As public service testing structure of testing products,the quality of product testing report issued by the third-party laboratory has a great impact on the healthy development of market economy.In the face of the new situation of rapid economic development,the third-party laboratory develops rapidly,but the government supervision is not in place,which restricts the healthy and orderly development of the third-party laboratory.Therefore,it is very necessary to study how the government effectively supervises the third-party laboratory.This paper takes Suzhou as an example.On the basis of in-depth investigation,using the theory of service government,this paper analyzes the current situation of Suzhou municipal government’s supervision of third-party laboratories,and probes into the problems existing in the supervision and management system,the supervision is not comprehensive,and the independence of the supervision team is not strong.Based on the advanced experience of foreign countries in supervising the third-party laboratory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the Suzhou municipal government to strengthen the supervision of the third-party laboratory from the aspects of improving the implementation rules of laws and regulations,increasing the investment,strengthening the equipment update and team building,increasing the punishment for violations of laws and regulations,and giving full play to the masses and industry supervision. 展开更多

Diagnostic methods for urothelial carcinomas(UCs)are often invasive or have suboptimal accuracy.Methylation of exfoliated cell DNA or cell-free DNA in urine has shown great promise in the diagnosis of UCs.However,most current studies have focused on bladder cancer(BCa),and only a few high-plex methylated DNA panels based on large-volume urine have been reported to exhibit both high sensitivity and specificity.[1,2]The purpose of this study was to identify universal biomarkers for BCa and upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)using a small volume of urine.We developed a dual-target diagnostic panel comprising the novel marker AL021918.2 and the well-known BCa biomarker Vimentin(VIM).This panel can accurately detect UCs using only 1.8 mL of full-voided urine. 展开更多

LaFe_(11.8)Si_(1.2)/10 wt%Ce_(60)Co_(40) composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering and subsequent diffusion annealing.A novel core-shell structure is observed with the LaFe11.8Si1.2 particles as the core and the(La,Ce)_(2)(Fe,Co,Si)_(17)(2:17)phase as the shell.As diffusion annealing time(t_(a))increases,this core-shell structure is replaced by the formation of the(La,Ce)_(1)(Fe,Co,Si)_(13) phase.Annealing at 1323 K for 12 h results in samples with(-ΔSM)^(max) of 9.30 J/(kg·K)(Δμ0H=2 T),good mechanical properties((σbc)^(max)=402 MPa,ε=4.21%)and thermal conductivity of 8.7 W/(m·K).Thus,bulk composites with excellent comprehensive properties for magnetic refrigeration are obtained in this work. 展开更多
