Although selective laser trabeculoplasty(SLT)is a recognized method for the treatment of glaucoma,the exact changes in the target tissue and mechanism for its intraocular pressure lowing effect are still unclear.The purpose of this review is to summarize the potential mechanisms of SLT on trabecular meshwork both in vivo and in vitro,so as to reveal the potential mechanism of SLT.SLT may induce immune or inflammatory response in trabecular meshwork(TM)induced by possible oxidative damage etc,and remodel extracellular matrix.It may also induce monocytes to aggregate in TM tissue,increase Schlemm’s canal(SC)cell conductivity,disintegrate cell junction and promote permeability through autocrine and paracrine forms.This provides a theoretical basis for SLT treatment in glaucoma. 展开更多

Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse effects.Acupoint selection affects the impact of auricular therapy.However,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint selection.Our study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia.Objective:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining technology.Materials and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,2022.Results:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 acupoints.The most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney points.More applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific acupoints.Five effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear lobe.Complex network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with subcortex.Conclusions:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints. 展开更多

The demand for low-carbon MgO–C refractories is ever growing to meet the development of advanced steelmaking technologies and efficient energy conservation.Meanwhile,to improve the oxidation resistance and inhibit the weakness of low-carbon MgO–C refractories,antioxidants are necessary.The application of ternary carbides that focused on improving the oxidation performance of MgO–C refractories has been explored,and the ternary carbides including Al_(4)O_(4)C,Al8B_(4)C_(7),Al_(4)SiC_(4),Ti_(2)AlC,Ti_(3)AlC_(2),and Ti_(3)SiC_(2)have been proved effective.The crystal structure,physical properties,oxidation behavior,and synthesis of these ternary carbides were summarized,and their oxidation mechanism in assisting antioxidation of MgO–C refractories was discussed.In addition,the potential aspects related to the usage and development of ternary carbides in low-carbon MgO–C refractories were proposed. 展开更多

背景:患者性别对于直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术(TME)后吻合口漏形成的影响目前仍存在争议。本研究旨在评估性别与吻合口漏的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2010-2014年间在我院接受TME手术且行一期吻合的直肠癌患者的临床资料。比较男性与女性患... 背景:患者性别对于直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术(TME)后吻合口漏形成的影响目前仍存在争议。本研究旨在评估性别与吻合口漏的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2010-2014年间在我院接受TME手术且行一期吻合的直肠癌患者的临床资料。比较男性与女性患者术后吻合口漏发生率。结果:入组的956例直肠癌患者中,男性587例(61.4%),女性369例(38.6%)。相较于女性患者,男性患者中吸烟和饮酒的比例更高,但有腹部手术史者较少;术前肠梗阻的比例更高,肿瘤本身也相对较大。全组病例中出现术后吻合口漏81例(8.5%),其中男性患者发生率高于女性患者(10.6%vs.5.1%,P¼0.003)。多因素逻辑回归分析证实,男性是术后吻合口漏发生的独立危险因素(OR¼2.41,95%CI:1.37-4.23,P¼0.002);对于腹腔镜TME手术的亚组分析也得到了相同的结果(OR¼2.11,95%CI:1.15-3.89,P¼0.016)。结论:男性直肠癌患者TME手术后吻合口漏的发生风险相对较高。保护性肠造口或可为吻合口提供保护,降低吻合口漏的发生风险,尤其是对于男性患者。 展开更多

In order to solve the camber problem of intermediate slab in a domestic conventional hot rolling mill, a three dimensional elastic-plastic dynamic model was built through finite element method to quantitatively calculate the influence of lateral flow factors in different entry thicknesses, reductions, reduction ratios differences on both sides and width factors. Thus, the extending difference at outlet of intermediate slab in length was transformed into thickness difference on both sides by the results, and then the tilting value of roll gap reduction to control the camber was calculated. Based on the above results, the camber control model of intermediate slab in rough rolling was estab- lished. The practical application on the rough rolling mill obtained a decent control effect, and it proved that this model had a high accuracy. 展开更多

In this study,a new type of water-soluble polysaccharide was extracted and purified from mussels,and its structure and cellular antioxidant levels were studied.Mussel polysaccharide(MP 4.25×10^(3) Da)is composed mainly of glucose,with a small amount of galactosamine hydrochloride,glucosamine hydrochloride,and galactose.MP shows characteristic polysaccharide bands in Fourier transform NMR and infrared spectroscopy.The main chain connection mode of MP is the glycosidic bond of→4)-α-D-Glcp-(1→,and the end groupα-D-Glcp-(1→andα-D-Glcp-(1→6)-α-D-Glcp-(1→pass→4,6)-α-D-Glcp-(1→.The O-6 bond is connected to the main chain.Moreover,MP could protect RAW264.7 cells against H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative stress by increasing catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities and reducing the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).This is expected to make MP an important member of the antioxidant family. 展开更多

Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)are important cancer biomarkers and the sensitive detection of MMPs is of great importance to improve clinical diagnosis and therapy of cancer at its early stage.Molecular imaging,including fluorescent optical imaging,radiolabeled imaging,and magnetic resonance imaging,is a powerful tool to visualize and characterize biological processes at the cellular and molecular level.The recognition of MMPs via imaging strategies by utilizing MMP-responsive probes has been a hot pursuit in recent years.Probes designed for MMP detection commonly have two features:(1)off-thenon state in detection signal response to the appearance of MMPs,which has been applied in optical imaging and magnetic resonance imaging;(2)specific retention upon sensing MMPs,which has been applied in radiolabeled imaging.The development of theory and technology in the field of biomarker probes will be beneficial to the accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of cancer. 展开更多
