In the training of aquaculture professionals,there are problems such as unreasonable structure of teachers,unclear understanding of aquaculture by parents and students,poor practical ability of students,lack of grass-...In the training of aquaculture professionals,there are problems such as unreasonable structure of teachers,unclear understanding of aquaculture by parents and students,poor practical ability of students,lack of grass-roots aquaculture talents,and imperfect multi-party cooperation training mechanism.In view of the above situation,the training mode of applied talents in aquaculture needs to be reformed and innovated.In this paper,some measures to establish the training mode of aquaculture professionals were proposed,including strengthening students’correct understanding of the major,improving the curriculum system for cultivating applied talents,establishing a training model for practical teaching,improving the practical ability of teachers,increasing the provision of high-quality educational resources,and adopting school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate high-quality and high-tech aquatic talents under the training mechanism of applied talents.展开更多

A joint optimization problem involving subcarrier assignment, relay selection and power allocation is formulated. Since the problem cannot be solved directly, we decompose it into three subproblems. According to the equivalent channel gains and the target rates of users, the subcarrier assignment and relay selection are conducted. Motivated by the water-filling algorithm, we propose a power allocation algorithm with cooperative features. Simulations results indicate that the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of the total transmit power consumption than the existing algorithms.展开更多
In this paper, we study resource allocation problem in orthogonal frequency division multiple access multiple-input multiple-output (OFDMA-MIMO) relay systems and formulate the optimal instantaneous resource allocatio...In this paper, we study resource allocation problem in orthogonal frequency division multiple access multiple-input multiple-output (OFDMA-MIMO) relay systems and formulate the optimal instantaneous resource allocation problem including subcarrier assignment, relay selection and power allocation to maximize system capacity. Based on the assumption that the availability of perfect channel state information (CSI) is known at the resource allocation controller, we propose a new resource allocation algorithm which can guarantee proportional fairness among users. In the proposed algorithm, a two-step suboptimal method is taken into account. Firstly, we assume equal power allocation for each user to linearize the problem and propose the subcarrier assignment and relay selection scheme based on equivalent channel gain. Secondly, we derive the closed-form expressions for power allocation through relaxing the proportional fairness constraints. Numerical simulations show that the proposed algorithm performs well in terms of satisfying proportional fairness among users in strict sense and achieving improvement on system total capacity.展开更多

In this paper, we study the compressed sensing (CS) based impulse radio UWB (IR-UWB) signal detection and propose an IR-UWB signal detection algorithm based on compressive sampling matching pursuit (CoSaMP). The proposed algorithm relies on the fact that UWB received signal is sparse in the time domain. The new algorithm can significantly reduce the sampling rate required by the detection and provides a better performance in case of the low signal-to-noise ratio when comparing with the existing matching pursuit (MP) based detection algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.展开更多
An effective eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)should be used for the first time.In this study,we assessed whether tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility testing is more effective than t...An effective eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)should be used for the first time.In this study,we assessed whether tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility testing is more effective than traditional therapy.We also evaluated the factors that cause treatment failure in high-resistance areas.For this multicenter trial,we recruited 467 H.pylori-positive patients.The patients were randomly assigned to receive tailored triple therapy(TATT),tailored bismuth-containing quadruple therapy(TABQT),or traditional bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy(TRBQT).For the TATT and TABQT groups,antibiotic selection proceeded via susceptibility testing using an agar-dilution test.The patients in the TRBQT group were given amoxicillin,clarithromycin,esomeprazole,and bismuth.Successful eradication was defined as a negative 13C-urea breath test at least eight weeks after the treatment ended.Susceptibility testing was conducted using an agar-dilution test.The eradication rate was examined via intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses.The clarithromycin,levofloxacin,and metronidazole resistance rates were 26.12%,28.69%,and 96.79%,respectively.Resistance against amoxicillin and furazolidone was rare.The eradication rates for TATT,TRBQT,and TABQT were 67.32%,63.69%,and 85.99%in the ITT analysis(P<0.001)and 74.64%,68.49%,and 91.22%in the PP analysis(P<0.001),respectively.The efficacy of TABQTwas affected by clarithromycin resistance,and bismuth exerted a direct influence on TATT failure.TABQT was the most efficacious regimen for use in high-resistance regions,especially among clarithromycin-susceptible patients.展开更多

This paper examined different kinds of organic functional groups that were introduced onto the surface of nano TiO_(2) by surface modification with different types of zircoaluminate coupling agents.The modified nanoTi...This paper examined different kinds of organic functional groups that were introduced onto the surface of nano TiO_(2) by surface modification with different types of zircoaluminate coupling agents.The modified nanoTiO_(2) products with different interfacial properties were obtained,and the impact of the interfacial properties of nanoTiO_(2) on the rheological behavior of paper coating and the properties of coated paper was systematically investigated.The steady shear rheological results showed that the paper coatings containing nano TiO_(2) exhibited a pseudoplastic fluid behavior,characterized as obvious shear thinning.Compared to the hydrophilic unmodified nano TiO_(2),modified nano TiO_(2) could contribute more to the viscosity of paper coatings.The study on the dynamic viscoelasticity revealed that,through the enhancing action among each component in paper coatings,the modified nano TiO_(2) with quaternary amine groups or carboxyl led to a higher dynamic elastic storage modulus and viscous loss modulus of paper coatings.In addition,SEM and AFM analyses indicated that adding modified nano TiO_(2) products in paper coating could improve the coating structure,thus ameliorating the optical properties and printability of coated paper.The results obtained could provide a good reference for the application of nano pigments in paper coating.展开更多
