再生水景观回用系统富营养化污染控制技术研究 被引量:2

再生水经过生态浮床和垂直流人工湿地的深度处理后,进入景观水体还是会出现藻类滋生的富营养化现象。实地调查结果表明:水力负荷为20~30 m3/(m2·d)的生态浮床对CODCr的去除效果明显,但是,对氨氮和总磷的去除作用有限;水力负荷为0.2... 再生水经过生态浮床和垂直流人工湿地的深度处理后,进入景观水体还是会出现藻类滋生的富营养化现象。实地调查结果表明:水力负荷为20~30 m3/(m2·d)的生态浮床对CODCr的去除效果明显,但是,对氨氮和总磷的去除作用有限;水力负荷为0.2~0.4 m3/(m2·d)的垂直流人工湿地对CODCr、氨氮和总磷均有明显的去除效果。模拟试验结果表明:缓慢流动的景观水体(流速低于1.5 m/min),即使总氮浓度低于1 mg/L、总磷浓度低于0.025 mg/L,也会出现藻类滋生叶绿素a浓度升高的现象;藻类的生长可显著降低水中氮、磷的浓度,对总氮和总磷的去除率分别达到35%~50%和60%~65%,配合物理或生物除藻的方法,可以高效地降低水体中氮和磷的浓度,从根本上解决水体富营养化的问题。 展开更多

Histone deacetylases(HDACs)inhibitors are novel in cancer therapy nowadays.HDAC6-selective inhibitors exert advantageous effects due to higher selectivity and less toxicity.We explored the anti-tumor effect and the molecular mechanism of cay 10603,a potent HDAC6 inhibitor in Burkitt's lymphoma cells.Our study revealed cay 10603 inhibited the proliferation of Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines,and induced caspase-dependent apoptosis.Cayl0603 inhibited the expression of CDKs and cyciins to impede cell cycle progression in both Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines.Cay 10603 also showed the additive effect with vpl 6 notably.Our data presented the promising anti-tumor effect of cay 10603 in the Burkitt's lymphoma therapy. 展开更多

Bacterial community shifts in different functional zones of a reservoir with ecological purification facilities

Ecological purification in a reservoir is an important strategy to control the level of nutrients in water.The bacterial community of such a reservoir is the main agent for pollutant degradation,which has not been fully documented.Taking the Jinze Reservoir,a freshwater source for Shanghai,China as the case,its spatial distributions of water and sediment bacteria were determined using 16S rRNA gene-based Illumina MiSeq sequencing,and the environmental parameters were analyzed.The reservoir takes natural river water and functions as an ecological purification system,consisting of three functional zones,i.e.,pretreatment zone,ecological purification zone,and ecological sustaining zone.Results show that the concentrations of both total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)decreased considerably after the ecological treatment,and the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)in the ecological purification zone was boosted from that before pretreatment.In addition,patterns of bacterial communities in both water and sediment were similar and consisted of mainly Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,and Bacteroidetes.However,difference in water bacterial composition was distinct in each functional zone,whereas the bacterial communities in sediment changed only slightly among sediment samples.Network analysis revealed nonrandom co-occurrence patterns of bacterial community composition in water and sediment,and Pseudomonas,unclassified Comamonadaceae,Variovorax,and Dechloromonas were the key taxa in the co-occurrence network.The bacterial taxa from the same module of the network had strong ecological connections,participated in C-cycles,and shared common trophic properties.PICRUSt analysis showed that bacteria were involved potentially in various essential processes;and the abundance of predicted xenobiotic biodegradation genes showed a decreasing trend in water samples from the inlet to the outlet of the reservoir.These results improve our current knowledge of the spatial distribution of bacteria in water and sediment in ecological purification reservoirs. 展开更多

The Impacts of COVID-19 on Migrants,Remittances,and Poverty in China:A Microsimulation Analysis 被引量:2

Chinese migrant workers are very exposed to the shocks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.Falling remittances adversely affect their families who rely on remittance incomes.The impacts of COVID-19 on migrants and remittance-receiving households are assessed using a nationally representative household dataset and a microsimulation model.We found about 70 percent of migrant workers lost part of their wage income during the pandemic lockdown period and rural migrants working in small and medium enterprises were affected the most.This led to about 50 percent of remittance-receiving households being affected adversely by falling remittances,and the average decline in such income was more than 45 percent.Nearly 13 percent of pre-pandemic nonpoor remittance-receiving households could fall into poverty,raising the poverty rate among remittancereceiving households by 4 percentage points.Many households that were poor prior to the pandemic became more impoverished.The results indicate that social protection programs targeting vulnerable migrants and their families at home are important. 展开更多
