This sensitivity of AMS measurement is 3 or more orders of magnitude improved than that of radioimmunoassay.Formation of DNA adducts is linearly dependent on dose down to an exposure of 100 ng Per kg of body weight .The ultimate cheeical form of carcinogen NNK binding to DNA is speculated.展开更多
