

Correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and atherothrombotic stroke

Previous studies have demonstrated that Helicobacterpylori infection is associated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, but the correlation between Helicobacterpylori infection and ischemic stroke remains unclear. The present study assessed the effects of Helicobacter pylori infection on atherothrombotic stroke. This study included 115 individuals with atherothrombotic stroke, all of whom were patients receiving treatment at the Department of Neurology, Aerospace Central Hospital (Aerospace Clinical Medical College Affiliated to Peking University) in China, from March 2006 to July 2009. In addition, 131 controls without the history of cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease or atherothrombosis were also enrolled in the study. Results show that the Helicobacterpylori-lgG positive rate was greater in the atherothrombotic stroke patients than in the controls, but the difference was not statistically significant (67.8% vs. 61.8%, OR = 1.301,95%C/: 0.769-2.203, P = 0.327). After correction for potential risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection and known risk factors for ischemic stroke, no significant difference was detected between them (OR = 1.278, 95%C1: 0.667-2.449, P = 0.459). These results indicate that there is no specific correlation between Helicobacterpylori infection and atherothrombotic stroke. This finding requires further verification in large-sample prospective studies. 展开更多
