The chromatographic performance was evaluated with 24 racemates under reversedphase conditions, The effect of salt, organic modifier, mobile phase pH and structures of analytes were discussed. In comparison with native β-CD bonded column, CYCLOBOND 12000, CM-β-CD CSP exhibited enhanced enantioseparation.展开更多
