Gliomas have the highest mortality rate of all brain tumors.Correctly classifying the glioma risk period can help doctors make reasonable treatment plans and improve patients’survival rates.This paper proposes a hier...Gliomas have the highest mortality rate of all brain tumors.Correctly classifying the glioma risk period can help doctors make reasonable treatment plans and improve patients’survival rates.This paper proposes a hierarchical multi-scale attention feature fusion medical image classification network(HMAC-Net),which effectively combines global features and local features.The network framework consists of three parallel layers:The global feature extraction layer,the local feature extraction layer,and the multi-scale feature fusion layer.A linear sparse attention mechanism is designed in the global feature extraction layer to reduce information redundancy.In the local feature extraction layer,a bilateral local attention mechanism is introduced to improve the extraction of relevant information between adjacent slices.In the multi-scale feature fusion layer,a channel fusion block combining convolutional attention mechanism and residual inverse multi-layer perceptron is proposed to prevent gradient disappearance and network degradation and improve feature representation capability.The double-branch iterative multi-scale classification block is used to improve the classification performance.On the brain glioma risk grading dataset,the results of the ablation experiment and comparison experiment show that the proposed HMAC-Net has the best performance in both qualitative analysis of heat maps and quantitative analysis of evaluation indicators.On the dataset of skin cancer classification,the generalization experiment results show that the proposed HMAC-Net has a good generalization effect.展开更多
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate whether young adult breast cancer patients have poor outcomes independent of established prognostic factors and analyze differences in prognosis between younger and older patients...Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate whether young adult breast cancer patients have poor outcomes independent of established prognostic factors and analyze differences in prognosis between younger and older patients stratified by tumor subtype. Methods: Of 10,950 breast cancer patients treated at West China Hospital between 1998 and 2017, 741 younger patients (Results: We identified 11 parameters (all P P P P = 0.024] and HR for DFS = 1.301 [95% CI, 1.077 - 1.572;P = 0.006]). When stratified by tumor subtype, younger patients with T1, N0, tumor stage I, G3, estrogen receptor (ER)-negative, progesterone receptor (PR)-negative, and Ki67 ≥ 14% had a poor BCSS;in addition, patients with T1, N1, tumor stages I and II, G3, ER-negative, PR-negative, and triple-negative had a poorer DFS than older patients. Conclusion: Young age was an independent prognostic factor for BCSS and DFS in breast cancer patients. The increased risk of relapse was most pronounced in early-stage breast cancer, especially in patients with ER-negative disease.展开更多

Factory recirculating aquaculture system(RAS)is facing in a stage of continuous research and technological in-novation.Intelligent aquaculture is an important direction for the future development of aquaculture.Howeve...Factory recirculating aquaculture system(RAS)is facing in a stage of continuous research and technological in-novation.Intelligent aquaculture is an important direction for the future development of aquaculture.However,the RAS nowdays still has poor self-learning and optimal decision-making capabilities,which leads to high aqua-culture cost and low running efficiency.In this paper,a precise aeration strategy based on deep learning is de-signed for improving the healthy growth of breeding objects.Firstly,the situation perception driven by computer vision is used to detect the hypoxia behavior.Then combined with the biological energy model,it is constructed to calculate the breeding objects oxygen consumption.Finally,the optimal adaptive aeration strategy is generated according to hypoxia behavior judgement and biological energy model.Experimental results show that the energy consumption of proposed precise aeration strategy decreased by 26.3%compared with the man-ual control and 12.8%compared with the threshold control.Meanwhile,stable water quality conditions acceler-ated breeding objects growth,and the breeding cycle with the average weight of 400 g was shortened from 5 to 6 months to 3–4 months.展开更多
