教育大数据和人工智能等技术的迅速发展为教育领域不断赋能,促使教学评价逐步从以主观感知为参考转向以客观证据为抓手。为把握国际环境下技术支持教学评价的进展与前沿动向,以科学网数据库的核心合集为数据源,采用共现网络分析、聚类... 教育大数据和人工智能等技术的迅速发展为教育领域不断赋能,促使教学评价逐步从以主观感知为参考转向以客观证据为抓手。为把握国际环境下技术支持教学评价的进展与前沿动向,以科学网数据库的核心合集为数据源,采用共现网络分析、聚类分析、知识图谱等方法,对该领域的现状概况进行量化和质性分析,并梳理其发展脉络与前沿演进。发现其研究趋向如下:一是评价数据源以全数据思维为导向,将量化形式的大数据和质化形式的厚数据相结合;二是评价方式从以学生评教为主的横向评价转为以教师自身教学效能增幅为主的增值评价;三是评价方法从主观感知转为证据驱动,采用多重测量方式对教师进行全方位、立体化、可视化的教学评价;四是评价工具的开发逐步转向实现多源数据配准统一的全数据智能化测评平台;五是评价结果趋向于形成性、伴随式的动态评估,关注教师教学投入和教学效能的变化态势,辅助教师诊断并优化教学。 展开更多

Theranostics that integrates therapy and diagnosis in one system to achieve accurate cancer diagnosis and treatment has attracted tremendous interest,and has been recognized as a potential breakthrough in overcoming the challenges of conventional oncotherapy.Nanoparticles are ideal candidates as carriers for theranostic agents,which is attributed to their extraordinary physicochemical properties,including nanoscale sizes,functional properties,prolonged blood circulation,active or passive tumor targeting,specific cellular uptake,and in some cases,excellent optical properties that ideally meet the needs of phototherapy and imaging at the same time.Overall,with the development of nanotechnology,theranostics has become a reality,and is now in the transition stage of"bench to bedside."In this review,we summarize recent progress on nanotechnology-based theranostics,i.e.,nanotheranostics,that has greatly assisted traditional therapies,and has provided therapeutic strategies emerging in recent decades,as well as"cocktail"theranostics mixing various treatment modalities. 展开更多

In this paper,a novel dual flux modulation(DFM)machine with consequent-pole spoke-array permanent magnets(PMs)in both stator and rotor is proposed to achieve a larger torque density than regular flux modulation machines.The stator has two portions of PMs,one is set next to the stator slot with circumferential magnetization,and the other is inserted between the stator yoke and flux bridge with radial magnetization.The rotor has consequent-pole spoke-array PMs and alternative flux bridges.The proposed DFMPM machine can be regarded as the combination of the flux switching PM(FSPM)machine and vernier PM(VPM)machine.First,the structure and operational principle are introduced.Then,the proposed 12-stator-slot/10-rotor-tooth dual flux modulation permanent magnet(DFMPM)machine is compared with the FSPM machine and VPM machine in terms of flux lines distribution,back-electromotive force(EMF),cogging torque and average torque.Finally,the four proposed DFMPM machines are optimized for maximum average torque and minimum ripple torque considering the effects of split ratio,slot opening ratio,PM depth,PM angle and iron angle. 展开更多

Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) can exacerbate ischemic brain injury and lessen ischemic neuronal death, which may be associated with PARP-1 polymorphisms. The present study investigated human PARP-1 gene polymorphisms in various Chinese nationalities, the results of which could potentially help in the treatment and prevention of neurologic diseases. Genetic polymorphisms of seven exons in the PARP-1 gene, in 898 Chinese Han, Buyi, Shui, Miao, and Zhuang subjects, were investigated by PCR-single-strand conformation polymorphism. A single-strand conformation polymorphism variant in exons 12, 13, 16, and 17 of the PARP-1 gene was identified in 148 people, with two stationary bands showing three degenerative single strands. Results showed that the PARP-1 gene polymorphisms exist in various nationalities, and may act as a biomarker for susceptibility to disease. 展开更多

国家公园是我国自然景观最独特的国土空间之一。科学评估景观资源价值对于实现国家公园原真性与完整性的保护具有重要作用。本文以钱江源国家公园体制试点区为例,采用条件价值法,通过调研内部群体(社区居民与管理人员)和外部群体(外来游... 国家公园是我国自然景观最独特的国土空间之一。科学评估景观资源价值对于实现国家公园原真性与完整性的保护具有重要作用。本文以钱江源国家公园体制试点区为例,采用条件价值法,通过调研内部群体(社区居民与管理人员)和外部群体(外来游客)对假想市场项目的支付意愿,对该国家公园景观资源价值进行货币化核算评估,并在此基础上采用Logistic回归模型分析影响景观资源价值的关键因素。结果显示,外部群体支付率高于内部群体,且不同特征的人群具有不同的支付率。改善生态环境是不同群体愿意为假想市场项目进行支付的主要原因,但拒绝支付的原因存在明显差异,自身收入低是导致内部群体拒绝支付的主要原因,认为假想市场项目应由财政支付是外部群体拒绝支付的主要原因。研究区域景观资源价值为1.35亿元,其中,外部价值明显高于内部价值,而态度因素比人口和环境因素对景观资源价值的影响更大。国家公园景观资源价值受到多元利益群体的认知、诉求和利益驱动的影响,研究建议加快构建标准化核算评估技术体系,为中国的国家公园体系建设提供支撑。 展开更多

中国长株潭城市群绿色基础设施对步行体力活动的影响机制研究

步行体力活动可以改善居民健康,探索绿色基础设施对步行体力活动的影响机制是建设健康城市环境的重要一环。本文以中国长株潭城市群绿色基础设施与居民步行体力活动的频率和强度为研究对象,通过识别城市群绿色基础设施的构成要素,分析... 步行体力活动可以改善居民健康,探索绿色基础设施对步行体力活动的影响机制是建设健康城市环境的重要一环。本文以中国长株潭城市群绿色基础设施与居民步行体力活动的频率和强度为研究对象,通过识别城市群绿色基础设施的构成要素,分析步行体力活动的空间分布特征;进而构建城市群绿色基础设施指标体系,运用多元线性回归模型分析城市群绿色基础设施对居民步行体力活动频率和强度的影响机制。研究发现,长株潭城市群居民的步行体力活动轨迹主要分布在绿色基础设施的连接廊道和小型场地中。绿色基础设施的内部环境、外部环境与空间格局均对居民步行体力活动的影响存在差异。其中,外部环境指标中的居住密度、房价水平,内部环境指标中的公共厕所密度、城市广场密度、公交站点密度、绿地面积占比,以及空间格局指标中的最大斑块面积和斑块聚合度指数均与步行体力活动的频率和强度有显著相关性;外部环境指标中的土地利用混合度、日平均气温和内部环境指标中的水体面积占比仅与步行体力活动的强度有显著相关性,内部环境指标中的步道密度仅与步行体力活动的频率有显著相关性。最后,本文分别从外部环境、内部环境和空间格局三个方面提出城市群绿色基础设施的建设及更新策略,以期改善居民步行体力活动环境,充分发挥城市群绿色基础设施的生态和社会价值。 展开更多

Solar photocatalysis,as a method of green energy production and sustainable technology,has been regarded as one of the most effective strategies to resolve environmental issues and the current energy crisis.In this work,intimate contact hollow Ni_(x)Co_(1-x)S polyhedron/g-C3N4 nanosheet composites were prepared in-situ through a facile one-step hydrothermal method.The as-prepared Ni_(x)Co_(1-x)S/g-C_(3)N_(4) composites showed superior photocatalytic activity and high stability for H2 generation and methyl orange(MO)degradation under visible light irradiation.The optimized 4 wt.%Ni_(x)Co_(1-x)S/g-C_(3)N_(4) composite attained a maximum H2 evolution rate of 1420μmol g^–1 h^–1,which was about 157 times higher than that of pure g-C3N4.In addition,the Ni_(x)Co_(1-x)S/g-C_(3)N_(4) composite also exhibited greatly improved photocatalytic activity for dye degradation,which for MO was at 98.14%in 9 min.The outstanding photocatalytic performance was predominantly attributed to the unique architecture of hollow Ni_(x)Co_(1-x)S polyhedrons,which not only provided more active sites at the edges and surface as convenient charge transfer channels,but also promoted the separation and transport of electron-hole pairs.This work provides some novel ideas for the design and development of highly efficient noble metal-free cocatalyst/semiconductor systems for photocatalytic H2 generation and dye degradation. 展开更多

An improved hybrid method combining two dimensional(2D)finite element analysis(FEA)and the analytical method is put forward to calculate the stator winding inductance and synchronous inductance influenced by stator skewing technique.Based on winding function theory(WFT),the improved method proposes two factors to describe variable inductances along the stator skewing angles.Comprehensive simulations are then performed on three interior permanent magnet synchronous machines(IPMSMs),one normal and two skewed machines(half slot and one slot pitch skewing respectively).Extensive experiments are conducted on relevant prototypes with good correlation.Moreover,analysis and comparisons are made as to the influence of different skewing angles on the inductances and torque-speed curves.It is found that Ld increases and Lq decreases by skewing,leading to the reduction of the rotor saliency and maximal torque capability,but increase of the flux weakening capability. 展开更多

The usage of full-color imaging in digital pathology produces significant results.Compared with a grayscale image or a pseudocolor image containing contrast information,a full-color image can identify and detect the target object better with color texture information.Fourier ptychographic microscopy(FPM)is a high-throughput computational imaging technique that breaks the tradeoff between high resolution(HR)and a large field of view.It also eliminates the artifacts of scanning and stitching in digital pathology and improves its imaging efficiency.However,the conventional full-color digital pathology based on FPM is still time-consuming because of the repeated experiments with tri-wavelengths.A color transfer FPM approach termed“CFPM”was reported.The color texture information of a low-resolution full-color pathologic image is directly transferred to the HR grayscale FPM image captured by only a single wavelength.Both of the color space of FPM based on the standard CIE-XYZ color model and the display based on the standard RGB color space were established.Different FPM colorization schemes were analyzed and compared with 30 biological samples.Three types of evaluation approaches were provided,including the root-mean-square error(RMSE),the difference maps,and the image histogram cosine similarity.The average RMSE values of the conventional method and CFPM compared with the ground truth were 5.3%and 5.7%,respectively.Therefore,the reconstruction time is significantly reduced by 2/3 with the sacrifice of precision of only 0.4%.The CFPM method is also compatible with advanced fast FPM approaches to further reduce computation time. 展开更多
