Objective:To study the effect of Yinxieling decoction on PASI,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 120 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 4 groups according to syndrome dif...Objective:To study the effect of Yinxieling decoction on PASI,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 120 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 4 groups according to syndrome differentiation of TCM and randomized controlled method:wind heat syndrome group(group A).blood stasis syndrome group(group B) blood dryness syndrome group(group C)nd control group(group D)(n=30 per group).Patients in observation groups were treated with Yinxieling decoction,while patients in control group were treated by placebo for 8 weeks.Levels of TNT-α and IL-8 were determined before treatment.4 and 8 weeks after treatment.psoriasis area and severity index score was also performed before and after treatment.Results:psoriasis area and severity index score and serum level of TNF-α,IL-8 were significantly decreased in all groups.The decrease in three observation groups was more significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decrease in wind heat syndrome group was the most significant(P<0.01).psoriasis area and severity index was positively correlated with TNF-α and IT.-8,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yinxieling decoction has therapeutical effect on psoriasis vulgaris via regulating TNF-α and IL-8.展开更多

Objective:To study the dynamic changes of inflammation in rat models of periodontitis induced by ligation.Methods:Twenty-one healthy male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups,namely normal control ...Objective:To study the dynamic changes of inflammation in rat models of periodontitis induced by ligation.Methods:Twenty-one healthy male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups,namely normal control group and ligation group A-F(the ligation group A-F were ligated 1,3,5,7,14 and 21 days respectively,and then sacrificed).In addition to the normal control group,ligature was used to ligate the neck of the right maxillary first molar.The experimental periodontitis model was established in rats.By observing the changes in rat body weight within 21 days,we explored the intervention of ligature wires on inflammation.The impact of the process,through monitoring the debris index simplified(DIS),Sulcus Bleeding Index(SBI),Tooth Mobility(TM),to evaluate the periodontal inflammation of the target tooth within 21 days of ligation.In addition,in order to more accurately assess the dynamic changes of the alveolar bone during the inflammatory phase,we use CBCT Observe the alveolar bone resorption.Results:The body weight of the ligation group decreased during the 3 days after ligation,and compared with the normal control group,there was no statistically significant difference in body weight growth rate in the ligation group from 3 to 21 days(P≥0.05),indicating that due to the intervention of the ligation wire,the rat will have a 3-day adaptability phenomenon.The ligation of silk after day will not affect the growth and development of rats.The DIS on the ligated side was higher than that of the normal control on the first,third,fifth,and seventh days after the ligation.The side increased significantly(P<0.05),and the DIS value increased in the first 3 days,and gradually decreased on the 5th day,until the 21st day after ligation,compared with the normal control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P≥0.05);SDI on the ligation side increased significantly on the 5th day,and gradually decreased after reaching the peak on the 7th day(P<0.05),until there was no statistical difference between the ligation side and the normal control group on the 21st day(P≥0.05);The day began to change and gradually increased until the 21st day,which was statistically significant compared with the normal control group(P<0.05);the CEJ-ABC distance of the ligation group A,B,and C was not statistically significant compared with the normal controlgroup(P>0.05),the CEJ-ABC distance of the ligated group D,E,and F was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05),and bone resorption was more significant in group F compared with D and E groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Three days after the ligation of the ligature,it affects the molar eating in rats,and induces inflammation.Ligation-induced experimental periodontitis is in the acute inflammatory phase during 3-7 days of ligation,and turns to chronic inflammatory phase in 14-21 days.Our study provides a more precise definition of the occurrence and development of ligation-induced periodontitis in rats,which provides a new direction for the subsequent study of periodontitis models and provides a basis for better and more accurate clinical research.展开更多

Object detection models based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)have achieved state-of-the-art performance by heavily rely on large-scale training samples.They are insufficient when used in specific applications,su...Object detection models based on convolutional neural networks(CNN)have achieved state-of-the-art performance by heavily rely on large-scale training samples.They are insufficient when used in specific applications,such as the detection of military objects,as in these instances,a large number of samples is hard to obtain.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes the use of Gabor-CNN for object detection based on a small number of samples.First of all,a feature extraction convolution kernel library composed of multi-shape Gabor and color Gabor is constructed,and the optimal Gabor convolution kernel group is obtained by means of training and screening,which is convolved with the input image to obtain feature information of objects with strong auxiliary function.Then,the k-means clustering algorithm is adopted to construct several different sizes of anchor boxes,which improves the quality of the regional proposals.We call this regional proposal process the Gabor-assisted Region Proposal Network(Gabor-assisted RPN).Finally,the Deeply-Utilized Feature Pyramid Network(DU-FPN)method is proposed to strengthen the feature expression of objects in the image.A bottom-up and a topdown feature pyramid is constructed in ResNet-50 and feature information of objects is deeply utilized through the transverse connection and integration of features at various scales.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper achieves better results than the state-of-art contrast models on data sets with small samples in terms of accuracy and recall rate,and thus has a strong application prospect.展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients’knowledge about the characteristics of their own cancer could be an important factor for understanding treatment regimens and adhering to therapies.However,to date nothing is known about the aware...BACKGROUND Patients’knowledge about the characteristics of their own cancer could be an important factor for understanding treatment regimens and adhering to therapies.However,to date nothing is known about the awareness among Chinese breast cancer patients about the characteristics of their own tumors.AIM To investigate how much knowledge that Chinese breast cancer patients have about their tumor characteristics and the impact of health and education literacy on the acquisition of such information.METHODS The survey was administered to patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer from 2017 to 2019 in three hospitals in China,and who came in for regular followup on an outpatient basis.We collected responses from 226 respondents who were asked about their cancer characteristics(stage,grade,and estrogen receptor status and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 status of the cancer),and evaluated the correctness by comparing with their medical records.Logistic regression was used to assess the probability of knowing and of correctly answering questions.We also analyzed the association between our findings and the level of the patient’s education and their health literacy.RESULTS Overall,20.80%to 57.96%of the patients reported knowing about the characteristics of breast cancer;of these,10.18%to 46.46%reported these characteristics correctly.Education,age,and health literacy were all significantly associated with awareness rate,and with the level to which this information was accurate.CONCLUSION Breast cancer patients in China know little about their disease,and better education aimed at improving their knowledge about cancer characteristics is urgently needed.The low level of awareness could represent a deficiency of communication between surgeons and patients,which may be one of the reasons why medical disputes occur in China.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Patients’knowledge about the characteristics of their own cancer could be an important factor for understanding treatment regimens and adhering to therapies.However,to date nothing is known about the awareness among Chinese breast cancer patients about the characteristics of their own tumors.AIM To investigate how much knowledge that Chinese breast cancer patients have about their tumor characteristics and the impact of health and education literacy on the acquisition of such information.METHODS The survey was administered to patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer from 2017 to 2019 in three hospitals in China,and who came in for regular followup on an outpatient basis.We collected responses from 226 respondents who were asked about their cancer characteristics(stage,grade,and estrogen receptor status and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 status of the cancer),and evaluated the correctness by comparing with their medical records.Logistic regression was used to assess the probability of knowing and of correctly answering questions.We also analyzed the association between our findings and the level of the patient’s education and their health literacy.RESULTS Overall,20.80%to 57.96%of the patients reported knowing about the characteristics of breast cancer;of these,10.18%to 46.46%reported these characteristics correctly.Education,age,and health literacy were all significantly associated with awareness rate,and with the level to which this information was accurate.CONCLUSION Breast cancer patients in China know little about their disease,and better education aimed at improving their knowledge about cancer characteristics is urgently needed.The low level of awareness could represent a deficiency of communication between surgeons and patients,which may be one of the reasons why medical disputes occur in China.

文摘V0842 Cep is a W UMa-type binary star that has been neglected since its discovery.We analysed the V RcIc light curves,obtained by the 1 m telescope at Weihai Observatory of Shandong University,using the Wilson-Devinney code.V0842 Cep was found to be a shallow contact binary system(f=8.7%)with a mass ratio of 2.281.Because its orbital inclination is greater than 80◦,the photometric results are reliable.A period study is included which reveals a continually decreasing orbital period(dp/dt=1.50(±0.42)×10^(−7)d y^(r−1)).This trend could be attributed to the angular momentum loss via stellar wind.
