热激蛋白90(HSP90,heat shock protein 90)广泛参与生物体的生长发育,对研究信号转导、细胞周期调控、蛋白降解及转运等生理生化代谢具有重要研究价值。为全面解析谷子HSP90基因家族信息,找到重要耐旱SiHSP90的优异单倍型,基于谷子基因... 热激蛋白90(HSP90,heat shock protein 90)广泛参与生物体的生长发育,对研究信号转导、细胞周期调控、蛋白降解及转运等生理生化代谢具有重要研究价值。为全面解析谷子HSP90基因家族信息,找到重要耐旱SiHSP90的优异单倍型,基于谷子基因组数据,利用生物信息学的方法对谷子HSP90基因家族成员进行了鉴定分析。结果表明,从谷子基因组水平共鉴定到9个SiHSP90基因家族,分布于5条染色体上,内含子数1~19个不等,编码蛋白质氨基酸个数为404~818;系统进化树分析结果显示,谷子HSP90基因家族分为4组;亚细胞定位预测结果显示该基因家族主要位于细胞质和内质网;基于已发表的谷子转录组数据进行组织表达分析,不同HSP90基因家族在不同组织中的表达模式不同;顺式作用元件分析得到9个响应胁迫与激素调控元件,表明谷子HSP90基因家族可在不同非生物胁迫下进行转录调控,响应不同的环境胁迫。耐旱与旱敏感的表达谱分析表明,HSP90基因家族SiHSP90-9在两类材料的多个组织表现极显著差异表达,对532份谷子品种SiHSP90-9基因进行单倍型分析发现,基因区变异极少,启动子区变异丰富,共分为4个单倍型,结合表型分析发现H004是最优异耐旱单倍型,且核心变异位点位于结合茉莉酸甲酯的顺式作用元件核心序列。 展开更多

针对传统软件无线电(SDR)平台的通用性差、面积大、离散化等问题,提出了使用Kintex7 FPGA与双通道射频收发器AD9371搭建一种通用且具有航天应用潜质的SDR平台。本平台与传统平台相比具有较高的适配性,使用嵌入在FPGA中的MicroBlaze、Nio... 针对传统软件无线电(SDR)平台的通用性差、面积大、离散化等问题,提出了使用Kintex7 FPGA与双通道射频收发器AD9371搭建一种通用且具有航天应用潜质的SDR平台。本平台与传统平台相比具有较高的适配性,使用嵌入在FPGA中的MicroBlaze、NiosII等软核处理器,通过C语言即可完成相关参数的配置,极大提高了平台对软件和操作系统的兼容性。同时严格遵守PCB设计规则,使平台性能达到最优。通过增益数据对比分析,证明本平台在功耗没有提升的情况下,发射功率明显优于官方评估板,同时极大地提高了工作效率,在无人机、电子战和军用通信等方面都有巨大的应用前景。 展开更多

A biconcave particle suspended in a Poiseuille flow is investigated by the multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method with the Galilean-invariant momentum exchange method.The lateral migration and equilibrium of the particle are similar to the Segré-Silberberg effect in our numerical simulations.Surprisingly,two lateral equilibrium positions are observed corresponding to the releasing positions of the biconcave particle.The upper equilibrium positions significantly decrease with the increasing Reynolds number,whereas the lower ones are almost insensitive to the Reynolds number.Interestingly,the regular wave accompanied by nonuniform rotation is exhibited in the lateral movement of the biconcave particle.It can be attributed to the fact that the biconcave shape in various postures interacts with the parabolic velocity distribution of the Poiseuille flow.A set of contours illustrate the dynamic flow field when the biconcave particle has successive postures in a rotating period. 展开更多

The apparent slip between solid wall and liquid is studied by using the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) and the Shan-Chen multiphase model in this paper. With a no-slip bounce-back scheme applied to the interface, flow regimes under different wall wettabilities are investigated. Because of the wall wettability, liquid apparent slip is observed. Slip lengths for different wall wettabilities are found to collapse nearly onto a single curve as a function of the static contact angle, and thereby a relationship between apparent slip length and contact angle is suggested. Our results also show that the wall wettability leads to the formation of a low-density layer between solid wall and liquid, which produced apparent slip in the micro-scale. 展开更多

The dynamics of two-phase flows with a constant driving force inside a micro-channel is studied by using the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) and the Shan-Chen multiphase model in this article. Flow regimes under different wall wettabilities and over smooth and grooved geometric surfaces are investigated. It is found that flow behaviors are strongly affected by the wall wettability and topography. Our results show that the LBM is efficient and accurate, and has very good application prospect in the study of drag reduction of microscopic seepage of reservoir. 展开更多
