In the process of protecting ancient buildings, it is necessary to obtain the precise dimensions of architectural details. In this study, the path of 3D laser scanning combined with BIM technology is explored. Taking the observation and protection of the ancestral hall of the Liu family as an example, this study aims to draw drawings that reflect the relevant information about the ancient buildings, the accurate three-dimensional model of ancient buildings is established with BIM technology, which provides new methods and ideas for the research and protection of ancient buildings. . 展开更多

Background:Mature T-cell and natural killer(NK)-cell lymphomas compose a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas,and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ENKTL) is an aggressive subtype with sporadic CD30 expression.However,the significance of CD30 expression in ENKTL is controversial.We aimed to classify a large cohort of patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas according to the 2016 World Health Organization(WHO) classification guidelines and to study the association between CD30 expression and prognosis of patients with ENKTL.Methods:We selected consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas who attended our institution between September 1,2009 and August 31,2013.We classified the lymphomas according to the 2016 revision of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms,analyzed the associations between CD30 expression and clinicopathologic features of ENKTL patients,and evaluated the prognostic implications of CD30 expression.Results:We identified 622 consecutive patients with mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphomas,including 317(51.0%)patients with ENKTL.In addition,CD30 expression was detected in 43(47.3%) of a subset of 91 patients with ENKTL.No clinicopathologic features were associated with CD30 expression,and CD30 positivity showed no prognostic significance in patients with ENKTL.Conclusions:ENKTL is the most common type of mature T-cell and NK-cell lymphoma diagnosed at our institution.CD30 is frequently expressed in ENKTL and represents a therapeutic target;however,it may not be a prognostic marker. 展开更多

Objective:Several reports have proposed that lnc RNAs,as potential biomarkers,participate in the progression and growth of malignant tumors.HIF1 A-AS2 is a novel lnc RNA and potential biomarker,involved in the genesis and development of carcinomas.However,the molecular mechanism of HIF1 A-AS2 in renal carcinoma is unclear.Methods:The relative expression levels of HIF1 A-AS2 and miR-30 a-5 p were detected using RT-qPCR in renal carcinoma tissues and cell lines.Using loss-of-function and overexpression,the biological effects of HIF1 A-AS2 and miR-30 a-5 p in kidney carcinoma progression were characterized.Dual luciferase reporter gene analysis and Western blot were used to detect the potential mechanism of HIF1 A-AS2 in renal carcinomas.Results:HIF1 A-AS2 was upregulated in kidney carcinoma tissues when compared with para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).In addition,tumor size,tumor node mestastasis stage and differentiation were identified as being closely associated with HIF1 A-AS2 expression(P<0.05).Knockdown or overexpression of HIF1 A-AS2 either restrained or promoted the malignant phenotype and WNT/β-catenin signaling in renal carcinoma cells(P<0.05).Mi R-30 a-5 p was downregulated in renal cancers and partially reversed HIF1 A-AS2 functions in malignant renal tumor cells.HIF1 A-AS2 acted as a micro RNA sponge that actively regulated the relative expression of SOX4 in sponging miR-30 a-5 p and subsequently increased the malignant phenotypes of renal carcinomas.HIF1 A-AS2 showed a carcinogenic effect and miR-30 a-5 p acted as an antagonist of the anti-oncogene effects in the pathogenesis of renal carcinomas.Conclusions:The HIF1 A-AS2-miR-30 a-5 p-SOX4 axis was associated with the malignant progression and development of renal carcinoma.The relative expression of HIF1 A-AS2 was negatively correlated with the expression of miR-30 a-5 p,and was closely correlated with SOX4 mRNA levels in renal cancers. 展开更多

Local Stress Field in Wafer Thinning Simulations with Phase Space Averaging

From an ingot to a wafer then to a die,wafer thinning plays an important role in the semiconductor industry.To reveal the material removal mechanism of semiconductor at nanoscale,molecular dynamics has been widely used to investigate the grinding process.However,most simulation analyses were conducted with a single phase space trajectory,which is stochastic and subjective.In this paper,the stress field in wafer thinning simulations of 4H-SiC was obtained from 50 trajectories with spatial averaging and phase space averaging.The spatial averaging was conducted on a uniform spatial grid for each trajectory.A variable named mask was assigned to the spatial point to reconstruct the shape of the substrate.Different spatial averaging parameters were applied and compared.The result shows that the summation of Voronoi volumes of the atoms in the averaging domain is more appropriate for spatial averaging.The phase space averaging was conducted with multiple trajectories after spatial averaging.The stress field converges with increasing the number of trajectories.The maximum and average relative difference(absolute value)of Mises stress was used as the convergence criterion.The obtained hydrostatic stress in the compression zone is close to the phase transition pressure of 4H-SiC from first principle calculations. 展开更多

Cardiovascular stent restenosis remains a major challenge in interventional treatment of cardiovascular occlusive disease.Although the changes in arterial mechanical environment due to stent implantation are the main causes of the initiation of restenosis and thrombosis,the mechanisms that cause this initiation are still not fully understood.In this article,we reviewed the studies on the issue of stent-induced alterations in arterial mechanical environment and discussed their roles in stent restenosis and late thrombosis from three aspects:(i)the interaction of the stent with host blood vessel,involve the response of vascular wall,the mechanism of mechanical signal transmission,the process of re-endothelialization and late thrombosis;(ii)the changes of hemodynamics in the lumen of the vascular segment and(iii)the changes of mechanical microenvironment within the vascular segment wall due to stent implantation.This review has summarized and analyzed current work in order to better solve the two main problems after stent implantation,namely in stent restenosis and late thrombosis,meanwhile propose the deficiencies of current work for future reference. 展开更多

Bioresorbable scaffolds have emerged as a new generation of vascular implants for the treatment of atherosclerosis,and designed to provide a temporary scaffold that is subsequently absorbed by blood vessels over time.Presently,there is insufficient data on the biological and mechanical responses of blood vessels accompanied by bioresorbable scaffolds(BRS)degradation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the inflexion point of degradation,the response of blood vessels,and the pathophysiological process of vascular,as results of such studies will be of great value for the design of next generation of BRS.In this study,abdominal aortas of SD rats were received 3-D printed poly-l-actide vascular scaffolds(PLS)for various durations up to 12 months.The response of PLS implanted aorta went through two distinct processes:(1)the neointima with desirable barrier function was obtained in 1 month,accompanied with slow degradation,inflammation,and intimal hyperplasia;(2)significant degradation occurred from 6 months,accompanied with decreasing inflammation and intimal hyperplasia,while the extracellular matrix recovered to normal vessels which indicate the positive remodeling.These in vivo results indicate that 6 months is a key turning point.This“two-stage degradation and vascular characteristics”is proposed to elucidate the long-term effects of PLS on vascular repair and demonstrated the potential of PLS in promoting endothelium function and positive remodeling,which highlights the benefits of PLS and shed some light in the future researches,such as drug combination coatings design. 展开更多
