The shale samples used in this paper were from the marine shale on Longmaxi shale in Sichuan and Hubei province, China. A series of analyses, such as organic carbon content test, vitrinite reflectance test, rock pyrolysis, X-ray diffraction, and N2/CO2 adsorption were performed. Gravimetric method with magnetic suspension balance was used to conduct isothermal adsorption and desorption experiments. The Langmuir, Freundlich, Langmuir-Freundlich, D-R, semi-pore, and Tothequations were used to fit the isothermal adsorption and desorption curves. And adsorption potential theory was used to explain the adsorption and desorption process. According to the results, the shale samples have a high level of organic carbon content with the same organic matter type II1 and high degree of maturation. The volume of adsorption increases rapidly and slows down to stable with the pressure increasing. Desorption is the inverse process of adsorption and 10 MPa - 0.5 MPa is the main period of shale gas desorption. The fitting results show that three-parameter isotherm equations are better than the two-parameter ones. The adsorption temperature has a great influence on adsorption volume, little effect on potential energy. Adsorption potential varies under different TOC to affect adsorption properties. Moreover, a large adsorption potential means that the gas molecule is easy to adsorb but difficult to desorb.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Depression is common in patients with myocardial infarction and has been independently associated with adverse outcomes. However, the association between depression and myocardial injury on cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)has still not been assessed.AIM To assess the association between depression and myocardial injury on CMR in patients with STEMI.METHODS A total of 107 STEMI patients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention(P-PCI)were analyzed in this prospectivecohort study. Each subject completed the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)to assess the presence and severity of depressive symptoms.CMR was performed at a median of 3 d after PPCI for quantifying post-MI myocardial injury.Correlations between depression identified by the PHQ-9 and myocardial injury measured on CMR were assessed.RESULTS In this study,19 patients(17.8%)were diagnosed with major depression identified by the PHQ-9≥10.PHQ-9 was analyzed both as a continuous variable and dichotomous variable. After multivariable adjustment, the proportion of patients with large infarction size was significantly higher in the major depression group(PHQ-9≥10)(OR:4.840,95%CI:1.122–20.868,P=0.034).When the PHQ-9 was evaluated as a continuous variable, after multivariable adjustment,an increased PHQ-9 score was associated with an increased risk of large infarction size(OR:1.226,95%CI:1.073–1.401,P=0.003).CONCLUSION In patients with STEMI undergoing PCI,depression was independently associated with a large infarction size.

文摘The investigation of adsorption and desorption properties of shale are important for estimating reserves and exploitation. Moreover, a large adsorption potential means that the gas molecule is easy to adsorb but difficult to desorb.

文摘Flexible perovskite solar cells have attracted widespread attention due to their unique advantages in lightweight, high flexibility, and easy deformation, which are suitable for portable electronics. However, the inverted(p-i-n)structured devices suffer from poor stability largely due to the low adhesion at the brittle interface(the hole transport layer/perovskite).Herein,zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)is applied to inverted structured cells to optimize the interface and prolong the device lifetime. As a result, the flexible devices based on ZIF-67 obtain the champion power conversion efficiency of 20.16%.Over 1000 h under continuous light irradiation, the device retains 96%and 80%of its original efficiency without and with bias, respectively.Notably, devices show mechanical endurance with over 78%efficiency retention after 10,000 cycles of consecutive bending cycles(R=6 mm).The introduction of ZIF-67 suppresses the cracking in device bending, which results in improved environmental stability and bending durability.

文摘Post-transplant diabetes mellitus(PTDM)increases the risk of graft failure and death in liver transplant(LT)recipients.Experimental studies have indicated that enteric dysbiosis mediated by immunosuppressive tacrolimus(TAC)could contribute to glucose disorders, but no data on human recipients with PTDM have been reported. Here,by combining high-throughput shotgun metagenomics sequencing and metabolomics profiling,we characterized the intestinal microbiome(IM)in LT recipient cohort with or without PTDM and deciphered the potential relationship among IM,TAC dosage, and diabetes.By comparing with both non-PTDM and classical type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),we identified microbial signatures of PTDM,which was characterized by the enriched Proteobacteria and decreased Bacteroidetes.Additionally, the altered microbes,as well as the microbial metabolomics, correlated with the dosage of TAC.Specifically, the levels of beneficial microbes associated with PTDM were lowered in recipients with the high TAC trough concentrations(>5 ng·mL^(-1))than those with low ones(<5 ng·mL^(-1)),which was accompanied by reduced faecal metabolites involved in the biosynthesis of a-linolenic acid and arachidonic acid-lowering factors of developing T2DM.Moreover,these microbial signatures linked with the extent of glucose disorders in LT recipients. In summary, the faecal microbiome and metabolome differed between PTDM and non-PTDM patients, which were linked with TAC dosage. This study was the first to explore taxonomic alterations and bacterial gene functions to better understand the contribution of the IM to PTDM.

文摘The practical deployment of metallic anodes in the energy-dense batteries is impeded by the thermodynamically unstable interphase in contact with the aprotic electrolyte, structural collapse of the substrates as well as their insufficient affinity toward the metallic deposits.Herein, the mechanical flexible,lightweight(1.2 mg cm^(−2))carbon nanofiber scaffold with the monodispersed, ultrafine Sn_(4)P_(3) nanoparticles encapsulation(Sn_(4)P_(3)NPs@CNF)is proposed as the deposition substrate toward the high-areal-capacity sodium loadings up to 4 mAh cm^(−2).First-principles calculations manifest that the alloy intermediates, namely the Na_(15)Sn_(4) and Na_(3)P matrix, exhibit the intimate Na affinity as the“sodiophilic”sites.Meanwhile, the porous CNF regulates the heterogeneous alloying process and confines the deposit propagation along the nanofiber orientation. With the precise control of pairing mode with the NaVPO4F cathode(8.7 mg cm^(−2)),the practical feasibility of the Sn_(4)P_(3) NPs@CNF anode(1^(*)Na excess)is demonstrated in 2 mAh single-layer pouch cell prototype, which achieves the 95.7%capacity retention for 150 cycles at various mechanical flexing states as well as balanced energy/power densities.

文摘Suspended particulate matter(SPM)in lakes exerts strong impact on light propagation, aquatic ecosystem productivity, which co-varies with nutrients, heavy metal and micro-pollutant in waters. In lakes,SPM exerts strong absorption and backscattering, ultimately affects water leaving signals that can be detected by satellite sensors.Simple regression models based on specific band or hand ratios have been widely used for SPM estimate in the past with moderate accuracy. There are still rooms for model accuracy improvements, and machine learning models may solve the non-linear relationships between spectral variable and SPM in waters. We assembled more than 16,400 in situ measured SPM in lakes from six continents(excluding the Antarctica continent),of which 9640 samples were matched with Landsat overpasses within±7 days.Seven machine learning algorithms and two simple regression methods(linear and partial least squares models)were used to estimate SPM in lakes and the performance were compared. To overcome the problem of imbalance datasets in regression,a Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling technique for regression with Gaussian Noise(SMOGN)was adopted in this study.Through comparison,we found that gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT),random forest(RF),and extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)models demonstrated good spatiotemporal transferability with SMOGN processed dataset, and has potential to map SPM at different year with good quality of Landsat land surface reflectance images. In all the tested modeling approaches, the GBDT model has accurate calibration(n=6428,R^(2)=0.95,MAPE=29.8%)from SPM collected in 2235 lakes across the world, and the validation(n=3214,R^(2)=0.84,MAPE=38.8%)also exhibited stable performance.Further, the good performances were also exhibited by RF model with calibration(R^(2)=0.93)and validation(R^(2)=0.86,MAPE=24.2%)datasets.We applied GBDT and RF models to map SPM of typical lakes, and satisfactory result was obtained. In addition, the GBDT model was evaluated by historical SPM measurements coincident with different Landsat sensors(L5-TM,L7-ETM+,and L8-OLI),thus the model has the potential to map SPM of lakes for monitoring temporal variations, and tracks lake water SPM dynamics in approximately the past four decades(1984-2021)since Landsat-5/TM was launched in 1984.
