With the emergence of classical communication security problems,quantum communication has been studied more extensively.In this paper,a novel probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting protocol is designed by using a non-maximally entangled four-qubit cluster state.Firstly,the sender Alice splits and teleports an arbitrary one-qubit secret state invisibly to three remote agents Bob,Charlie,and David.One agent David is in high grade,the other two agents Bob and Charlie are in low grade.Secondly,the receiver in high grade needs the assistance of one agent in low grade,while the receiver in low grade needs the aid of all agents.While introducing an ancillary qubit,the receiver’s state can be inferred from the POVM measurement result of the ancillary qubit.Finally,with the help of other agents,the receiver can recover the secret state probabilistically by performing certain unitary operation on his own qubit.In addition,the security of the protocol under eavesdropping attacks is analyzed.In this proposed protocol,the agents need only single-qubit measurements to achieve probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting,which has appealing advantages in actual experiments.Such a probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting protocol hierarchical is expected to be more practical in multipartite quantum cryptography. 展开更多

Effect of self prescription for nourishing liver and kidney combined with tibolone on hormone levels, lipid metabolism and immune response in women with menopausal syndrome

Objective:To study the effect of self prescription for nourishing liver and kidney combined with tibolone on hormone levels, lipid metabolism and immune response in women with menopausal syndrome.Methods: Patients with menopausal syndrome who were admitted in Hebei Weichang County Hospital between April 2014 and March 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into to the combined group who accepted self prescription for nourishing liver and kidney combined with tibolone therapy and the control group who accepted tibolone monotherapy. The serum levels of sex hormones, lipid metabolism and immune cytokines were detected before treatment and3 months after treatment.Results: 3 months after treatment, serum E2, HDL-C, Omentin-1, VaspinC, IL-4 and IL-10 levels of both groups of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment while LH, FSH, TC, TG, LDL-C, Rsistin, IFN-γ and IL-2 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment, E2, LH and FSH levels were not significantly different between the two groups, serum TC, TG, LDL-C, Rsistin, IFN-γ and IL-2 levels of combined group were significantly lower than those of control group while HDL-C, Omentin-1, VaspinC, IL-4 and IL-10 levels were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion: Self prescription for nourishing liver and kidney combined with tibolone is equivalent to tibolone monotherapy in regulating the sex hormones, and more significant than tibolone monotherapy in improving the lipid metabolism and immune response in patients with menopausal syndrome. 展开更多

Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant tumor, which takes the second place in malignant blood disease. The clinical syrnptoms are complicated that make more difficult to diagnose and therapy. Lots of researches locus on the proteins about MM in order to solve those problems. We used proteomic methods to find potential biomarkers in MM patients. Methods: We applied the peptide ligand library beads (PLLBs) to deplete high abundance proteins in serum for finding potential pathogenic factors and biomarkers of MM. Using 1D-Gel-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), we identified 789 and 849 unique serum proteins in MM patients and in healthy controls, respectively. Results: Twenty-two proteins were found differentially expressed between the two groups including sernm anayloid A protein, vitamin D-binding protein isoform-1 precursor, plasma kallikrein, and apolipoprotein A-I. Changes of integrin alpha-11 and isoform-1 of multimerin-l were validated with Western blotting. The linkage of the differentially expressed proteins and the pathogenesis pathways of MM were discussed, Conclusions: PLLB combined with 1D-gel-LC-MS/MS analysis is an efficient method to identity differentially expressed proteins in serum from patients with MM. 展开更多

Background:The molecular mechanisms underlying the endometriosis are still not completely understood.In order to test the hypothesis that the approaches in phosphoproteomics might contribute to the identification of key biomarkers to assess disease pathogenesis and drug targets,we carried out a phosphoproteomics analysis of human endometrium.Methods:A large-scale differential phosphoproteome analysis,using peptide enrichment of titanium dioxide purify and sequential elution from immobilized metal affinity chromatography with linear trap quadrupole-tandem mass spectrometry,was performed in endometrium tissues from 8 women with or without endometriosis.Results:The phosphorylation profiling of endometrium from endometriosis patients had been obtained,and found that identified 516 proteins were modified at phosphorylation level during endometriosis.Gene ontology annotation analysis showed that these proteins were enriched in cellular processes of binding and catalytic activity.Further pathway analysis showed that ribosome pathway and focal adhesion pathway were the top two pathways,which might be deregulated during the development of endometriosis.Conclusions:That large-scale phosphoproteome quantification has been successfully identified in endometrium tissues of women with or without endometriosis will provide new insights to understand the molecular mechanisms of the development of endometriosis. 展开更多
