目的 研究H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)之间的关系。方法 将1 369例H型高血压患者(H型高血压组)与1 038例正常对照组进行比较,然后将H型高血压组患者,根据颈动... 目的 研究H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)之间的关系。方法 将1 369例H型高血压患者(H型高血压组)与1 038例正常对照组进行比较,然后将H型高血压组患者,根据颈动脉彩色多普勒超声结果分为H型高血压1组及H型高血压2组,比较两组的Hcy、年龄、性别、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBS)、吸烟及饮酒史等。结果H型高血压组与正常对照组CAS、Hcy、LDL-C、Cr、FBS 5个项目的比较,H型高血压组高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义;H型高血压1组Hcy、年龄、Cr、FBS显著大于H型高血压2组,差异有统计学意义。结论 高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy)可能引起动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS),在H型高血压患者中更高水平的Hcy可加重AS的程度。 展开更多

振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁的临床研究

目的:探究与观察振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月本院120例急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗... 目的:探究与观察振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月本院120例急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用振源胶囊和心理干预。比较两组治疗前及治疗1、2个月的动态心电图指标(心率变异性时域指标及频域指标)及焦虑评分(SAS量表)、抑郁评分(SDS量表)。结果:治疗前,两组SDNN、SDANN、RMSS、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个月,观察组SDNN、SDANN、RMSS、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS、SDS评分情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个月,观察组的SAS、SDS评分情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁患者的临床效果较好,有助于改善患者的心率变异性及焦虑抑郁状态,应用价值较高。 展开更多

Two grabens were developed in the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone (TLFZ) during its exten-sional activities, and are now confined by four major NNE-trending normal faults and filled with Creta-ceous sediments.... Two grabens were developed in the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone (TLFZ) during its exten-sional activities, and are now confined by four major NNE-trending normal faults and filled with Creta-ceous sediments. These faults were developed due to their reactivities, containing gouge and cutting the graben sediments. Detailed fieldwork demonstrates that the faults experienced sinistral transten-sional moment related to regional NE-SW extension during the reactivity. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the finest gouge samples gives illite crystallinity values higher than 0.42o?2θ, indicating temperatures experienced by the gouge samples were less than 150℃ . From the relation between K-Ar data and proportions of detrital illite in different size fractions of the gouge samples, we conclude that refaulting for the western boundary fault of the TLFZ, abbreviated to F4, took place at ca. 90 Ma and for the eastern boundary fault, abbreviated to F1, happened from 70 to 60 Ma. During the two phases of reactivity imposed by the same NE-SW extension, the TLFZ experienced uplifting and no sediments were deposited in the two grabens. It is suggested that the TLFZ experienced extension during the Late Cretaceous, which supports the inference that lithospheric thinning was still undergoing in the east of the North China Craton during the Late Cretaceous magmatic hiatus. 展开更多

The Waziyu metamorphic core complex is situated at the eastern end of the Yanshan tectonic belt.The NNE-striking detachment ductile shear zone in the core complex lies between the Archean metamorphic basement and Fuxin-Yixian rift basin,dips NW gently,and shows corrugation folds.Exposure structures,microstructures,and quartz C-axis fabrics all indicate top-to-the WNW sense of shear,i.e.,ca.285°,for the shear zone.Estimates of the deformation temperatures(ca.550-250°C) demonstrate its mid-crustal origination and progressive deformation from deep to shallow levels.The northern segment of the shear zone shows relatively weak exhumation with exposures of low-temperature mylonites whereas its middle and southern segments have more intense uplifting with exposures of high-temperature mylonites.Biotite and muscovite 40 Ar/39 Ar ages,U-Pb dating results of zircon from dikes and plutons as well as formation ages of the supra-detachment basin all suggest the formation time of 135-100 Ma for the core complex.The formation was also associated with syntectonic emplacement of the Early Cretaceous Shishan pluton.The western margin of the core complex was truncated by the Sunjiawan-Shaohuyingzi brittle normal fault when it uplifted to shallow crust levels,and finally exhumed to near-surface levels.The core complex was developed by the rolling-hinge model under WNW-ESE extension during the Early Cretaceous peak destruction of the North China Craton.Ductile flow did not appear in the lower plate,therefore not supporting the low-crust gravitational collapse. 展开更多
