To improve the operation situation of difficulty and low efficiency in the extraction of fermented grains(FG),a high-load and large-workspace reclaiming robot for ceramic cylinder fermentation is designed,and a reclai...To improve the operation situation of difficulty and low efficiency in the extraction of fermented grains(FG),a high-load and large-workspace reclaiming robot for ceramic cylinder fermentation is designed,and a reclaiming effector is designed according to the operating characteristics.Firstly,the kinematics and singularity of the mechanism are analyzed.A multi-domain polar coordinate search method is proposed to obtain the workspace and the volume of the mechanism.Secondly,the dynamic modeling is completed and the example simulation is carried out.Thirdly,the motion-force transmission index of the mechanism is established.And based on the global transmissibility and the good-transmission workspace,the dimensional synthesis of the driving mechanism is completed by using the performance atlas-based method.Finally,aiming at the regular workspace size,stiffness and loading capacity,the Pareto optimal solution set of the executive mechanism dimension is obtained by using the multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm.This paper can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design and control of FG reclaiming robot.展开更多

This paper selects the irrigation amount, precipitation and yield of winter wheat at the Wuqiao Scientific Observation and Experimental Station. Fitting the water requirement and yield of winter wheat based on three types of artificial neural networks. This paper uses support vector machine (SVM), thought evolution algorithm to optimize BP neural network (MAE-BP) and generalized regression neural network (GRNN) to fit the water requirement and yield of two crops. The SVM is the model with the highest fitting accuracy among the three models, the RMSE, MAE, NS and R2 between predictive value and true value are 7.45 kg/hectares, 213.64 kg/hectares, 0.8086, 0.9409 respectively. </div>展开更多

First, two conventional flat earth effect removal methods(i.e., the frequency shift method and the orbital parameter method) are introduced and compared. Then, two improvements to frequency shift method are suggested. In the first improvement, the phase diagram is divided into several sub-blocks to calculate the phase fringe frequency. In the second improvement, a function between the phase of land regions and position is fitted to correct the residual flat earth phase based on the phase of the land regions that tend toward zero in an along-track interferogram. It is found that the improved frequency shift method is greatly improved;and it agrees well with the orbital parameter method, and achieves similar accuracy.展开更多

[Methods] From the 150 kinds of collected wild C. lacryma-jobi L. germplasm resources, 24 kinds of excellent resources were screened and detected. Morphological statistics were carried out, and the content of coixin in the four organ of roots, stems, leaves and seeds were measured, and the approved cultivar white husk Liugu of C. lacryma-jobi L. was taking as the control. [Results] Among the organs of the plant of C. lacryma-jobi L., the roots had the highest content of coixin, so the roots of C. lacryma-jobi L. can be used as the medicinal parts of C. lacryma-jobi L. [Conclusions] The wild C. lacryma-jobi L.Y229, Y164, Y166, Y83, and Y84 stains had excellent yield, and their root coixin content was significantly higher than that of the control variety, so they can be used for cultivation as excellent germplasm, so as to obtain new variety(line) of C. lacryma-jobi L.with higher content of coixin.展开更多

It incorporates 17 methods for the calculation of nonsynonymous and synonymous substitution rates; among them, we added our modified versions of several widely used methods as the gamma series including y-NG, y-LWL, ),-MLWL, y-LPB, y-MLPB, y-YN and y-MYN, which have been demonstrated to perform better under certain conditions than their original forms and are not implemented in the previous version. The package is readily used for the identification of positively selected sites based on a sliding window across the sequences of interests in 5' to 3' direction of protein-coding sequences, and have improved the overall performance on sequence analysis for evolution studies. A toolbox, including C++ and Java source code and executable files on both Windows and Linux platforms together with a user instruction, is downloadable from the website for academic purpose at https://sourceforge.net/projects/kakscalculator2/.展开更多
Direct,in situ selective detection of intracellular formaldehyde(FA)is of great significance for understanding its function in FA-related diseases.Herein,red carbon dots(RCD)are reported as label-free two-photon fluor...Direct,in situ selective detection of intracellular formaldehyde(FA)is of great significance for understanding its function in FA-related diseases.Herein,red carbon dots(RCD)are reported as label-free two-photon fluorescent nanoprobes for detecting and imaging of FA.Upon addition of FA,the-NH2 groups of RCD could quickly and specially react with aldehydes to form Schiff base and then the strong fluorescence of RCD with blue-shift emission is recovery due to the destruction of the hydrogen bond interaction between RCD and water.In addition,the nanoprobes exhibit outsta nding photo stability,rapid response(<1 min),high sensitivity(~9.9μmol/L)and excellent selectivity toward FA over other aldehyde group compounds.Notably,owing to the good cell-membrane permeability and biocompatibility,as well as the large two-photon absorption cross-section,the as-prepared RCD can be used as label-free nanoprobes for selectively detecting and imaging FA in living cells and zebrafishes through one-photon and two-photon excitation.Moreover,RCD could stain the tissue of zebrafishes at depths interval of up to 240μm under two-photon excitation.This research implied that RCD are promising tools for directly and in situ imaging FA in vivo,thus providing critical insights into FA-related pathophysiological processes.展开更多
Prefabricated pavement is increasingly applied worldwide due to the rapid construction on-site.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of the precast systems and assembly connection of concrete slabs,as well as ...Prefabricated pavement is increasingly applied worldwide due to the rapid construction on-site.This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of the precast systems and assembly connection of concrete slabs,as well as the precast pavement features.The previous research indicates that:(1)both super-slab and Michigan systems are recommended with the satisfied road performance close to the cast-in-place;(2)flexible base material is suggested for the fabricated pavement for the satisfied leveling and stress distribution;(3)to prevent the voiding phenomenon of the fabricated pavement,the sand cushion course,dry mixed mortar or self-leveling mortar,and other flowable materials could be used for the secondary leveling of the base after the pavement splicing;(4)two-direction dowel bars are recommended for slab connections of the fabricated pavement,which helps to improve the load transfer capacity of the joints and enhance the durability of the fabricated pavement structure;(5)the sealing treatment of precast slab joints needs strengthening to reduce the impact of surface runoff on the base course;(6)the further research focuses are designing with functional,composite,mechanized,intelligent,lightweight,and flexible pavement slabs.Besides,pavement mechanical properties induced by temperature overlapping traffic loads need to be revealed.展开更多
