近年来,甲状腺结节的发病率逐年上升,高分辨率超声和超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查(fine needle aspiration biopsy,FNAB)是甲状腺结节术前诊断的最佳手段。但是仍然有一部分结节诊断不明确,于是FNAB结合甲状腺结节细针穿刺分子标志物... 近年来,甲状腺结节的发病率逐年上升,高分辨率超声和超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查(fine needle aspiration biopsy,FNAB)是甲状腺结节术前诊断的最佳手段。但是仍然有一部分结节诊断不明确,于是FNAB结合甲状腺结节细针穿刺分子标志物的研究迅速发展。目前研究较多的分子标志物主要为BRAF基因突变、RAS基因突变、RET/PTC基因重排和PAX8/PPARγ基因重排等;以及使用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)检测的半乳糖凝集素3(galectin-3,Gal-3)、细胞角蛋白19(cytokeratin-19,CK-19)、人类骨髓内皮细胞(human bone marrow endothelial cell-1,HBME-1)等。本文对目前甲状腺结节细针穿刺(fine needle aspiration,FNA)分子标志物的一些研究进展进行综述。 展开更多

Adaptive Resonance Theory Based Two-Stage Chinese Name Disambiguation 被引量:1

It’s common that different individuals share the same name, which makes it time-consuming to search information of a particular individual on the web. Name disambiguation study is necessary to help users find the person of interest more readily. In this paper, we propose an Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART) based two-stage strategy for this problem. We get a first-stage clustering result with ART1 model and then merge similar clusters in the second stage. Our strategy is a mimic process of manual disambiguation and need not to predict the number of clusters, which makes it competent for the disambiguation task. Experimental results show that, in comparison with the agglomerative clustering method, our strategy improves the performance by respectively 0.92% and 5.00% on two kinds of name recognition results. 展开更多

Psychological counseling Q&A system is enjoying a remarkable and increasing popularity in recent years. Knowledge base is the important component for such kind of systems, but it is difficult and time-consuming to construct the knowledge base manually. Fortunately, there emerges large number of Q&A pairs in many psychological counseling websites, which can provide good source enriching the knowledge base. This paper presents the method of knowledge extraction from psychological consulting Q&A pairs of on-line psychological counseling websites, which include keywords, semantic extension and word sequence. P-XML, which is the knowledge template based on XML, is also designed to store the knowledge. The extracted knowledge has been successfully used in our non-obstructive psychologycal counseling system, called P.A.L., and the experimental results also demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach. 展开更多

At present,titanium(Ti)and its alloys are most commonly use in hemostasis clip clinical applications.However,the Ti Clip cannot be absorbed in human body and produce artifacts on computed tomography(CT),and induce clinically relevant hypersensitivity in patients.In order to overcome the drawbacks of the non-degradable Ti clips,an Mg-Zn-Ca alloy operative clip was fabricated by combining hot extrusion and blanking processing.In vitro and in vivo biocompatibility of Mg-Zn-Ca alloy operative clip were evaluated by L-929 Cells and SD rat model respectively.It was found that Mg-Zn-Ca alloy exhibited non-cytotoxic to L929 cells.In vivo implantation showed that the newly designed Mg-Zn-Ca clip can successfully ligated carotid artery and no blood leakage occurred post-surgery.During the period of the clip degradation,a small amount of H2 gas formation and no tissue inflammation around the clips were observed.The degradation rate of the clip near the heart ligated the arteries faster than that of clip far away the heart due do the effect of arterial blood.Histological analysis and various blood biochemical parameters in rat serum samples collected at different times after clip implantation showed no tissue inflammation around the clips. 展开更多
