The activation effect of boric acid as an activator is good,and we investigate the best activation conditions for the boric acid impregnation method.To represent the structural characteristics and adsorption performance of the Stellera Chamaejasme based carbon molecular sieves,we use Brunner-Emmet-Teller(BET)measurements,scan-ning electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectra(Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and adsorption property measurement.When the loading ratio was 0.68:1,the specific surface area was 532.21 m^(2)/g,the total pore volume was 0.24 cm 3/g,the average pore size was 1.81 nm,the adsorption value of methylene blue was 145.28 mg/g,and the adsorption value of iodine was 713.33 mg/g,the results showed that boric acid had better activation effect.The carbon molecular sieves made from Stellera Chamaejasme and activated with boric acid produce two peaks on the aperture distribution graph that are densely distributed in the micropore range.This indicates that boric acid’s pore-forming tendency is primarily micropore. 展开更多

在全面建成小康社会、乡村振兴以及脱贫攻坚顺利收官等多重背景之下,少数民族地区农民增收问题对于区域协调发展具有重要的意义。本文依据2013-2019年临夏县可支配收入的变化,通过收入结构弹性系数(E)对临夏县农户收入变动的影响因素进... 在全面建成小康社会、乡村振兴以及脱贫攻坚顺利收官等多重背景之下,少数民族地区农民增收问题对于区域协调发展具有重要的意义。本文依据2013-2019年临夏县可支配收入的变化,通过收入结构弹性系数(E)对临夏县农户收入变动的影响因素进行纵向分析,并基于SPSS 23和E-views 11建立多元线性回归模型来对临夏县农民收入变化进行分析和预测。研究表明:临夏县农户收入总体呈上升的趋势,收入结构也更加均衡更加合理,其中经营性收入与转移性收入明显增加,农户的经济风险承受能力更强。同时在对临夏县近年来农户收入数据分析探索的基础上,提出了农户增收的相关路径。 展开更多

Macadamia from the family Proteaceae is a plant native to Australia and has long been favoured by people for its crispy and high nutritional and medicinal value.Here,the genome of GUIRE 1(GR1),a highly heterozygous superior cultivar of macadamia nut,was sequenced and assembled using nanopore sequencing,and a 807-Mb genome(contig N50,1.9 Mb;scaffold N50,54.70 Mb)and 14 chromosomes were obtained.A total of 453 Mb(about 55.95%)repetitive sequences and 37,657 protein-coding genes were obtained by gene annotation and homologous protein comparison.Proteaceae diverged from Nelumbonaceae nearly 115.37 million years ago and from Rubiaceae about 140 million years ago.A genome-wide duplication(WGD)event occurred in macadamia 41 million years ago based on the WGD analysis.The functional enrichment analysis of M.integrifolia-specific gene families revealed their roles in signal transduction,protein phosphorylation,protein binding,and defense response.Here,a highly heterozygous genome of M.integrifolia was unlocked to provide a database for breeding and molecular mechanism research. 展开更多

Background:Shen-Qi-Wan(SQW),a commonly used prescription against chronic kidney disease(CKD)in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM),has a nephroprotective action in adenine-induced kidney injury.However,the mechanism of SQW in renal injury remains unclear.Objective:This study was undertaken to measure the effect of SQW on peritubular capillary injury both in vivo and in vitro assays.Methods:The effect of SQW on the peritubular capillary injury was evaluated according to measuring hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)function,inflammatory cytokines,VEGF(vascular endothelial growth fac-tor),CD34(Cluster of differentiation 34),and AQP1(Aquaporin 1)levels in the kidney,cell migration,and lumen forming capacity.Results:SQW supplementation could ameliorate dysfunction of the HPA and renal function loss induced by adenine.SQW also significantly inhibited the inflammatory cytokines including MCP-1(monocyte chemotactic protein-1)and VCAM-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1)level.Alternatively,SQW administration showed an ameliorating effect from the toxicity and alleviated the injury of capillaries around renal tubules instigated by adenine through increasing AQP1 mRNA and protein level.SQW medicated the serum enhanced the migration and lumen formation ability of HMEC-1 cells,and significantly increased AQP1 protein level.Moreover,AQP1 knockdown efficiently inhibited the migration and lumen formation ability in HMEC-1 cells,and weakened the effect of SQW medicated serum.Conclusion:These results suggested that SQW attenuated peritubular capillary injury in adenine-induced CKD model rats through boosting angiogenesis in endothelial cell,and AQP1 may be a potential target of SQW for treating the renal injury. 展开更多
