The chemical composition of 8 different special glutinous rice varieties was analyzed,and its effects on the physical and chemical properties of the wines brewed were investigated. The correlations between major chemical constituents and quality of glutinous rice were analyzed. The results show that the contents of the major chemical constituents in the special glutinous rice varieties were not much different,and they all ranked as starch’s > protein’s > fat’s. After 4-8 weeks of fermentation,the total acidity decreased with time( excepting Heixiangnuo),the total residual sugar reduced significantly,and the alcohol content increased significantly. The correlations between starch content of glutinous rice and physical and chemical indices and sensory quality of its brewed wine were not significant. There are positive correlations between protein content and various indices,and the correlation with total acidity reached the significant level. Fat content was negatively correlated with alcohol content,and positively correlated with sensory quality. 展开更多

在气候变化背景下,全球极端事件近年来显著增加,严重威胁湖泊生态系统健康及生态服务功能.本研究基于2000~2022年MODIS卫星遥感数据,量化了2022年罕见极端高温事件对我国湖泊的影响.结果表明,该极端高温事件导致中国湖泊表层水温平均升... 在气候变化背景下,全球极端事件近年来显著增加,严重威胁湖泊生态系统健康及生态服务功能.本研究基于2000~2022年MODIS卫星遥感数据,量化了2022年罕见极端高温事件对我国湖泊的影响.结果表明,该极端高温事件导致中国湖泊表层水温平均升高了1.63℃,远超过去20年的增温幅度.其中,淮河流域和西南诸河流域湖泊受此影响最为明显,分别升高了2.01和1.81℃.不仅如此,该事件引发了长江流域严重干旱,造成鄱阳湖水位下降了55.07%、面积减少了73.32%,从而导致鱼类等水生生物大量死亡、鸟类失去栖息地,多地饮用水短缺. 展开更多

Unlike adult mammalian heart,zebrafish heart has a remarkable capacity to regenerate after injury.Previous study has shown Notch signaling activation in the endocardium is essential for regeneration of the myocardium and this activation is mediated by hemodynamic alteration after injury,however,the molecular mechanism has not been fully explored.In this study we demonstrated that blood flow change could be perceived and transmitted in a primary cilia dependent manner to control the hemodynamic responsive klf2 gene expression and subsequent activation of Notch signaling in the endocardium.First we showed that both homologues of human gene KLF2 in zebrafish,klf2a and klf2b,could respond to hemodynamic alteration and both were required for Notch signaling activation and heart regeneration.Further experiments indicated that the upregulation of klf2 gene expression was mediated by endocardial primary cilia.Overall,our findings reveal a novel aspect of mechanical shear stress signal in activating Notch pathway and regulating cardiac regeneration. 展开更多
