Up-conversion lasing actions are normally difficult to realize in light-emitting materials due to small multi-photon absorp-tion cross section and fast dephasing of excited states during multi-photon excitation.This p...Up-conversion lasing actions are normally difficult to realize in light-emitting materials due to small multi-photon absorp-tion cross section and fast dephasing of excited states during multi-photon excitation.This paper reports an easily ac-cessible up-conversion amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)in organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites(MAPbBr3)films by optically exciting broad gap states with sub-bandgap laser excitation.The broad absorption was optimized by adjust-ing the grain sizes in the MAPbBr3 films.At low sub-bandgap pumping intensities,directly exciting the gap states leads to 2-photon,3-photon,and 4-photon up-conversion spontaneous emission,revealing a large optical cross section of multi-photon excitation occurring in such hybrid perovskite films.At moderate pumping intensity(1.19 mJ/cm2)of 700 nm laser excitation,a significant spectral narrowing phenomenon was observed with the full width at half maximum(FWHM)de-creasing from 18 nm to 4 nm at the peak wavelength of 550 nm,simultaneously with a nonlinear increase on spectral peak intensity,showing an up-conversion ASE realized at low threshold pumping fluence.More interestingly,the up-con-version ASE demonstrated a giant magnetic field effect,leading to a magneto-ASE reaching 120%.In contrast,the up-conversion photoluminescence(PL)showed a negligible magnetic field effect(<1%).This observation provides an evid-ence to indicate that the light-emitting states responsible for up-conversion ASE are essentially formed as spatially exten-ded states.The angular dependent spectrum results further verify the existence of spatially extended states which are polarized to develop coherent in-phase interaction.Clearly,using broad gap states with spatially extended light-emitting states presents a new approach to develop up-conversion ASE in organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites.展开更多
This study analyzed the partial effect of carbon dioxide hydrate in reaction kettle experiments.The particle and bubble characteristics of the crystal nucleus during carbon dioxide hydrate decomposition were observed ...This study analyzed the partial effect of carbon dioxide hydrate in reaction kettle experiments.The particle and bubble characteristics of the crystal nucleus during carbon dioxide hydrate decomposition were observed under the microscope.The results showed that in the temperature range of 0.5℃–3.5℃,the pressure range of 3 MPa–5.5 MPa,phase characteristics in the reaction kettle changed in a complex fashion during carbon dioxide hydrate formation.During hydrate decomposition,numerous carbon dioxide bubbles were produced,mainly by precipitation at high temperatures or in the hydrate cage structure.The hydrate crystal nucleus initially exhibited fluidity in the reaction.However,as the reaction progressed,the hydrate crystal nucleus migrated upward under the influence of gravity and carbon dioxide diffused into the aqueous phase.Next,the hydrate was formed and accumulated,finally forming a solid carbon dioxide hydrate layer.展开更多
Many studies suggest that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can infect various animals and transmit among animals,and even to humans,posing a threat to humans and animals.There is an urgent ne...Many studies suggest that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can infect various animals and transmit among animals,and even to humans,posing a threat to humans and animals.There is an urgent need to develop inexpensive and efficient animal vaccines to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in animals.Rabies virus(RABV)is another important zoonotic pathogen that infects almost all warmblooded animals and poses a great public health threat.The present study constructed two recombinant chimeric viruses expressing the S1 and RBD proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan01 strain based on a reverse genetic system of the RABV SRV9 strain and evaluated their immunogenicity in mice,cats and dogs.The results showed that both inactivated recombinant viruses induced durable neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and RABV and a strong cellular immune response in mice.Notably,inactivated SRV-nCoV-RBD induced earlier antibody production than SRV-nCoV-S1,which was maintained at high levels for longer periods.Inactivated SRV-nCoV-RBD induced neutralizing antibodies against both SARS-CoV-2 and RABV in cats and dogs,with a relatively broadspectrum cross-neutralization capability against the SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses including Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,and Omicron,showing potential to be used as a safe bivalent vaccine candidate against COVID-19 and rabies in animals.展开更多
