We report herein a high-power folded intra-cavity 2.1μm optical parametric oscillator(ICOPO)which is the first example of an ICOPO that utilizes a wavelength-locked 878.6 nm in-band pumped Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump s...We report herein a high-power folded intra-cavity 2.1μm optical parametric oscillator(ICOPO)which is the first example of an ICOPO that utilizes a wavelength-locked 878.6 nm in-band pumped Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump source.The thermal effect of PPMgLN crystal and the divergence angle of the incident laser are considered comprehensively to determine the 2128 nm degenerate temperature.In the experiment,the functions of different output coupler transmittances and different repetition rates on the parametric laser output power are studied,respectively.The temperature versus parametric laser output power in an in-band p umped non-wavelength-locked880 nm laser diode(LD)and in a wavelength-locked 878.6 nm LD is compared.A maximum output power of 5.87 W is obtained at the pump power of 56.9 W when the repetition rate is 80 kHz.The corresponding conversion efficiency is 14.55%,with a linewidth of 73.65 nm and pulse width of 3.62 ns.The wavelength-locked 878.6 nm LD in-band pumping technology can stabilize the 2.1μm laser output power of Nd:YVO4 crystal effectively in the environment of intense temperature change.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effects of developmental damage of hippocampal neurons in offspring rats induced by sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during pregnancy and its related mechanisms.Methods:Eighteen pregnant ...Objective:To investigate the effects of developmental damage of hippocampal neurons in offspring rats induced by sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during pregnancy and its related mechanisms.Methods:Eighteen pregnant female Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into three experimental groups:the control group(intraperitoneal injection of 0.9%sodium chloride solution 100 mL),the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(inhalation of 1 MAC sevoflurane for 6 h and intraperitoneal injection of 0.9%sodium chloride solution 100 mL),and the dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(inhalation of 1 MAC sevoflurane for 6 h and intraperitoneal injection of dexmedetomidine 100 mL),with 6 rats in each group.On the day of birth,the offspring rats of each experimental group were randomly selected.And blood gas analysis was performed with left ventricular artery blood of each offspring.The expression of cleaved-caspase-3 in hippocampal neurons was measured by Western blot.The mRNA expressions of growth-associated protein-43(GAP-43)and neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS)in hippocampus of offspring rats were detected by real-time RT-PCR.The protein expressions of GAP-43 and nNOS were tested by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results:Compared with the control group,cleaved-caspase-3 expression in hippocampal neurons of offspring rats in sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group increased significantly.Cleaved-caspase-3 in hippocampal neurons of offspring after dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was dramatically lower than that in sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group.Compared with the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group,dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia could markedly up-regulate the mRNA and protein expressions of GAP-43 and nNOS.Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can protect hippocampal neurons from developmental damage induced by sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia during pregnancy,which may be related to the up-regulation of the mRNA and protein expressions GAP-43 and nNOS.展开更多
The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric catalysis.Herein,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that...The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric catalysis.Herein,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that incorporate the advantages of both the phenol skeleton and pyrroloimidazolone-based N-oxide moiety,from readily available L-prolinamides in operationally simple two steps and up to 44%overall yield.More importantly,using an achiral quinoline derivative as an additive,the newly developed Phenol-2NO ligand could serve as the anioic ligand upon deprotonative activation to coordinate to Zn(II)to form a highly enantioselective catalyst for the asymmetric Michael-type Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with 2,3-dioxopyrrolidines.Excellent yields(up to 90%)and high enantioselectivities(up to 99%ee)are obtained for a wide range of substrates under mild conditions.Experiments and DFT calculations revealed the reaction mechanism and the origins of the enantioselectivity.This also represented the first activation of phenol-type ligand/metal complex by an achiral organic base as the additive in asymmetric catalysis.展开更多
The evolution of faults within the same stress field is frequently influenced by numerous factors,involving the reactivation of pre-existing structures,stress transmission through ductile detachment layers,and the gro...The evolution of faults within the same stress field is frequently influenced by numerous factors,involving the reactivation of pre-existing structures,stress transmission through ductile detachment layers,and the growth,interaction,as well as linkage of new fault segments.This study analyses a complex multi-phase oblique extension fault system in the Nanpu Sag(NPS)of the Bohai Bay Basin(BBB),China.High-resolution three-dimensional(3D)seismic data and analogue modelling indicate that the oblique extensional reactivation of pre-existing structures governs the sequential arrangement of fault segments in the caprock,and they dip synthetically to the reactivated fault at depth.During the NW-SE extension in the Eocene,the predominant movement of the pre-existing fault is strike-slip.Subsequently,during the N-S extension since the Oligocene,inclined at 20.to the pre-existing fault,forming splay fault segments and ultimately creating large en-echelon arcuate faults linked by relay ramps.Using fault throw-distance(T-D)and laser scanning,we reconstructed the fault evolution model of oblique extension reactivation in the presence of a ductile detachment basement.Our study illustrates that the arcuate faults can be categorized into linear master fault segments controlled by pre-existing structures,bending splay faults in the termination zone,and normal fault segments responding to the regional stress field.The interaction between faults occurs among normal faults and strike-slip faults,and the kinematic unification of the two fault systems is accomplished in the intersection zone.As the faults continue to evolve,the new fault segments tend to relinquish the control of pre-existing structures and concentrate more on the development of planar and continuous major faults.The ductile detachment layer significantly contributes to the uniform distribution of strain,resulting in narrow shear zones and discontinuous normal faults in its absence.展开更多
A community-based multi-center randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of blood pressure control for hypertension patients in communities in urban Shanghai by integrated intervention.At...A community-based multi-center randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of blood pressure control for hypertension patients in communities in urban Shanghai by integrated intervention.At present,patients(n=1395)from four communities have completed follow-up for one year,including the intervention group(n=921)and usual care group(n=474).The intervention programs included disease manage-ment by a care manager.Blood pressure of each patient was measured regularly.Compared with the control group,the net change of mean systolic blood pressure(SBP)was–6.75(95%CI:–7.79 to–5.71,P<0.001)mmHg,mean diastolic blood pressure(DBP)was–4.29(95%CI:–5.08 to–3.49,P<0.001)mmHg,and mean pulse pressure(PP)was–2.46(95%CI:–3.50 to–1.43,P<0.001)mmHg in the intervention group.The net change extent was larger in patients with regular pharmacological treatment than in those with irregular pharmacological treatment or non-pharmacological treat-ment.The measures of integrated intervention for hypertension patients in communities can lower signifi-cantly not only SBP and DBP,but also PP.It is suggested that measures of integrated intervention can decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases in hypertension patients.展开更多
