Based on the current situation and characteristics of Universities of 211 Project, such as teaching objectives, course settings, and too much categories of professional courses but class hour reduced. Olefin polymerization is one of the most im portant chemical reactions in industry.This work presents a strategy that emphasizes the synergistic meta/poro-steric hindrance of N-aryl groups and electronic effects in newly synthesized neutral salicylaldiminato nickel catalysts.These nickel(Ⅱ)catalysts exhibit exceptional thermostability,ranging from 30℃to 130℃,demonstrating enhanced catalytic activities and broadly regulated polyethylene molecular weights(3-341 kg·mol^(-1))and controlled polymer branch density(2-102 brs/1000C).The preferred catalyst Ni3 with concerted steric and electronic effects enables the production of solid-state semi-crystalline polyethylene materials at temperatures below 90℃.Notably,Ni3 exhibits an impressive tolerance of 110℃and can withstand even the challenging polymerization temperature of 130℃,leading to the production of polyethylene wax and oil.Also,functionalized polyethylene is produced. 展开更多

目的探讨X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)基因与卵巢癌对紫杉醇耐药的相关性。方法以5、10、20、40、80、160、320ng/mL的紫杉醇处理卵巢癌紫杉醇敏感细胞A2780和耐药细胞A2780/T,噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测各组细胞的抑制率(IR),逆转录实时荧光定... 目的探讨X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)基因与卵巢癌对紫杉醇耐药的相关性。方法以5、10、20、40、80、160、320ng/mL的紫杉醇处理卵巢癌紫杉醇敏感细胞A2780和耐药细胞A2780/T,噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测各组细胞的抑制率(IR),逆转录实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)、蛋白质印记(Western blot)检测紫杉醇100ng/mL处理A2780和A2780/T细胞后XIAP基因和蛋白的表达;将A2780/T细胞分为空转染组(转染空载体质粒)、小干扰RNA(siRNA)-XIAP(siRNA-XIAP)组(转染siRNA-XIAP质粒)、非特异性转染组(转染非特异性质粒)、空白对照组(不转染质粒),RT-qPCR和Western blot检测各组细胞XIAP基因和蛋白的表达,并加入含不同质量浓度的紫杉醇(0、1 000、1 500、2 000、2 500ng/mL),流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果不同质量浓度紫杉醇处理后,A2780细胞IR随紫杉醇质量浓度的增加而增高(P<0.05),A2780/T细胞IR无明显变化。紫杉醇100ng/mL处理A2780和A2780/T细胞后,A2780细胞XIAP mRNA的表达低于紫杉醇未处理组(P<0.05),A2780/T细胞中XIAP mRNA的表达与紫杉醇未处理组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A2780/T细胞XIAP mRNA和蛋白表达均高于A2780紫杉醇处理组(P均<0.05);siRNA-XIAP组XIAP mRNA和蛋白的表达均低于其他各组(P<0.05),在紫杉醇2 000ng/mL及2 500ng/mL作用下,siRNA-XIAP组凋亡率高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌对紫杉醇耐药与XIAP基因的高表达有关,特异性的siRNA可通过降低XIAP的表达,促进细胞凋亡,增加耐药癌细胞对紫杉醇的敏感性。 展开更多

目的探究小干扰RNA(siRNA)沉默X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)基因表达对人耐紫杉醇卵巢癌细胞耐药性的逆转。方法36只BALB/C-nu雌性裸鼠皮下接种人耐紫杉醇卵巢癌细胞株A2780/T,建立耐紫杉醇卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,再随机分为6组(每组6只),A组... 目的探究小干扰RNA(siRNA)沉默X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)基因表达对人耐紫杉醇卵巢癌细胞耐药性的逆转。方法36只BALB/C-nu雌性裸鼠皮下接种人耐紫杉醇卵巢癌细胞株A2780/T,建立耐紫杉醇卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,再随机分为6组(每组6只),A组:生理盐水组;B组:紫杉醇组;C组:siRNA-阴性对照(siRNA-NC)+生理盐水组;D组:siRNA-NC+紫杉醇组;E组:siRNA-XIAP+生理盐水组;F组:siRNA-XIAP+紫杉醇组。待接种处形成粟粒大小的移植瘤时,C^F组于瘤体处注射siRNA-XIAP或siRNA-NC,注射剂量为每次每只裸鼠10μg,每3 d注射1次,共注射9次。在D、F组第1次siRNA干扰后开始按裸鼠体质量给予2 mg/kg紫杉醇(C、E组注射生理盐水),每周1次,0.2 mL/次,腹腔内注射,共注射4次。A、B组不给予siRNA干扰,只进行紫杉醇或者生理盐水腹腔注射。siRNA处理27 d后处死裸鼠,取出瘤体测质量,计算抑瘤率;采用实时荧光定量PCR和Western blot分别检测各组移植瘤细胞中XIAP的基因和蛋白表达水平;TUNEL法检测各组移植瘤细胞的凋亡情况。结果转染阴性对照序列的生理盐水治疗(C组)抑瘤率最低、肿瘤质量最高、治疗效果最差,仅使用紫杉醇治疗(B组)、仅转染阴性对照序列的紫杉醇治疗组(D组)、仅沉默XIAP而不使用紫杉醇治疗(E组)三者效果相当,沉默XIAP且使用紫杉醇治疗组(F组)抑瘤率最高,治疗效果最好(P<0.05)。沉默XIAP后,F组与E组XIAP的基因和蛋白表达低于A^D组(P<0.05)。细胞凋亡指数:F组最高,A组及C组最低(P<0.05)。结论XIAP的沉默可逆转人耐紫杉醇卵巢癌细胞的耐药,增强紫杉醇的治疗效果。 展开更多

Effect of Hf and Zr Contents on Stress-rupture and Fatigue Crack Growth Rate Performances in FGH96PM Superalloy 被引量:2

Four experimental FGH96 alloys with various contents of Hf and Zr (0 and 0.04%, 0.3% and 0.04%, 0.6% and 0. 04%, 0. 3% and 0.06%, respectively) were produced using PREP (plasma rotating electrode process)+ HIP (hot isostatic pressing) route. The unnotched and notched stress-rupture properties and fatigue crack growth rate (FCGR) of all the experimental alloys were investigated to study the effect of Hf and Zr. Relevant fracture morphol ogy and microstructure were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results revealed that appropriate content of Hf could lengthen stress-rupture life, eliminate notch sensitivity and slo wer FCGR. Microstructure analysis showed that the amount of "f phase should be increased or decreased by adjusting Hf and Zr contents, and MC carbide and oxide coupled growth should be increased by adding Hf content, which caused oxycarbide to precipitate along grain boundary and strengthen the alloy. It was found that excessive Zr in Hf- containing FGH96 alloy had certain deleterious effects on stress-rupture property because there was strong Zr segre- gation at prior particle boundary, leaving a long chain of large-size oxides along the boundary. The optimal content of Hf and Zr in FGH96 alloy was 0.6% and 0. 04%, respectively. 展开更多

For the rational design of metal catalyst in olefin polymerization catalysis,various strategies were applied to suppress the chain transfer by bulking up the axial positions of the metal center,among which the"sandwich"type turned out to be an eficient category in achieving high molecular weight polyolefin.In the a-dimine system,the"sandwich"type catalysts were built using the typical 8-aryl-naphthyI framework.In this contribution,by introducing the rotationally restrained benzosuberyl substituent into the ortho-position of N-aryl rings,a new class of "sandwich-like"a-diimine nickel catalysts was constructed and fully identified.The rotationally restrained benzosuberyl substituents played a"sandwich-like"function by capping the nickel center from two axial sites.Compared to the nickel catalyst Ni1 bearing freely rotated benzhydryl substituent,Ni2 featuring benzosubery|substituent enabled the increase(8 times)of polymer molecular weights from 8 kDa to 65 kDa in the polymerization of ethylene.By further increasing the steric bulk of another ortho-site of the N-aryl ring,the polymer molecular weight even reached an ultrahigh level of 833 kDa(Mw=1857 kDa)using the optimized Ni3.Notably,these nickel catalysts could also mediate the copolymerization of ethylene with methyl 10-undecenoate,with Ni3 giving the highest copolymer molecular weight(88 kDa)and the highest incorporation of comonmer(2.0 mol1%),along with high activity of up to 10^(5)g·mol^(-1)·h^(-1). 展开更多

In this work,we use commercial powder particulates(a cosmetic fixing powder)as triboelectric materials for constructing a triboelectric nanogenerator(CFP-TENG).Through finger pressing,the CFP-TENG generated approximate open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current,and maximum power density values of 1141 V,521μA,and 570.96μW/cm^(2),respectively.Thirty-seven commercial blue LEDs can be easily lit up by the CFP-TENG.Moreover,this TENG,which was designed as a novel palette structure for harvesting mechanical energy from bicycle motion,serves as a self-powered bicycle speed sensor.In addition,the cosmetic fixing powder can be used as an effective material to enhance the triboelectric property of skin.This study provides an effective method for developing a cost-effective TENG without the use of complex surface micro-/nano-texturing. 展开更多
