新疆谷子种质资源评价及产业研究进展

【目的】综合评价谷子种质资源农艺性状,为新疆谷子资源收集、评价和利用提供科学依据。【方法】运用统计学方法汇总。【结果】利用聚类分析和主成分分析方法,对参试资源农艺性状的遗传多样性进行综合评价。应用SSR分子标记研究新疆谷... 【目的】综合评价谷子种质资源农艺性状,为新疆谷子资源收集、评价和利用提供科学依据。【方法】运用统计学方法汇总。【结果】利用聚类分析和主成分分析方法,对参试资源农艺性状的遗传多样性进行综合评价。应用SSR分子标记研究新疆谷子种质资源的遗传多样性,从分子水平明确新疆谷子种质资源遗传多样性的特点、亲缘关系和遗传背景等,采用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,在遗传相似数为0.75处,124份谷子种质资源被划分为4个类群。通过SSR聚类分析,结合表型性状筛选鉴定出12份适宜新疆不同生态区种植的谷子优异种质。目前,即主要采用杂交选育、诱变等常规手段,分子标记为辅。【结论】新疆生产的小米色泽金黄、口感粘香,主要营养成分蛋白、淀粉、脂肪、硒等含量超过国内多个省(市、自治区)。新疆小麦、玉米、棉花等生产上使用的中耕机、割晒机、联合收获机经过改装调整可应用于谷子田间管理和收获等环节,结合研制出的谷子精量穴播器,使新疆谷子生产从播种到收获实现全程机械化。 展开更多

管座角焊缝由于结构特殊、受力复杂,在焊接过程中容易出现未焊透、未熔合等危险性缺陷,在运行过程中易产生应力集中。针对小径管管座角焊缝的结构特点,设计制作了两种不同形式(安放式、插入式)的角焊缝对比试块,用于调整检测灵敏度以提... 管座角焊缝由于结构特殊、受力复杂,在焊接过程中容易出现未焊透、未熔合等危险性缺陷,在运行过程中易产生应力集中。针对小径管管座角焊缝的结构特点,设计制作了两种不同形式(安放式、插入式)的角焊缝对比试块,用于调整检测灵敏度以提高检测精度。利用制作的典型缺陷试样进行试验,总结形成了小径管管座角焊缝的相控阵检测专用工艺方案。通过在火力发电机组安装和检修工程中的应用,验证了检测工艺的可行性和准确性。该检测工艺的制定可为相控阵超声检测技术在管座角焊缝检测中的推广应用提供参考与借鉴。 展开更多

The paper is concerned with the improvement of the rational representation theory for solving positive-dimensional polynomial systems. The authors simplify the expression of rational representation set proposed by Tan and Zhang(2010), obtain the simplified rational representation with less rational representation sets, and hence reduce the complexity for representing the variety of a positive-dimensional ideal. As an application, the authors compute a "nearly" parametric solution for the SHEPWM problem with a fixed number of switching angles. 展开更多

Ideal interpolation is a generalization of the univariate Hermite interpolation. It is well known that every univariate Hermite interpolant is a pointwise limit of some Lagrange interpolants.However, a counterexample provided by Shekhtman Boris shows that, for more than two variables,there exist ideal interpolants that are not the limit of any Lagrange interpolants. So it is natural to consider: Given an ideal interpolant, how to find a sequence of Lagrange interpolants(if any) that converge to it. The authors call this problem the discretization for ideal interpolation. This paper presents an algorithm to solve the discretization problem. If the algorithm returns "True", the authors get a set of pairwise distinct points such that the corresponding Lagrange interpolants converge to the given ideal interpolant. 展开更多

Moreover, the authors solve the discrete approximation problem in ideal interpolation for the breadth-one D-invariant subspace. Every univariate Hermite interpolation problem can be written as a pointwise limit of Lagrange interpolants.However,this property is not preserved for the multivariate case.In this paper,the authors first generalize the result of P.Gniadek.As an application,the authors consider the discrete approximation problem for a special case when the interpolation condition contains all partial derivatives of order less than n and one nth order differential polynomial.In addition,for the case of n≥3,the authors use the concept of Cartesian tensors to give a sufficient condition to find a sequence of discrete points,such that the Lagrange interpolation problems at these points converge to the given Hermite-type interpolant. 展开更多
