In order to improve the threading stability and the head thickness precision in tandem hot rolling process,an adaptive threading strategy was proposed.The proposed strategy was realized by the rolling characteristics analysis,and factors which affect the rolling force and the final thickness were determined and analyzed based on the influence coefficients calculation process.An objective function consisting of the influenced factors was founded,and the disturbance quantity was obtained by minimizing the function with the Nelder-Mead simplex method,and the proposed adaptive threading strategy was realized based on the calculation results.The adaptive threading strategy has been applied to one 7-stand hot tandem mill successfully,actual statistics data show that the predicted rolling force prediction in the range of ±5.0% is improved to 97.8%,the head thickness precision in the range of ±35 μm is improved to 98.5%,and the threading stability and the head thickness precision are enhanced to a high level. 展开更多

Controlling the looper height and strip tension is important in hot strip mills because these variables affect both the strip quality and strip threading. Many researchers have proposed and applied a variety of control schemes for this problem, but the increasingly strict market demand for strip quality requires further improvements. This work describes a dynamic matrix predictive control(DMC) strategy that realizes the optimal control of a hydraulic looper multivariable system. Simulation experiments for a traditional controller and the proposed DMC controller were conducted using MATLAB/Simulink software. The simulation results show that both controllers acquire good control effects with model matching. However, when the model is mismatched, the traditional controller produces an overshoot of 32.4% and a rising time of up to 2120.2 ms, which is unacceptable in a hydraulic looper system. The DMC controller restricts the overshoot to less than 0.08%, and the rising time is less than 48.6 ms in all cases. 展开更多

A novel model of the evolution of microstructure during continuous cooling with the formation of proeutectoid ferrite in steel was proposed from a Voronoi construction for the austenite grains, based on the Rappaz′s integral nucleation model and the assumption that the ferrite nucleates at the edges of the original austenite grains and the successive growth of the ferrite grain is radial. The model can be used to calculate the fraction of ferrite as a function of time or temperature during continuous cooling, and to determine the microstructure of ferrite. The calculated results are in agreement with experimental results investigated in 0 38C-0 28Si-0 55Mn-0 92Cr-0 20Mo steel under continuous cooling using a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator. 展开更多

带钢冷连轧控制是系统性极强、技术难度极大、精度要求极高的综合性技术,是保证冷轧带钢产品质量和生产效率的主要手段。东北大学自主开发了冷连轧全套自动化系统,涵盖了轧机主令控制、自动厚度控制、自动板形控制、物流跟踪、模型设定... 带钢冷连轧控制是系统性极强、技术难度极大、精度要求极高的综合性技术,是保证冷轧带钢产品质量和生产效率的主要手段。东北大学自主开发了冷连轧全套自动化系统,涵盖了轧机主令控制、自动厚度控制、自动板形控制、物流跟踪、模型设定等功能,并研发了高精度数学模型、轧制规程多目标优化算法、加减速过程带钢厚度与张力补偿及轧制工艺优化等先进控制技术。所开发的系统已推广应用到多条冷连轧生产线中,现场应用表明,系统运行稳定,实现了0.17 mm极薄规格带钢高速稳定轧制,厚度偏差小于±2.5μm,板形标准差小于7 I。最后对轧制过程的智能化发展进行了展望。 展开更多

目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者幽门螺杆菌感染对血脂代谢、氧化应激指标及冠状动脉病变程度的影响研究。方法选取2017年1月-2019年5月在东营市胜利医院经冠脉造影确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的患者162例作为研究对象。采用... 目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者幽门螺杆菌感染对血脂代谢、氧化应激指标及冠状动脉病变程度的影响研究。方法选取2017年1月-2019年5月在东营市胜利医院经冠脉造影确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的患者162例作为研究对象。采用14C尿素呼气试验测定幽门螺杆菌感染状况,并根据14C尿素呼气试验结果分为感染组94例,非感染组68例。比较两组患者血脂代谢、氧化应激指标及冠状动脉病变程度的影响情况。结果感染组患者总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-c)水平分别为(5.46±1.13)mmol/L、(2.31±0.47)mmol/L、(3.49±1.07)mmol/L,高于非感染组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-c)水平为(1.21±0.39)mmol/L,低于非感染组(均P<0.05);感染组患者丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平高于非感染组,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、总抗氧化能力(Total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)水平低于非感染组(P<0.05);两组冠状动脉狭窄程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组冠状动脉轻度狭窄检出率低于非感染组,中度狭窄、重度狭窄的检出率高于非感染组(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者幽门螺杆菌感染后,可使体内脂质代谢发生紊乱,患者氧化应激反应明显,从而导致冠状动脉病变程度加重。因此,幽门螺杆菌感染在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生进展中起重要作用。 展开更多

目的探讨冠心病合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2018年3月-2019年4月在医院进行治疗的99例冠心病患者作为研究对象,C^14尿素呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pyl... 目的探讨冠心病合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2018年3月-2019年4月在医院进行治疗的99例冠心病患者作为研究对象,C^14尿素呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况,按照是否感染及感染的严重程度分为无感染组及轻度感染组和重度感染组。另选取同期于医院进行健康体检的健康人群50名作为健康对照组。检测两组研究对象血清中基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP-9)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)的水平。结果99例冠心病患者中,HP阳性患者52例,阳性率为52.53%。其中轻度感染29例,重度感染23例;Hp感染组患者的血清MMP-9、Hcy水平显著高于无Hp感染组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp感染重度患者的血清MMP-9、Hcy水平均显著高于Hp轻度感染的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者血清MMP-9和Hcy水平均显著升高,且Hp感染越严重,其水平越高。 展开更多

Feedback control is one of the most important ways to improve coiling temperature control precision during laminar cooling process.Laminar cooling equipments of a hot strip mill and structure of the control system were introduced.Feedback control algorithm based on PI controller and that based on Smith predictor were designed and tested in a hot strip mill respectively.Practical application shows that the feedback control system based on PI controller plays a limited role in improving coiling temperature control precision.The feedback control system based on Smith predictor runs stable and reliable.When the measured coiling temperature deviates from the target value,it can be adjusted to the required range quickly and steadily by Smith predictor feedback control,which improves the coiling temperature control precision greatly,and qualities of hot rolled strips are improved significantly 展开更多

The stress on flatness measuring roll was analyzed and a deflection model for the flatness measuring roll was obtained by using the influence function method. The model was developed on the basis of the deformation of flatness measuring roll in roiling process and compensation curve was obtained. The results indicated that the set curve of flatness is in good agreement with the online measured curve of flatness, and good strip flatness can be obtained. 展开更多

The existing research of the flatness control for strip cold rolling mainly focuses on the calculation of the optimum adjustment of individual flatness actuator in accordance with the flatness deviation , which is used for general flatness control.As the basis of flatness control system , the efficiencies of flatness actuators provide a quantitative description to the law of flatness control.Therefore , the determination of actuator efficiency factors is crucial in flatness control.The strategies of closed loop feedback flatness control and rolling force feed-forward control were established respectively based on actuator efficiency factors.For the purpose of obtaining accurate efficiency factors matrixes of flatness actuators , a self-learning model of actuator efficiency factors was established.The precision of actuator efficiency factors can be improved continuously by the input of correlative measured flatness data.Meanwhile , the self-learning model of actuator efficiency factors permits the application of this flatness control for all possible types of actuators and every stand type.The application results show that the self-learning model is capable of obtaining good flatness. 展开更多

Based on the influence coefficient method, the effect of entry strip crown on the shape of hot rolled strip was analyzed using the software of roll elastic deformation simulation. According to the practical condition of a domestic hot rolled strip plant, the unit strip crown change from the first stand to the last stand was calculated when the entry crown of hot strip varies. The calculated result shows that the entry strip crown does not significantly affect the target strip crown at the exit of the last finishing stand in respect to a fixed strip shape control reference (such as bending force). The calculation was analyzed, and the research is helpful in modeling strip shape setup and shape control. 展开更多
