红花逍遥片联合曲氨耐德治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎的研究 被引量:2

目的通过口服红花逍遥片联合炎症肿块内注射曲氨耐德治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎,分析控制炎症表现的临床及影像学相关指标,探讨红花逍遥片在中西医结合治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎中的价值。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月石家庄市第四医院住院治疗的肉芽肿... 目的通过口服红花逍遥片联合炎症肿块内注射曲氨耐德治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎,分析控制炎症表现的临床及影像学相关指标,探讨红花逍遥片在中西医结合治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎中的价值。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月石家庄市第四医院住院治疗的肉芽肿乳腺炎患者266例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组133例。对照组仅予以炎症肿块内注射曲氨耐德注射液50 mg,2次/周,连续1个月;研究组在对照组的基础上,口服红花逍遥片1.56 g,3次/d,连续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗后疼痛评分、下肢红斑、肿块体积、彩超影像学回声变化、彩超血流变化、穿刺脓血情况、C反应蛋白下降情况等相关指标变化。结果治疗后研究组疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后下肢红斑消退时间、肿块体积缩小程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组;研究组治疗后炎症肿块彩超影像学回声均匀程度、炎症肿块彩超血流信号减少程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组优于对照组;研究组治疗后炎症肿块穿刺抽出的脓血黏稠度、C反应蛋白水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组。结论红花逍遥片口服联合炎症肿块内注射曲氨耐德治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎,控制临床炎症的各项指标研究组均优于对照组,表明红花逍遥片在中西医结合治疗肉芽肿乳腺炎时,其疏肝理气、降解乳络瘀血、痰核、湿热的功效可以大大提高西医治疗功能,值得临床推广。 展开更多

Association between COX-2-1195G>A polymorphism and gastrointestinal cancer risk: A meta-analysis 被引量:4

METHODS Publications related to the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymo... AIM To perform a meta-analysis to investigate the association between cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)-1195G>A gene polymorphism and gastrointestinal cancers. METHODS Publications related to the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymorphism and gastrointestinal cancers published before July 2016 were retrieved from Pub Med, EMBASE, Web of Science, China Biological Medicine Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and CQVIP Database. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata11.0 software. The strength of the association was evaluated by calculating the combined odds ratios(ORs) and the corresponding 95%CIs. The retrieved publications were excluded or included one by one for sensitivity analysis. In addition, the funnel plot, Begg's rank correlation test, and Egger's linear regression method were applied to analyse whether the included publications had publication bias. RESULTS A total of 24 publications related to the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymorphism were included, including 28 studies involving 11043 cases and 18008 controls. The meta-analysis results showed that the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymorphism significantly correlated with an increased risk of gastrointestinal cancers, particularly gastric cancer(A vs G: OR = 1.35; AA/AG vs GG: OR = 1.54; AA vs GG/AG: OR = 1.43; AA vs GG: OR = 1.80; AG vs GG: OR = 1.35). Compared to the Caucasian population in America and Europe, the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymorphism in the Asian population(A vs G: OR = 1.30; AA/AG vs GG: OR= 1.50; AA vs GG/AG: OR = 1.35; AA vs GG: OR = 1.71; AG vs GG: OR = 1.37) significantly increased gastrointestinal cancer risk. The sensitivity analysis(P < 0.05) and the false positive report probability(P < 0.2) confirmed the reliability of the results. CONCLUSION The results showed that the COX-2-1195G>A gene polymorphism might be a potential risk factor for gastrointestinal cancers. Further validation by a large homogeneous study is warranted. 展开更多

Objective To improve the compound--Gankang granules(GKGs) on the odor,taste and efficacy by decreasing 30% components and to prepare the new compound GKGs based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory.Methods The drug was extracted by the optimized technology ascertained in the previous studies.The cytotoxicity of the prescriptions was tested by MTT [3-(4,5-di-methylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium] assay,and the anti-hepatitis B virus(anti-HBV) activity was determined by ELISA(enzyme-linked-immunosorbent assay) in vitro.Results In the human HBV-transfected liver cell line HepG2.2.15,the new GKGs did not show any cytotoxicity with the 50% cytotoxic concentration(TC50) of 7.131,1.756 and 1.809 mg/mL after treatment for 3,6 and 9 days respectively,which was obviously higher than that in the human liver cell line HepG2.Moreover,they effectively suppressed the secretion of the HBV antigens with the TI of 8.519,5.730 and 7.066 for HBsAg,and 1.723,12.839 and 47.65 for HBeAg at day 3,6 and 9 respectively.This effect was as good as that of the old GKGs.On the 6th and 9th day,the rate of HBeAg inhibition exceeded 90% even with the concentration as low as 0.16 mg/mL,which was similar to that of the old GKGs.Conclusions These results reflect that the new GKGs precede the old GKGs by much lower cytotoxicity with similar anti-HBV activity,which provides reliable evidences for further pharmacological and toxicological exploration on this new compound. 展开更多

Objective To prepare the PEG-PLGA nanoparticles loaded with vincristine sulfate(VCR-loaded PEG-PLGA-NPs) and evaluate their quality.Methods VCR-loaded PEG-PLGA-NPs were prepared by the double emulsion solvent evaporation method.The main experimental factors,which influenced the physical and chemical properties of the nanoparticles,were investigated and optimized.Results Under optimal conditions,the VCR-loaded PEG-PLGA-NPs had an average diameter of 135.9 nm with narrow size distribution.The encapsulation efficiency was 68.2%,while the drug loading capacity was 8.34%.In vitro,VCR was released from the PEG-PLGA-NPs sustainedly for more than 13 days with the total amount of 81%.Moreover,the VCR-loaded PEG-PLGA-NPs were relatively stable,which was confirmed by the stability testing.Conclusion The VCR-loaded PEG-PLGA-NPs are a promising nano drug with controlled release,which can be applied widely. 展开更多

Objective To optimize the preparation of the Naoxueling capsules.Methods To optimize the extraction of the Naoxueling prescription successively with alcohol and water,several principal ingredients in the final extracts were evaluated and data were analyzed by the orthogonal test.The capsule-molding process was investigated by measuring the angle of repose and the moisture absorption percentage.Results The optimum process of the alcohol extraction was the refluxing of herbs first in twelve-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 2 h,then in eight-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 1.5 h,and finally in seven-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 0.5 h.Meanwhile,the best water extraction was performed by boiling samples in twelve-fold amount of water for 2 h followed by another 1 h in eight-fold amount of water.To mold the capsule,the appropriate ratio of micro-powder to dextrin was 20:1.Conclusion The preparation technology of the Naoxueling capsules is reasonable and feasible,which provides evidences for the industrial manufacture. 展开更多

In order to search novel p-menthane type monoterpene derivatives in good performance, a series of novel cis-p-menthane type Schiff base derivatives were designed and synthesized. All target products were easily available novel compounds and characterized by FT-IR,^1H NMR,^13 C NMR and ESI+-MS. Their pre-emergence herbicidal activities against annual ryegrass were evaluated. The bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds displayed excellent herbicidal activities in pre-emergence treatment. 展开更多
