Rolling Decision Model of Thermal Power Retrofit and Generation Expansion Planning Considering Carbon Emissions and Power Balance Risk

With the increasing urgency of the carbon emission reduction task,the generation expansion planning process needs to add carbon emission risk constraints,in addition to considering the level of power adequacy.However,methods for quantifying and assessing carbon emissions and operational risks are lacking.It results in excessive carbon emissions and frequent load-shedding on some days,although meeting annual carbon emission reduction targets.First,in response to the above problems,carbon emission and power balance risk assessment indicators and assessment methods,were proposed to quantify electricity abundance and carbon emission risk level of power planning scenarios,considering power supply regulation and renewable energy fluctuation characteristics.Secondly,building on traditional two-tier models for low-carbon power planning,including investment decisions and operational simulations,considering carbon emissions and power balance risks in lower-tier operational simulations,a two-tier rolling model for thermal power retrofit and generation expansion planning was established.The model includes an investment tier and operation assessment tier and makes year-by-year decisions on the number of thermal power units to be retrofitted and the type and capacity of units to be commissioned.Finally,the rationality and validity of the model were verified through an example analysis,a small-scale power supply system in a certain region is taken as an example.The model can significantly reduce the number of days of carbon emissions risk and ensure that the power balance risk is within the safe limit. 展开更多

New Measuring Method for Colorless Liquid Level Based on CLC100 Level Sensor and Powercast Wireless Sensor Kit

In this paper, a new wireless measuring method for colorless liquid level measurement was presented, based on latest CLC100 liquid level sensor and Powercast wireless sensor development kit. The wireless system is divided into two parts, level measurement and data transmission part as well as data receiving and display part. First part included the capacitive liquid level sensor CLC100 and the wireless senor board. CLC100 sensor was used for liquid level measurement. Wireless sensor kit from Powercast Corporation included one wireless sensor board, which was used for signal transmission. A built-in PIC microcontroller was embedded in the transmission module, for the purpose of processing and data transmitting. Due to CLC100 sensor’s output voltage exceeding the sensor board’s input limitation, a voltage convertor was designed to connect the sensor and the wireless sensor board. The final results were voltages corresponding to the liquid level, and were processed by an independent PIC development board, and then sent to PC’s hyper terminal via serial-port by this PIC microcontroller. Experiments showed that this wireless sensor node prototype worked well. 展开更多

多部位电烧伤毁损性创面修复方法的探讨 被引量:1

目的探讨多部位电烧伤毁损性创面的修复方法。方法回顾性分析2016年9月至2022年10月首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院烧伤科收治的38例多部位毁损性电烧伤患者临床资料。其中男37例,女1例,年龄9~61岁,平均37岁。37例致伤电压为6~35 kV,1... 目的探讨多部位电烧伤毁损性创面的修复方法。方法回顾性分析2016年9月至2022年10月首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院烧伤科收治的38例多部位毁损性电烧伤患者临床资料。其中男37例,女1例,年龄9~61岁,平均37岁。37例致伤电压为6~35 kV,1例为380 V。电烧伤涉及2个部位5例,3个及以上部位33例。早期全面评估患者情况,全身支持治疗。涉及重要脏器损伤患者,给予胸腔闭式引流及坏死肺组织、坏死穿孔肠管切除。涉及肢体尤其腕部电烧伤患者,急诊腕部切开减张,血运未改善者需行静脉桥接尺桡动脉挽救肢体。再根据毁损性创面的部位及损伤程度,合理安排手术时机,采用适合皮瓣修复创面。结果本组38例患者,其中37例患者修复效果良好,1例患者死亡。烧伤部位涉及肢体及躯干(胸部、腹部、背部、头部)17例,只涉及四肢21例。采用游离腹壁下动脉为蒂的脐旁穿支皮瓣13个,游离股前外侧皮瓣23个,岛状下斜方肌肌皮瓣4个,游离背阔肌肌皮瓣2个,带蒂背阔肌肌皮瓣7个,带蒂腹直肌肌皮瓣3个,带蒂阔筋膜张肌肌皮瓣1个,带蒂股前外侧皮瓣4个,游离腓肠内侧皮瓣3个,肋间动脉穿支皮瓣1个,游离上臂内侧皮瓣1个,游离跖外侧皮瓣1个,游离腓浅动脉穿支皮瓣1个,局部皮瓣3个,皮瓣全部成活。随访3~18个月,毁损性创面修复效果良好,腹壁创面患者无腹壁疝发生。15例患者再次入院行肌腱重建及皮瓣修整术,4例头部皮瓣移植患者放置头皮扩张器,修复秃发畸形。结论对于多部位毁损性电烧伤患者,各部位、各组织、各脏器应区别对待,先保证生命,再保留肢体,根据患者毁损性创面的部位及损伤程度,合理安排手术时机及手术方案,与相关科室医师通力合作,才能更好地进行创面修复和功能重建,降低致残率。 展开更多

Optimal day-ahead scheduling strategy of microgrid considering regional pollution and potential load curtailment

With the frequent occurrence of global warming and extreme severe weather,the transition of energy to cleaner,and with lower carbon has gradually become a consensus.Microgrids can integrate multiple energy sources and consume renewable energy locally.The amount of pollutants emitted during the operation of the microgrids become an important issue to be considered.This study proposes an optimal day-ahead scheduling strategy of microgrid considering regional pollution and potential load curtailment.First,considering the operating characteristics of microgrids in islanded and grid-connected operation modes,this study proposes a regional pollution index(RPI)to quantify the impact of pollutants emitted from microgrid on the environment,and further proposes a penalty mechanism based on the RPI to reduce the microgrid’s utilization on non-clean power supplies.Second,considering the benefits of microgrid as the operating entity,utilizing a direct load control(DLC)enables microgrid to enhance power transfer capabilities to the grid under the penalty mechanism based on RPI.Finally,an optimal day-ahead scheduling strategy which considers both the load curtailment potential of curtailable loads and RPI is proposed,and the results show that the proposed optimal day-ahead scheduling strategy can effectively inspire the curtailment potential of curtailable loads in the microgrid,reducing pollutant emissions from the microgrid. 展开更多
