We study the generalized Riemann problem of the Chapman-Jouguet model for an ideal combustible Chaplygin gas. By analyzing the wave curves in the phase plane, we construct uniquely the solution of the generalized Riemann problem under the global entropy conditions. We find that although there is no combustion wave of the corresponding Riemann solution, the combustion wave may occur after perturbation which reveals the instability of the unburnt gas. 展开更多

In order to make clear the effects of rain shelter cultivation on the incidence of diseases and pests of grape in Shandong Province,with Summer Black as the material,the diseases and pests of grape under rain shelter cultivation and open field cultivation in Tai'an and Jining were investigated.The results showed that under the rain shelter cultivation condition,the phenological period of grape delayed 5-8 d.The types of grape diseases and pests under the rain shelter cultivation were the same as those in the open filed cultivation.The most serious pests were Apolygus lucorum,followed by Lycorma delicatula,Erythreura apicalis and Thrips tabaci.The most serious leaf disease was downy mildew,and the most serious disease of grape berries was grape sour rot.Compared with the open field cultivation,the rain shelter cultivation could effectively reduce the incidence of pests and diseases in grape leaves and fruit.At the end of May 2018 and 2019,the occurrence rate of grape pests under the rain shelter cultivation in Tai'an reduced by 57.69%and 60.47%,respectively,and those in Jining reduced by 72.22%and 62.50%,respectively.In the middle of July of 2018 and 2019,the incidence of grape fruit diseases under the rain shelter cultivation in Tai'an reduced by 62.49%and 50.07%,respectively,and that in Jining reduced by 49.96%and 100%,respectively. 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the elementary wave interactions of the Aw-Rascle model for the generalized Chaplygin gas. We construct the unique solution by the characteristic analysis method and obtain the stability of the corresponding Riemann solutions under such small perturbations on the initial values. We find that the elementary wave interactions have a much more simple structure for Temple class than general systems of conservation laws. It is important to study the elementary waves interactions of the traffic flow system for the generalized Chaplygin gas not only because of their significance in practical applications in the traffic flow system, but also because of their basic role for the general mathematical theory. 展开更多

We analyze the elementary wave interactions in the phase plane and construct uniquely the solution of this initial value problem. In this paper, we investigate the elementary wave interactions for the Suliciu relaxation system and construct uniquely the solution by the characteristic analysis method in the phase plane. We find that the elementary wave interactions have a much simpler structure for the Temple class than the general systems of conservation laws. Changing profile of lung cancer clinical characteristics in China:Over 8-year population-based study

Background:Although examinations and therapies for bronchial lung cancer,also called lung cancer(LC),have become more effective and precise,the morbidity and mortality of LC remain high worldwide.Describing the changing profile of LC characteristics over time is indispensable.This study aimed to understand the changes in real-world settings of LC and its characteristics in China.Methods:In this study,119,785 patients were enrolled from 2012 to 2020 in the Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital.The patients’medical records were extracted from the hospital’s database.Demographic characteristics,general clinicopathological information,and blood coagulation indices at the initial diagnoses were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis,Nemenyi,chi-squared,and Bonferroni tests.Changes in demographic characteristics during the 8-year study period,namely dynamic changes among different stages and different pathological types,were evaluated.Results:The percentages of female(from 38.50%[323/839]in 2012 to 48.29%[5112/10,585]in 2020)and non-smoking LC(from 69.34%[475/685]to 80.48%[8055/10,009])patients increased significantly during the study period,with a trend toward a younger age at diagnosis(from 3.58%[30/839]to 8.99%[952/10,585]).Over the study period,the proportion and absolute number of lung adenocarcinoma cases increased(from 67.97%[433/637]to 76.31%[6606/8657])while the proportion of lung squamous cell carcinoma decreased(from 21.19%[135/637]to 12.08%[1046/8657]).Comprehensive driver gene mutation examination became more common,and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutation occurred more frequently in female vs.male(62.03%[12793/20625]vs.29.90%[8207/27,447])and non-smoking vs.smoking(53.54%[17,203/32,134]vs.23.73%[3322/13,997])patients(both P<0.001).The distribution of the common driver genes differed among different stages of LC.EGFR mutation was detected most frequently at each stage,and other driver gene alterations were more common in advanced stages(P<0.001).The combination of chemotherapy,targeted ther-apy,and immunotherapy,as a comprehensive management regimen,gradually became predominant over the study period(P<0.001).A hypercoagulable state was shown in advanced-stage LC patients and patients with the anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion,indicated by significantly elevated levels of d-dimer,fibrinogen,and fibrinogen degradation products.Conclusions:This study comprehensively depicted the changing characteristics of Chinese LC patients over an 8-year period to provide preliminary insights into LC treatment.Trial registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT05423236. 展开更多

Pyroptosis is a type of programed cell death that differs from apoptosis,ferroptosis,or necrosis.Numerous studies have reported that it plays a critical role in tumorigenesis and modification of the tumor microenvironment in multiple tumors.In this review,we briefly describe the canonical,non-canonical,and alternative mechanisms of pyroptotic cell death.We also summarize the potential roles of pyroptosis in oncogenesis,tumor development,and lung cancer treatment,including chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy.Pyrop-tosis has double-edged effects on the modulation of the tumor environment and lung cancer treatment.Further exploration of pyroptosis-based drugs could provide novel therapeutic strategies for lung cancer. 展开更多

Bismuth-based perovskites are considered to be promising candidates to substitute the toxic lead-based perovskite in optoelectronics due to their excellent optoelectronic properties,high environmental friendliness,and(moisture,light,and heat)stability.However,there are still few reports about high performance bismuth-based perovskite ultraviolet photodetectors,and is more lacking in ultraviolet imaging demonstration.Herein,we reported a self-powered NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector with excellent photodetection performance by electrochemical depositing NiOx as the hole transport layer.The optimized NiO_(x)/CsaBi_(2)Brg heterojunction photodetector exhibits excellent ultraviolet detection performance with a fast response speed of 3.04/4.65 ms,wide linear dynamic range of 116.6 dB,decent responsivity of 4.33 mA·W^(-1) at 0 V bias,and high detectivity of 1.3×10^(11) jones.The outstanding performance of the optimized NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector is enough to meet the high-quality ultraviolet imaging.Therefore,we further integrated the optimized NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector to the transmission mode ultraviolet multispectral imaging system,achieving admirable imaging results at weak light condition.This work will play a positive role in promoting the development of bismuth-based ultraviolet photodetection and ultraviolet multispectral imaging. 展开更多

Hyperspectral imaging(HSI)with rich spectral and spatial information holds potential for applications ranging from remote sensing to biomedicine.However,charge-coupled device(CCD)detectors used in conventional HSI systems suffer from inferior and unbalanced responsivity in the visible region,which is not a perfect choice for high-performance visible HSI.That is,conventional Si-based CCDs exhibit poor responsivity at short wavelengths(e.g.,400–600 nm)compared with that at longer wavelengths due to the nature of the indirect bandgap in silicon of around 1.1 e V.To solve this challenge,we introduce a Cs Pb Br_(3) perovskite layer to shape the spectrum of a Si/PEDOT:PSS heterojunction photodetector(PD),resulting in a fabricated Si-Cs Pb Br_(3) hybrid PD with enhanced responsivity at 400–600 nm.This results in an approximately flat spectral responsivity curve in the visible region(400–800 nm).Therefore,the stable Si-Cs Pb Br_(3) hybrid PD with a flat spectrum overcomes the shortcomings of traditional Si-based PDs and makes it more suitable for HSI.Further,we set up a first perovskite HSI system with high spectrum resolution and demonstrate potential applications for tumor detection and tissue identification.We believe that this perovskite optimization can be integrated into modern CCD,thus becoming a step in future CCD fabrication processes,which is a milestone for high-performance HSI systems. 展开更多

Multiscale Stategies in Automatic Image-Domain Waveform Tomography

Multiscale strategies are very important in the successful application of waveform-based velocity inversion. The strategy that sequentially preceeds from long to short scale of velocity model, has been well developed in full waveform inversion (FWI) to solve the local mininum problem. In contrast, it's not well understood in the image-domain waveform tomography (IWT), which back-projects incoherent waveform components of the common image gather into velocity updates. IWT is less prone to local minimum problem but tends to build long-scale model with low resolution. In order to build both long- and short-scale model by IWT, we discuss several multiscale strategies restricted in the image domain. The strategies include model reparameterization, objective function switching and gradient rescaling. Numerical tests on Marmsousi model and real data demonstrate that our proposed multiscale IWT is effective in buidling velocity model with wide wavenumber spectrum. 展开更多

A physical model for acoustic resonance in the annular cavity structure is developed to represent the typical characteristic when acoustic resonance occurs.Firstly,the measurement of sound pressure in the casing and rotor blades vibration is operated in a multistage high pressure compressor.The sharp peak frequency and discrete multi-tone occur in the frequency spectrum of sound pressure in the compressor,and the vibration of the first stage of rotor blades synchronously presents the high amplitude.The frequencies associated with rotor blades vibration can be calculated with rotating sound source theory.It is also confirmed that acoustic resonance occurs in the multistage compressor.With acoustic similarity principle,an annular cavity model is established to simulate the typical characteristics of acoustic resonance in the compressor based on Large Eddy Simulation(LES)and Lighthill acoustic analogy.The coupling relationship between cavity acoustic mode and disc vibration mode shape is expounded when acoustic resonance occurs in the model.And acoustic resonance will be locked in the certain flow rate range.All these characteristics match well with those occur in the multistage high pressure compressor. 展开更多
