We report a process route to fabricate an Al–Al interpenetrating-phase composite by combining the Al–Mg–Mn–Sc–Zr lattice structure and Al_(84)Ni_(7)Gd_(6)Co_(3)nanostructured structure. The lattice structure was produced by the selective laser melting and subsequently filled with the Al_(84)Ni_(7)Gd_(6)Co_(3)amorphous powder, and finally the mixture was used for hot extrusion to produce bulk samples. The results show that the composites achieve a high densification and good interface bonding due to the element diffusion and plastic deformation during hot extrusion.The bulk samples show a heterogeneous structure with a combination of honeycomb lattice structure with an average grain size of less than1 μm and nanostructured area with a high volume fraction of nanometric intermetallics and nanograin α-Al. The heterogeneous structure leads to a bimodal mechanical zone with hard area and soft area giving rise to high strength and acceptable plasticity, where the compressive yield strength and the compressive plasticity can reach ~745 MPa and ~30%, respectively. The high strength can be explained by the rule of mixture,the grain boundary strengthening, and the back stress, while the acceptable plasticity is mainly owing to the confinement effect of the nanostructured area retarding the brittle fracture behavior. 展开更多

135例腹膜癌患者自然病程预后的多因素分析

目的:分析腹膜癌患者的自然病程,探索预后相关因素。方法:收集2015年8月至2022年4月首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院收治的135例腹膜癌患者完整的生存数据,行单因素和多因素生存分析,筛选独立预后因素。结果:135例腹膜癌患者中位生存期... 目的:分析腹膜癌患者的自然病程,探索预后相关因素。方法:收集2015年8月至2022年4月首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院收治的135例腹膜癌患者完整的生存数据,行单因素和多因素生存分析,筛选独立预后因素。结果:135例腹膜癌患者中位生存期为12.2个月(95%CI:10.6~13.8)。单因素生存分析发现下述10项因素影响预后:年龄(P=0.002)、卡氏评分(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)(P<0.001)、营养不良(P<0.001)、初治TNM分期(P<0.001);原发肿瘤部位(P<0.001)、既往手术(P<0.001)、既往化疗(P<0.001)、既往放疗(P=0.028)、既往中药治疗(P=0.007)、合并脑梗死(P<0.001)。多因素分析发现下述5项独立预后因素:KPS评分(HR=4.986,95%CI:2.540~9.787,P<0.001)、营养不良(HR=3.164,95%CI:1.704~5.877,P=0.001)、初治TNM分期(HR=2.632,95%CI:1.344~5.157,P=0.017)、既往手术(HR=2.110,95%CI:1.170~3.804,P=0.013)、既往中药治疗(HR=1.882,95%CI:1.043~3.396,P=0.036)为独立预后因素。结论:腹膜癌患者预后不良,改善体质状态、优化包括中药治疗在内的整合治疗技术,可能是延长生存的关键。 展开更多

Objective:This work aimed to report the first complete mitochondrial genome(mitogenome)of Rheum palmatum,summarize the features of Caryophyllales mitogenomes,and to reveal the potential of utilizing the mitogenomes of R.palmatum and other Caryophyllales species for inferring phylogenetic relationships and species identification.Methods:Both Illumina short reads and PacBio HiFi reads were utilized to obtain a complete mitogenome of R.palmatum.A variety of bioinformatics tools were employed to characterize the R.palmatum mitogenome,compare the reported mitogenomes in Caryophyllales and conduct phylogenetic analysis.Results:The mitogenome of R.palmatum was assembled into a single master circle of 302,993 bp,encoding 35 known protein-coding genes,18 transfer RNA genes,and three ribosome RNA genes.A total of 249 long repeats and 49 simple sequence repeats were identified in this mitogenome.The sizes of mitogenomes in Caryophyllales varied from 253 kb to 11.3 Mb.Among them,23 mitogenomes were circular molecules,one was linear,and one consisted of relaxed circles,linear molecules,and supercoiled DNA.Out of the total mitogenomes,11 were single-chromosome structure,whereas the remaining 14 were multi-chromosomal organizations.The phylogenetic analysis is consistent with both the Engler system(1964)and the Angiosperm Phylogeny Group III system.Conclusions:We obtained the first mitogenome of R.palmatum,which consists of a master circle.Mitogenomes in Caryophyllales have variable genome sizes and structures even within the same species.Circular molecules are still the dominant pattern in Caryophyllales.Single-chromosome mitogenomes account for nearly a half of all the mitogenomes in Caryophyllales,in contrast to previous studies.It is feasible to utilize mitochondrial genomes for inferring phylogenetic relationships and conducting species identification. 展开更多

目的:腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)是一种主要来源于阑尾黏液性肿瘤的恶性肿瘤综合征,肿瘤细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRS)加腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)是国际推荐的PMP标... 目的:腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)是一种主要来源于阑尾黏液性肿瘤的恶性肿瘤综合征,肿瘤细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRS)加腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)是国际推荐的PMP标准治疗。本研究旨在评估CRS+HIPEC治疗PMP的疗效及围手术期安全性。方法:研究首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院2001年1月至2008年5月采用CRS+HIPEC治疗182例PMP临床数据库,进行生存分析,通过单因素和多因素分析筛选独立预后因素,并分析围手术期安全性。结果:182例PMP患者接受CRS+HIPEC治疗,低级别PMP 73例(40.1%),部分低级别、部分高级别PMP 50例(27.5%),高级别PMP 53例(29.1%),PMP伴印戒细胞6例(3.3%);中位腹膜癌指数(peritoneal cancer index,PCI)30分,PCI≥20分为134例(74.0%);肿瘤细胞减灭程度(completeness of cytoreduction,CC)评分0~1分者为79例(44.1%);死亡48例(26.4%),生存134例(73.6%),中位生存时间64.7个月(95%CI:43.1~84.3个月)。Cox多因素回归分析发现4个独立预后因素:年龄(HR=12.079,95%CI:1.605~90.916)、CC(HR=0.211,95%CI:0.069~0.641)、是否有吻合口(0个vs.>1个)(HR=5.519,95%CI:1.176~25.907)、吻合口数量(1个vs.>1个)(HR=7.543,95%CI:1.592~35.732)。围手术期死亡率、严重不良事件率分别为1.6%、19.8%。结论:PMP患者在腹膜肿瘤专科单位接受CRS+HIPEC治疗,达到完全肿瘤细胞减灭,可延长生存,围手术期安全性可接受。 展开更多

目的:探讨卵巢来源腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的临床病理学特征及免疫组织化学表型。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2019年1月272例于首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院确诊为PMP患者的临床资料,研究PMP肿瘤来源,复阅病理切... 目的:探讨卵巢来源腹膜假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP)的临床病理学特征及免疫组织化学表型。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2019年1月272例于首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院确诊为PMP患者的临床资料,研究PMP肿瘤来源,复阅病理切片并行免疫组织化学标记,标记抗体包括CK7、CK20、CEA、Villin、CDX2、SATB2、CA125、ER、PR、PAX8、MUC1、MUC2等。结果:272例PMP中阑尾来源245例(90.1%)、非阑尾来源27例(9.9%)。卵巢来源PMP仅5例(1.8%),其中4例为黏液性囊腺瘤、1例为交界性黏液性囊腺瘤,均发生在单侧,5例中2例合并成熟性囊性畸胎瘤;腹膜播散肿瘤中2例为无细胞性黏液、2例为低级别腹膜黏液癌、1例为高级别腹膜黏液癌。免疫组织化学法检测显示,5例PMP患者组织中CK20、CEA、Villin、CDX2均阳性,2例黏液性囊腺瘤合并畸胎瘤患者的SATB2部分阳性、2例SATB2阴性、1例SATB2灶状阳性。结论:卵巢来源PMP罕见,需对阑尾全部取材或对可疑组织块行连续切片,以排除阑尾黏液性肿瘤,并结合临床症状体征、影像学表现、手术所见、组织学特征及免疫组织化学法检测进行综合分析。 展开更多

基于真实世界数据的腹膜假黏液瘤诊治现状分析

目的:基于真实世界数据分析腹膜假黏液瘤患者的诊治现状、自然病程及预后因素。方法:回顾性分析2009年2月至2020年7月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院就诊的具有完整自然病程的腹膜假黏液瘤患者的相关资料,包括临床病理特征、非规范... 目的:基于真实世界数据分析腹膜假黏液瘤患者的诊治现状、自然病程及预后因素。方法:回顾性分析2009年2月至2020年7月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院就诊的具有完整自然病程的腹膜假黏液瘤患者的相关资料,包括临床病理特征、非规范化治疗情况(误诊时间、误治时间、既往抗肿瘤治疗情况)、肿瘤细胞减灭术+腹腔热灌注化疗(cytoreductive surgery+hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,CRS+HIPEC)治疗情况[手术时间、术中输血情况、腹膜癌指数(peritoneal cancer index,PCI)评分、细胞减灭程度(completeness of cytoreduction,CC)评分、脏器切除数量、腹膜切除区域数量、严重不良事件(serious adverse event,SAE)等]、随访生存时间,随访终点为患者死亡。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,组间比较采用Log-rank检验。影响5年生存的预后因素采用Cox比例风险回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:共纳入94例患者,其中男性57例(60.6%),女性37例(39.4%),中位年龄54(24~76)岁,既往抗肿瘤治疗者59例(62.8%),中位误诊时间0.8(0~62.5)个月,中位误治时间15.3(0~214.8)个月。所有患者均行CRS+HIPEC治疗,中位手术时间10.1(4.8~16.5)h,中位脏器切除数2(0~8)个,中位腹膜切除区域数5(0~9)个,中位PCI评分32(3~39)分,CC评分2~3分者达80.9%(76/94),SAE发生率35.1%(33/94)。94例患者中位总生存期30.8(2.4~218.4)个月,1、2、3、5年生存率分别为96.8%、63.8%、44.7%和23.4%。分层分析显示,既往腹腔化疗(46.5个月vs.26.3个月)、PSS 1~3分(39.0个月vs.21.9个月)、低/高级别病理类型(41.5/40.9个月vs.20.1个月)、KPS≥80分(41.5个月vs.23.9个月)、无淋巴结转移(35.5个月vs.17.1个月)、Ki-67<50%(46.4个月vs.20.8个月)的患者中位生存时间延长(P<0.05)。5年生存预后分析中,单因素分析显示以下5个因素与5年生存率有关:PSS评分(P=0.021)、既往腹腔化疗(P=0.008)、病理类型(P=0.004)、淋巴结转移(P=0.008)和Ki-67表达程度(P=0.003)。多因素分析显示出以下3个影响5年生存的独立预后因素:既往腹腔化疗(HR=0.458,95%CI:0.253~0.827,P=0.010)、淋巴结转移(HR=2.879,95%CI:1.345~6.163,P=0.006)、Ki-67≥50%(HR=2.502,95%CI:1.418~4.417,P=0.002)。结论:PMP非规范化治疗现象较普遍,误治时间长,淋巴结转移及Ki-67高表达是独立不良预后因素,CRS+HIPEC术前腹腔灌注化疗可能为PMP的治疗提供新的方向。 展开更多

Magnesium oxide was found to have high-phosphate-affinity as an effective component to enhance the phosphate removal ability of common adsorbent materials.However,the currently prepared MgO-based hybrid adsorbents by conventional methods still suffer from the limited low loading of MgO and inferior removal performances,much far away from practical application.In this study,an ingenious carbon coated MgO nanocomposite is designed by directly burning magnesium in CO_(2),a well-known textbook reaction.X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope and aberration-corrected high-resolution transmission electron microscope demonstrate the sample is well prepared.Consequently,the high content of nanosized MgO combined with defect-rich carbon layer brings unprecedented phosphate removal capacity of 1135.0 mg/g,removal rate of 99% and benign compatibility with coexisting anions and solution pH.Furthermore,the removal mechanism is also investigated in detail by characterizing the sample before and after adsorption. 展开更多

Global concerns have been paid to the potential hazard of traditional herbal medicinal products(THMPs). Global concerns have been paid to the potential hazard of traditional herbal medicinal products(THMPs). Substandard and counterfeit THMPs, including traditional Chinese patent medicine, health foods, dietary supplements, etc. are potential threats to public health. Recent marketplace studies using DNA barcoding have determined that the current quality control methods are not sufficient for ensuring the presence of authentic herbal ingredients and detection of contaminants/adulterants. An efficient biomonitoring method for THMPs is of great needed. Herein, metabarcoding and single-molecule, realtime(SMRT) sequencing were used to detect the multiple ingredients in Jiuwei Qianghuo Wan(JWQHW), a classical herbal prescription widely used in China for the last 800 years. Reference experimental mixtures and commercial JWQHW products from the marketplace were used to confirm the method. Successful SMRT sequencing results recovered 5416 and 4342 circular-consensus sequencing(CCS) reads belonging to the ITS2 and psb A-trn H regions. The results suggest that with the combination of metabarcoding and SMRT sequencing, it is repeatable, reliable, and sensitive enough to detect species in the THMPs, and the error in SMRT sequencing did not affect the ability to identify multiple prescribed species and several adulterants/contaminants. It has the potential for becoming a valuable tool for the biomonitoring of multi-ingredient THMPs. 展开更多
