Skeletal muscle has a robust regeneration ability that is impaired by severe injury,disease,and aging.resulting in a decline in skeletal muscle function.Therefore,improving skeletal muscle regeneration is a key challenge in treating skeletal muscle-related disorders.Owing to their significant role in tissue regeneration,implantation of M2 macrophages(M2MФ)has great potential for improving skeletal muscle regeneration.Here,we present a short-wave infrared(SWIR)fluorescence imaging technique to obtain more in vivo information for an in-depth evaluation of the skeletal muscle regeneration effect after M2MФtransplantation.SWIR fluorescence imaging was employed to track implanted M2MФin the injured skeletal muscle of mouse models.It is found that the implanted M2MФaccumulated at the injury site for two weeks.Then,SWIR fluorescence imaging of blood vessels showed that M2MФimplantation could improve the relative perfusion ratio on day 5(1.09±0.09 vs 0.85±0.05;p=0.01)and day 9(1.38±0.16 vs 0.95±0.03;p=0.01)post-injury,as well as augment the degree of skeletal muscle regencration on day 13 post-injury.Finally,multiple linear regression analyses determined that post-injury time and relative perfusion ratio could be used as predictive indicators to evaluate skeletal muscle regeneration.These results provide more in vivo details about M2MФin skeletal muscle regeneration and confirm that M2MФcould promote angiogenesis and improve the degree of skeletal muscle repair,which will guide the research and development of M2MФimplantation to improve skeletal muscle regeneration. 展开更多

目的:观察超声乳化联合EX-PRESS引流钉植入治疗难治性开角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:选取难治性开角型青光眼合并白内障患者共66例67眼。试验组采用超声乳化吸除联合EX-PRESS引流钉植入术,对照组采用超声乳化吸除联合小梁切除术... 目的:观察超声乳化联合EX-PRESS引流钉植入治疗难治性开角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:选取难治性开角型青光眼合并白内障患者共66例67眼。试验组采用超声乳化吸除联合EX-PRESS引流钉植入术,对照组采用超声乳化吸除联合小梁切除术。术前进行BCVA、IOP检查;观察并发症、手术时间,术后观察视力、眼压、滤过泡改变;随访时间为术后1d,1wk,1、6mo,1a。结果:试验组手术时间为23.26±2.00min,对照组手术时间为31.73±2.17min,两组间有差异(t=16.68,P<0.01)。试验组术后发生浅前房和滤过泡瘢痕化者各1眼;对照组术后发生低眼压3眼,前房出血和脉络膜脱离各1眼,滤过泡瘢痕化者5眼。滤过泡Kronfeld分型无差异(Z=-0.775,P=0.438)。两组干预因素及时间对患者术后眼压均有影响(F组间=8.67,P组间<0.01;F时间=127.58,P时间<0.01;F组间×时间=7.5,P组间×时间<0.01)。干预因素对患者术后视力无影响,两组术后视力同术前相比均有差异(F组间=0.35,P组间=0.55;F时间=34.92,P时间<0.01;F组间×时间=0.38,P组间×时间=0.86)。结论:超声乳化联合EX-PRESS引流钉植入治疗难治性开角型青光眼合并白内障安全有效、手术时间短,可作为一种常规青白联合手术方式。 展开更多

Translucent fruit contained more sucrose, glucose and fructose in apoplast than those in apoplast of normal fruit. There were more liquid in intercellular space of translucent fruit than that of normal flesh. The contents of alcohol and ethylene in translucent fruit were higher than those in normal fruit. Translucent fruit contained less calcium than normal fruit. Electrolyte leakage of translucent flesh was more than that of normal flesh. There were 205 proteins of which the expressions in translucent flesh were higher than those in normal flesh. Calcium-ions-binding protein EF-hand domain-containing protein, ethylene-synthesizing enzyme 1-aminpcyclopropane-1-carboxylate oxidase, ROS-producing protein universal stress protein A-like protein were the top three proteins of which the expressions in translucent flesh were higher than those in normal fruit. When much sugar was transferred into fruit pulp and accumulated in intercellular space, water will be absorbed from cells around and translucence formed. The accumulation of sugar and liquid in apoplast were due to that cell wall and membrane were degraded, which was from being attacked by ROS. There might be more and larger pores in cell wall and membranes of translucent flesh. These data played foundations for researching methods for controlling pineapple translucency. 展开更多

目的评价加速康复流程下肥胖对全膝关节置换术(TKA)围术期失血量的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年8月-2018年8月四川大学华西医院关节外科中心行初次单侧TKA的患者的临床资料,按照体重指数(BMI)分为正常组(18~<24 kg/m^2)、超重组(24~&l... 目的评价加速康复流程下肥胖对全膝关节置换术(TKA)围术期失血量的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年8月-2018年8月四川大学华西医院关节外科中心行初次单侧TKA的患者的临床资料,按照体重指数(BMI)分为正常组(18~<24 kg/m^2)、超重组(24~<28 kg/m^2)和肥胖组(≥28 kg/m^2),比较各组患者的基线资料、总失血量、术中输血量、隐性失血量、总失血量和血容量(PBV)的比值、异体输血率、血红蛋白和血细胞比容变化量、术后住院时间和并发症发生率等。结果肥胖组患者的PBV最高(P<0.05),肥胖组患者的总失血量和隐性失血量与超重组和正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但3组间术中出血量、总失血量和PBV的比值、血红蛋白和血细胞比容变化量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者均没有异体输血、肺栓塞和切口深层感染,3组深静脉血栓、切口红肿渗出和恶心呕吐的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在加速康复流程下,肥胖患者行TKA围术期失血风险更高,其中隐性失血是主要原因,但肥胖患者失血量和血容量的比值、异体输血率、血红蛋白和血细胞比容变化量并没有升高。 展开更多

目的研究黄芩苷对核因子E2相关因子2-抗氧化反应元件(Nrf2-ARE)信号通路的影响,探讨黄芩苷对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗机制。方法30只C57BL/6雄性小鼠随机分成空白对照组(对照组)、DN模型组(DN组)和黄芩苷干预组(干预组),每组10只。通过腹... 目的研究黄芩苷对核因子E2相关因子2-抗氧化反应元件(Nrf2-ARE)信号通路的影响,探讨黄芩苷对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗机制。方法30只C57BL/6雄性小鼠随机分成空白对照组(对照组)、DN模型组(DN组)和黄芩苷干预组(干预组),每组10只。通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素复制DN模型并给予黄芩苷药物干预。ELISA法检测小鼠尿白蛋白。对肾小管上皮细胞进行分组:①高糖组:细胞在含25 mmol/L葡萄糖的高糖培养基中培养。②激活组:细胞在高糖组处理的基础上,用Nrf2激活剂NK-252(20μmol/ml)预处理肾小管上皮细胞24 h。③黄芩苷组:细胞在高糖组处理的基础上,用黄芩苷(100μmol/L)预处理肾小管上皮细胞24 h。④干扰对照组:高糖培养基中培养的细胞在加入黄芩苷的同时,通过Lipofectamine 2000对肾小管上皮细胞转染si-control(si-Nrf2的阴性对照),24 h后收集细胞。⑤Nrf2干扰组:高糖培养基中培养的细胞在加入黄芩苷的同时,通过Lipofectamine 2000对肾小管上皮细胞转染si-Nrf2(Nrf2的小干扰RNA),24 h后收集细胞。Western blotting检测Nrf2的表达水平,流式细胞仪检测肾小管上皮细胞凋亡状况。结果与DN组比较,干预组小鼠的尿白蛋白水平降低、Nrf2的表达水平升高、ARE的活性增强,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组小鼠的肾小管扩张变形程度减轻。细胞实验中发现,与高糖组比较,加入Nrf2激活剂或黄芩苷后,均能激活Nrf2,上调ARE活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)表达水平,并抑制肾小管上皮细胞凋亡(P<0.05)。同时,干扰Nrf2能逆转黄芩苷的作用,促进肾小管上皮细胞凋亡(P<0.05)。结论黄芩苷可能通过上调Nrf2-ARE信号通路抑制高糖诱导的肾小管上皮细胞凋亡,发挥治疗DN的作用。 展开更多

Carbon capture,storage,and utilization(CCSU)is recognized as an effective method to reduce the excessive emission of CO_(2).Absorption by amine aqueous solutions is considered highly efficient for CO_(2) capture from the flue gas because of the large CO_(2) capture capacity and high selectivity.However,it is often limited by the equipment corrosion and the high desorption energy consumption,and adsorption of CO_(2) using solid adsorbents has been receiving more attention in recent years due to its simplicity and high efficiency.More recently,a great number of porous organic polymers(POPs)have been designed and constructed for CO_(2) capture,and they are proven promising solid adsorbents for CO_(2) capture due to their high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area(SBET),adjustable pore size and easy functionalization.In particular,they usually have rigid skeleton,permanent porosity,and good physiochemical stability.In this review,we have a detailed review for the different POPs developed in recent years,not only the design strategy,but also the special structure for CO_(2) capture.The outlook of the opportunities and challenges of the POPs is also proposed. 展开更多

The redshift range from 2.2 to 3 is known as the 'redshift desert' of quasars because quasars with redshifts in this range have similar optical colors as normal stars and are thus difficult to find in optical sky surveys. A quasar candidate, SDSS J085543.40-001517.7, which was selected by a recently proposed criterion involving near-IR Y - K and optical g - z colors, was identified spectroscopically as a new quasar with a redshift of 2.427 by the Guoshoujing Telescope (LAMOST) commissioning observation in 2009 December and confirmed by the observation made with the NAOC/Xinglong 2.16 m telescope in 2010 March. This quasar was not identified in the SDSS spectroscopic survey. Comparing with other SDSS quasars, we found that this new quasar, with an i magnitude of 16.44, is apparently the brightest one in the redshift range from 2.3 to 2.7. From its spectral properties, we derived its central black hole mass to be (1.4 - 3.9) × 10^110 M⊙ and its bolometric luminosity to be 3.7 × 10^48 erg s^-1, which indicates that this new quasar is intrinsically very bright and belongs to the class of the most luminous quasars in the universe. Our identification supports the notion that quasars in the redshift desert can be found by the quasar selection criterion involving the near-IR colors. More missing quasars are expected to be uncovered by future LAMOST spectroscopic surveys, which is important to the study of the cosmological evolution of quasars at redshifts higher than 2.2. 展开更多

We present preliminary analyses of spectra of quasar candidates in two Guoshoujing Telescope (GSJT, formerly named the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope - LAMOST) test fields near M 31 where one is close to the optical center of the disk and the other is towards the northeastern outskirts of the halo, obtained during the early stage of the GSJT commissioning in the last season of 2009. Both fields contain background low-redshift quasar candidates selected from the SDSS photometry. In total, 14 new quasars with redshifts up to 2 and i magnitudes between 16.7 and 19.2, are discovered, including 7 within the 2.5° central region of M 31. We report the discovery of eight new quasars in one extragalactic field (a five-degree field centered at RA=08^h58^m08.2^s, Dec=01°32′29.7″) with the Guoshoujing Telescope (LAMOST) commissioning observations made on 2009 December 18. These quasars, with i magnitudes from 16.44 to 19.34 and redshifts from 0.898 to 2.773, were not identified in the SDSS spectroscopic survey, though six of them with redshifts less than 2.5 were selected as quasar targets in SDSS. Except for one source without near-IR Y-band data, seven of these eight new quasars satisfy a newly proposed quasar selection criterion involving both near-IR and optical colors. Two of them were found in the 'redshift desert' for quasars (z from 2.2 to 3), indicating that the new criterion is efficient for uncovering missing quasars with similar optical colors to stars. Although LAMOST encountered some problems during the commissioning observations, we were still able to identify 38 other known SDSS quasars in this field, with i magnitudes from 16.24 to 19.10 and redshifts from 0.297 to 4.512. Our identifications imply that a substantial fraction of quasars may be miss- ing in previous quasar surveys. The implication of our results to the future LAMOST quasar survey is discussed. 展开更多

AIM: To delineate the different imaging characteristics of uveal schwannoma from melanoma and discuss the optimal treatment strategy for intraocular schwannoma.METHODS: Case series of three patients diagnosed with intraocular schwannoma was collected at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Guangzhou, China from July 2014 to December 2020.All the study patients underwent ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The clinical features, therapeutic strategies, and prognoses of all patients were reviewed.RESULTS: Ultrasonography of all three patients(all females, mean age, 39y, age range, 23-54y) showed low to medium reflectivity with a homogeneous internal structure.MRI of all three patients demonstrated isointensity on T1-weighted imaging spin-echo(T1WI SE) images and hypointense on fast spin-echo T2-weighted images(FSE T2WI) images with respect to the brain.Minimally invasive pars plana vitrectomy(PPV) and local resection of the tumor was performed for all patients, and the diagnosis of schwannoma was confirmed by histopathological examination.CONCLUSION: The present study indicates that ultrasonography and MRI features of uveal schwannoma may contribute to the differentiation of uveal schwannoma from melanoma, and the optimal therapy for intraocular schwannoma is minimally invasive PPV and local resection. 展开更多

Planetary nebulae (PNe) are good tracers of the stellar populations, chemical composition and dynamics of their host galaxies. This paper reports the discovery of new PNe in the outskirts of the Andromeda Galaxy (... Planetary nebulae (PNe) are good tracers of the stellar populations, chemical composition and dynamics of their host galaxies. This paper reports the discovery of new PNe in the outskirts of the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) with the Guoshoujing Telescope (GSJT, formerly named the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope-LAMOST) during its early commissioning phase. In total, 36 candidates selected from SDSS photometry are confirmed in terms of their PN nature, including 17 new discoveries and another 19 previously known emission line objects. Their positions, spectra, radial velocities and m5007 magnitudes are presented. We discuss the potential for detecting more PNe in M 31 with GSJT's multi-object spectroscopy and the related applications in studies of the dynamics and chemistry of M 31 and its assemblage history. 展开更多

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of ... The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio(SNR) ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters: late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra(1 061 918 entries), A-type stars(100 073 entries), and M-type stars(121 522 entries). This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided. 展开更多
