Research fronts and researchers of World Journal of Psychiatry in 2023: A visualization and analysis of mapping knowledge domains

BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout 2023.By delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of psychiatry.METHODS A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2023,forming the dataset for the analysis.Employing advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these papers.RESULTS The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease 2019.Additionally,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related factors.Noteworthy contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and Turkey.Particularly,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited reference.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of psychiatry.Additionally,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline. 展开更多

目的探讨不同肥胖程度儿童血清Apo A5、人去乙酰化酶4(SIRT4)水平,以及与糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法选取2016年1月—2018年8月新乡市中心医院收治的肥胖儿童102例作为肥胖组,参照体重指数(BMI)将患者分为轻度肥胖组、中度肥胖... 目的探讨不同肥胖程度儿童血清Apo A5、人去乙酰化酶4(SIRT4)水平,以及与糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法选取2016年1月—2018年8月新乡市中心医院收治的肥胖儿童102例作为肥胖组,参照体重指数(BMI)将患者分为轻度肥胖组、中度肥胖组和重度肥胖组。同期于该院随机选取50例健康体检儿童作为对照组。收集各组临床病历资料,分析肥胖儿童BMI影响因素及肥胖儿童血清Apo A5、SIRT4与糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗及BMI的关系。结果肥胖组BMI、腰围、臀围、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)高于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、Apo A5及SIRT4水平低于对照组(P<0.05);重度肥胖组和中度肥胖组BMI、腰围、臀围、TG、TC、LDL、FINS及HOMA-IR高于轻度肥胖组(P<0.05),且重度肥胖组高于中度肥胖组(P<0.05);重度肥胖组和中度肥胖组HDL、Apo A5及SIRT4水平低于轻度肥胖组(P<0.05),且重度肥胖组低于中度肥胖组(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,腰围、臀围、TG、TC、LDL、FINS、HOMA-IR是影响儿童BMI的危险因素(P<0.05),HDL、Apo A5及SIRT4是儿童BMI保护因素(P<0.05)。肥胖儿童血清Apo A5、SIRT4与BMI、FINS、TG、TC、LDL及HOMA-IR均呈负相关(P<0.05),与HDL呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Apo A5、SIRT4表达下调与儿童肥胖密切相关,早期检测可反映儿童肥胖程度及糖脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗,从而为改善肥胖儿童预后提供指导。 展开更多

An outer ring of 29320 self-aliging roller bearing was used in an experimental study on the casting of Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) amorphous alloy.Numerical simulations of mold filling and solidification processes were carried out to determine the velocity fields and temperature fields of the alloy melt during mold filling process as well as the temperature fields and temperature gradient fields in the course of the solidification.According to the results,a cast with a complete shape can be obtained at 1200℃under the condition that the cooling rate is greater than the critical cooling rate.The ring-shaped part with a thickness of 25 mm,an equivalent diameter of 22 mm,and a mass of 1.32 kg was prepared by gravity casting in a copper mold.X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry data revealed that the produced cast had the amorphous structure. 展开更多

ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel with different ZrO2 contents(0%, 0.5% and 1.2%, mass fraction) was fabricated through combining middle frequency induction furnace melting and cored-wire injection technologies. The microstructure and fracture surface morphology of ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel in casting, normalizing and quenching states were observed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Also, strengthening and fracture mechanisms of the alloys were analyzed. Results showed that the dispersed ZrO2 particles added into Q345 matrix significantly enhanced its strength, and the main strengthening mechanism was the formation of dislocation cells and pinning effect caused by the addition of ZrO2 particles. Apart from that, the hard martensite phase, grain refinement and high ZrO2 particles content also played important roles in strengthening effect. Furthermore, the nanoindentation was also performed to further reveal the strengthening effect and mechanism of dispersed ZrO2 particles in Q345 steel. Results showed that the hardness of ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Q345 steel increased with the increase of ZrO2 content. 展开更多

Multi-frequency focusing of microjets generated by polygonal prisms

We systematically investigate the power distribution characteristics of microjets generated by prismatic scatterers with different shapes at sub-THz region(λ = 8.57 mm). Among these prismatic scatterers, the hexagonal-type one shows better focusing feature than the others. Aiming at the hexagonal-type one, we propose a double-layer scatterer composed of a Teflon hexagonal prism as an outer layer and a semiconductor cuboid as an inner layer. Aiming at the double-layer scatterer, we further study the effects of refractive index, size, and shape of the inner cuboid on microjet’s features. The study allows us to present an optimized double-layer scatterer, which has a side length λ/2(λ) and a refractive index 2.0(1.4) for the inner(outer) layer. We show that the optimized scatterer can produce an ultra-strong, ultra-narrow microjet with a power enhancement of;0 and a full width at half maximum(FWHM) of;0.26λ, and the microjet is just located at the output face. The microjet keeps compact within the distance range of λ from the output face. These features and effects are explained from the viewpoint of ray optics theory. According to the optimized double-layer scatterer, we further study the multi-frequency focusing features of the microjets, and find that the microjet remains good features at harmonic frequencies 2f_(0) and 3f_(0). In addition, we investigate the effect of an Au sphere presence in the center of the microjet on the power distribution. The results show that a spherical dark spot with a size similar to that of the Au sphere emerges in the area where the Au sphere is placed. The feature can be used to measure the size of a metallic particle. 展开更多
