Existing microfabricated atomic vapor cells have only one optical channel,which is insufficient for supporting the multiple orthogonal beams required by atomic devices.In this study,we present a novel wafer-level manufacturing process for fabricating multi-optical-channel atomic vapor cells and an innovative method for batch processing the inner sidewalls of millimeter glass holes to meet optical channel requirements.Surface characterization and transmittance tests demonstrate that the processed inner sidewalls satisfy the criteria for an optical channel.In addition,the construction of an integrated processing platform enables multilayer non-isothermal anode bonding,the filling of inert gases,and the recovery and recycling of noble gases.Measurements of the absorption spectra and free-induction decay signals of xenon-129(^(129)Xe)and xenon-131(^(131)Xe)under different pump-probe schemes demonstrate the suitability of our vapor cell for use in atomic devices including atomic gyroscopes,dual-beam atomic magnetometers,and other optical/atomic devices.The proposed micromolding technology has broad application prospects in the field of optical-device processing. 展开更多

The adequacy of language education largely depends on the favorable and unfavorable emotions that teachers and students experience throughout the education process.Simply said,emotional factors play a key role in improving the quality of language teaching and learning.Furthermore,these emotional factors also promote the well-being of language teachers and learners and place them in a suitable mental condition.In view of the favorable impact of emotional factors on the mental health of language teachers and learners,many educational scholars around the world have studied these factors,their background,and their pedagogical consequences.Nonetheless,the majority of previous studies have employed traditional research methods in assessing these variables and their influences on language teachers’and learners’mental health.Because of the complex and dynamic quality of emotional factors,traditional research approaches often fail to evaluate these factors and their dynamic,non-linear connections with teachers’and learners’mental health and well-being.Accordingly,some novel research approaches are required to measure the dynamicity and complexity of emotional factors in language education settings.To address this call,the current state-of-the-art conceptual article seeks to provide new insights for investigating emotional factors and their potential impact on language teachers’and learners’mental states.This study also intends to offer a comprehensive list of emerging methods that take into account the complex and dynamic nature of emotional variables.Finally,the study outlines the potential implications of this review for educational researchers. 展开更多

The non-Hermitian systems with the non-Hermitian skin effect(NHSE)are very sensitive to the imposed boundary conditions and lattice sizes,which lead to size-dependent non-Hermitian skin effects.Here,we report the experimental observation of NHSE with different boundary conditions and different lattice sizes in the unidirectional hopping model based on a circuit platform.The circuit admittance spectra and corresponding eigenstates are very sensitive to the presence of the boundary.Meanwhile,our experimental results show how the lattice sizes and boundary terms together affect the strength of NHSE.Therefore,our electric circuit provides a good platform to observe size-dependent boundary effects in non-Hermitian systems. 展开更多

目的:探讨SMAD4基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点rs12958604和rs10502913与宫颈癌遗传易感性之间的关系。方法:收集2018年2月至2019年12月右江民族医学院附属医院和广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院确诊的宫颈癌患... 目的:探讨SMAD4基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点rs12958604和rs10502913与宫颈癌遗传易感性之间的关系。方法:收集2018年2月至2019年12月右江民族医学院附属医院和广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院确诊的宫颈癌患者和健康体检者血液样本各342例及其临床病理资料,分为宫颈癌组和对照组,采用DNA测序法和SNaPshot技术检测SNP,分析比较两组rs12958604和rs10502913基因型、等位基因、基因模型、单倍型差异性。结果:两组SMAD4的rs10502913基因型及等位基因进行比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组SMAD4的rs12958604 GG基因型和GG+GA显性模型及G等位基因进行比较差异均具有统计学意义(OR=0.577,95%Cl:0.380~0.877,P=0.010;OR=0.670,95%Cl:0.483~0.928,P=0.016及OR=0.743,95%Cl:0.600~0.920,P=0.006)。单倍型分析显示G-A和G-G在两组中差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归多因素分析显示高血压是独立危险因素。结论:SMAD4基因SNP位点rs12958604与宫颈癌易感性可能存在关联。 展开更多

Only in the presence of sidelobe jamming (SLJ), can the conventional adaptive monopulse technique null the jamming effectively and maintain the monopulse angle estimation accuracy simultaneously. While mainlobe jamming (MLJ) exists, the mainlobe of adaptive pattern will subject to serious distortion, which results in a failure of detecting and tracking targets by monopulse technique. Therefore, a monopulse angle estimation algorithm based on combining sum-difference beam and auxiliary beam is presented. This algorithm utilizes both high gain difference beams and high gain auxiliary beams for cancelling the mainlobe jammer and multiple sidelobe jammers (SLJs) while keeping an adap- tive monopulse ratio. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that the serious invalidation of monopulse technique in MLJ and SLJs scenarios is resolved well, which improves the monopulse angle accuracy greatly. Some of the copper tailings can be recycled to recover valuable minerals. In this paper, a copper tailing was studied through the chemical analysis method, Xray diffraction and scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrum. It turned out that chalcopyrite(Cu) and pyrite(S) were the main recoverable minerals in the tailing. In order to separate chalcopyrite from pyrite in low pulp pH, ammonium humate(AH) was singled out as the effective regulator. The depression mechanism of AH on the flotation of pyrite was proved by FTIR spectrum and XPS spectrum, demonstrating that there was a chemical adsorption between AH and pyrite. By Response Surface Methodology(RSM), the interaction between AH, pulp pH and iso-butyl ethionine(Z200) was discussed. It was illustrated that the optimal dosage of AH was 1678 g·t^(-1) involving both the recovery of Cu and S. The point prediction by RSM and the closed-circuit flotation displayed that the qualified Cu concentrate and S concentrate could be obtained from the copper tailing.The study indicated that AH was a promising pyrite depressor in the low pulp pH from copper tailings. 展开更多

The novel detector combines the numerically stable Krylov subspace technique and diagonal loading technique, and it uses the framework of the adaptive coherence estimator (ACE). It can effectively detect a target with low sample support. Compared with its natural competitors, the novel detector has higher proba- bility of detection (PD), especially when the number of the training data is low. For the former case, the closed-form statistical pro-perty of the novel detectors is derived. When the covariance matrix is unknown, the corresponding detectors have higher probabilities of detection (PDs) than their natural competitors. Two novel tunable detectors are proposed. They can control the degree to which the mismatched signals are rejected. Remarkably, it is found that they both cover existing famous detectors as their special cases. More importantly, they possess the constant false alarm rate(CFAR)property and achieve enhanced mismatched signal rejection or improved robustness than their natural competitors. A cold preamplifier based on superconducting quantum interference devices(SQUIDs)is currently the preferred readout technology for the low-noise transition edge sensor(TES).In this work,we have designed and fabricated a series SQUID array(SSA)amplifier for the TES detector readout circuit.In this SSA amplifier,each SQUID cell is composed of a first-order gradiometer formed using two equally large square washers,and an on-chip low pass filter(LPF)as a radiofrequency(RF)choke has been developed to reduce the Josephson oscillation interference between individual SQUID cells.In addition,a highly symmetric layout has been designed carefully to provide a fully consistent embedded electromagnetic environment and achieve coherent flux operation.The measured results show smooth V-Φcharacteristics and a swing voltage that increases linearly with increasing SQUID cell number N.A white flux noise level as low as 0.28μφ;/Hz;is achieved at 0.1 K,corresponding to a low current noise level of 7 pA/Hz;.We analyze the measured noise contribution at mK-scale temperatures and find that the dominant noise derives from a combination of the SSA intrinsic noise and the equivalent current noise of the room temperature electronics. 展开更多

A cold compressor blade deforms elastically under aerodynamic and centrifugal loads during operation,transforming into a hot blade configuration.Blade deformation has a significant effect on the performance of compressor.A nonlinear pre⁃deformation method for compressor rotor blade was developed with consideration of the nonlinear features of blade stiffness and load which varies with blade configuration.In the blade profile design phase,the method can be used to compensate the aeroelastic deformation of the blade during operation.The adverse effects of blade deflection on compressor performance and structure can be avoided by the pre⁃deformation method.Due to the fact that the nonlinear method is sensitive to initial value,a load incremental method was applied to calculate initial blade deformation to stabilize and accelerate the pre⁃deformation method.The developed method was used to predict the manufactured configuration of the Stage 37 rotor blade.The variation rules of aerodynamic and structure parameters of the pre⁃deformed blade were analyzed under off⁃design conditions.Results show that the developed method ensures that under the design condition there was a good match between the actual blade configuration during operation and the intended design blade profile.The blade untwist angle of pre⁃deformed blade could be 0°at design point.Meanwhile,the tip clearance only decreased 0.2%.When the working speed was faster than 80%design speed,the performance of the pre⁃deformed blade agreed with that of the design blade.However,the mass flow rate and the total pressure ratio of the pre⁃deformed blade were lower at low speeds. 展开更多

Taking the water consumption in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2012 as modeling data,the total water consumption of the whole region of Ningxia in 2018-2020 was analyzed and predicted. Various new conductive materials with exceptional properties are utilized for the preparation of electronic devices.Achieving ultra-high conductivity is crucial to attain excellent electrical performance.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the impact of conductor material thickness on device performance.Here,we investigate the effect of conductor thickness on power transmission and radiation in radio-frequency(RF)and microwave electronics based on MXene nanosheets material transmission lines and antennas.The MXene transmission line with thickness above the skin depth exhibits a good transmission coefficient of approximately-3 dB,and the realized gain of MXene antennas exceeds 2 dBi.Additionally,the signal transmission strength of MXene antenna with thickness above the skin depth is higher than 5-μm MXene antenna approximately 5.5 dB.Transmission lines and antennas made from MXene materials with thickness above the skin depth exhibit stable and reliable performance,which has significant implications for obtaining high-performance RF and microwave electronics based on new conductive materials. 展开更多

Bioelectricity has been stated as a key factor in regulating cell activity and tissue function in electroactive tissues.Thus,various biomedical electronic constructs have been developed to interfere with cell behaviors to promote tissue regeneration,or to interface with cells or tissue/organ surfaces to acquire physiological status via electrical signals.Benefiting from the outstanding advantages of flexibility,structural diversity,customizable mechanical properties,and tunable distribution of conductive components,conductive fibers are able to avoid the damage-inducing mechanical mismatch between the construct and the biological environment,in return to ensure stable functioning of such constructs during physiological deformation.Herein,this review starts by presenting current fabrication technologies of conductive fibers including wet spinning,microfluidic spinning,electrospinning and 3D printing as well as surface modification on fibers and fiber assemblies.To provide an update on the biomedical applications of conductive fibers and fiber assemblies,we further elaborate conductive fibrous constructs utilized in tissue engineering and regeneration,implantable healthcare bioelectronics,and wearable healthcare bioelectronics.To conclude,current challenges and future perspectives of biomedical electronic constructs built by conductive fibers are discussed. 展开更多

Iron(Fe)is essential for DNA synthesis,photosynthesis and respiration of plants.The demand for Fe substantially increases during legumesrhizobia symbiotic nitrogen fixation because of the synthesis of leghemoglobin in the host and Fecontaining proteins in bacteroids.However,the mechanism by which plant controls iron transport to nodules remains largely unknown.Here we demonstrate that GmYSL7 serves as a key regulator controlling Fe uptake from root to nodule and distribution in soybean nodules.GmYSL7 is Fe responsive and GmYSL7 transports iron across the membrane and into the infected cells of nodules.Alterations of GmYSL7 substantially affect iron distribution between root and nodule,resulting in defective growth of nodules and reduced nitrogenase activity.GmYSL7 knockout increases the expression of GmbHLH300,a transcription factor required for Fe response of nodules.Overexpression of GmbHLH300 decreases nodule number,nitrogenase activity and Fe content in nodules.Remarkably,GmbHLH300 directly binds to the promoters of ENOD93 and GmLbs,which regulate nodule number and nitrogenase activity,and represses their transcription.Our data reveal a new role of GmYSL7 in controlling Fe transport from host root to nodule and Fe distribution in nodule cells,and uncover a molecular mechanism by which Fe affects nodule number and nitrogenase activity. 展开更多

Co-modulated interface binding energy and electric field distribution of layer-structured PVDF–LDPE dielectric composites with BaTiO3: experiment and multiscale simulations

The layer-structured composites were built by the dielectric and insulating layers composed of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and low-density polyethylene(LDPE)composites containing barium titanate(BT)to modulate the dielectric and energy storage properties of the composites.The simulations on the interface models for molecular dynamics and the geometric models for finite element analysis were performed together with the experimental characterization of the morphology,dielectric,and energy storage properties of the composites.The results revealed that polyethylene as an insulating layer played a successful role in modulating dielectric permittivity and breakdown strength while BT particles exerted positive effects in improving the miscibility between the composed layers and redistributing the electric field.The strong interface binding energy and the similar dielectric permittivity between the PVDF layer and the BT20/LDPE layer made for the layer-structured composites with a characteristic breakdown strength(Eb)of 188.9 kV·mm^(−1),a discharge energy density(Ud)of 1.42 J·cm^(−3),and a dielectric loss factor(tanδ)of 0.017,which were increased by 94%,141%,and decreased by 54%in comparison with those of the BT20/PVDF composite,respectively. 展开更多
