基于SCoT分子标记的61份加工型黄瓜种质资源遗传多样性分析及DNA指纹图谱构建

为探明加工型黄瓜种质资源的亲缘关系及遗传多样性,为新品种选育提供理论依据,采用目标起始密码子多态性标记(SCoT)技术,以61份加工型黄瓜种质资源为试验材料,进行遗传多样性分析并构建DNA指纹图谱。结果表明,从100条SCoT引物中筛选出8... 为探明加工型黄瓜种质资源的亲缘关系及遗传多样性,为新品种选育提供理论依据,采用目标起始密码子多态性标记(SCoT)技术,以61份加工型黄瓜种质资源为试验材料,进行遗传多样性分析并构建DNA指纹图谱。结果表明,从100条SCoT引物中筛选出8条扩增条带清晰、多态性高且重复性好的引物;利用筛选出的引物对61份黄瓜种质基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,共扩增出238个位点信息,其中多态性位点227个,平均多态性位点百分比为95.38%;采用NTSYS-pc 2.1软件计算得出供试的61份材料间的遗传相似系数分布在0.588~0.920之间,遗传相似系数最小的材料分别是34号与55号,二者在瓜色、叶片形状及果实形状方面存在较大差异,说明两者亲缘关系最远。基于遗传相似系数对其进行UPGMA聚类分析和树状图绘制,在相似系数0.735处,可将其划分为7个类群,说明61份黄瓜种质材料背景存在差异,但多数地域来源相近、生境相似地区的种质被聚在同一类群。利用2对特异性较大的引物SCoT12和SCoT83构建的DNA指纹图谱可单独鉴别出61份黄瓜种质资源,该图谱可为黄瓜分类与鉴定提供科学依据。 展开更多

A newapproach is discovered by investigation that the noise can be obviously reduced in a shop floor byoptimizing the scheduling between work pieces and machine tools. Based on the discovery, a newmethod of noise reduction is proposed. A noise reduction scheduling model in a shop floor isestablished, and the application of the model is also discussed. Thermal groundwater resources were found to have occurred in deep-seated bedrock aquifers in the northeastern North China plain near Tianjin, China. Meso- to Neo-Proterozoic and Paleozoic carbonate rocks on the Cangxian uplift are capable of yielding 960-4 200 m 3/d of 60 to 96 ℃ water from the wells ranging in depth between 1 000 and 4 000 m. Conductive heat flow of 0.063 to 0.144 2 W/m 2 from the deep crust is responsible for this anomalous geothermal field. The water in the Ordovician aquifer is characterized by relatively high TDS, high concentrations of SO 4 and SO 4·Cl-Na·Ca type, but the waters from the Meso- to Neo-Proterozoic and Cambrian aquifers, by relatively low TDS, low concentrations of SO 4 and predominantly Cl·SO 4-Na type. It is noted that when the temperature of the waters increases at a rate of 10 ℃ in the range of 30-100 ℃, the content of SiO 2 increases at a rate of 12 to 15 mg/L, and fluoride concentration increases at a rate of 2.3 to 2.5 mg/L. Hydrochemical and isotopic data suggest that the thermal water in the bedrock aquifers is of meteoric origin and recharged in the northern mountain area to the north of the Baodi-Ninghe fault, and then flows laterally for a long distance from the north to the south to the city of Tianjin. Temperature of the waters increases because of heat exchange with the rocks and recharge by conductive heat flow from beneath. 展开更多

属灵派不是一种宗派,而是一种神学取向。20世纪上半叶,中国基督教(新教)史上重要的特点之一是属灵派的抗争和崛起。属灵派传道人、独立的教会、团体、培训和出版机构的大量出现和成长,遍布城乡、如火如荼的奋兴布道运动,成为中国基督教... 属灵派不是一种宗派,而是一种神学取向。20世纪上半叶,中国基督教(新教)史上重要的特点之一是属灵派的抗争和崛起。属灵派传道人、独立的教会、团体、培训和出版机构的大量出现和成长,遍布城乡、如火如荼的奋兴布道运动,成为中国基督教界一支不可忽视的力量。在上海,虽然社会福音派始终占主导地位,但属灵派从19世纪末崛起,在20世纪20-30年代形成高潮,抗战中和解放战争中获得特殊机遇,持续发展,形成相当规模。解放前后在市区,属灵派教会和信徒占了半壁江山,是上海基督教史中不应忽视的历史现象。上海是属灵派领袖人物的集聚地、不少全国性组织总部的所在地、部分自创教会的诞生地,也是重要的人才培训基地、与社会福音派论战的主阵地、复兴运动的发起地,在中国属灵派发展史中,具有重要作用和特殊地位。但这方面的研究尚付阙如。本文描述了上海属灵派的西方渊源及相互关系;在沪属灵派的发展概况,包括跨宗派团体、上海大复兴运动、灵工团、独立性教会、在沪属灵派教会团体及宗教教育机构;分析了属灵派发生在此时、此地的原因,阐述了女性在属灵派的特殊地位和作用,论证了属灵派的产生和发展催生了中国人自办教会的另一种探索,并且引发了一场属灵派的合一运动。 展开更多

The kinetic and thermodynamic structure of typhoon Rammasun (No. 0205) over the Northwest Pacific has been analyzed, using NOAA-16 polar orbiting Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit (AMSU) data collected on 2 July, 2002. The three-dimensional variational (3DVAR) assimila-tion technology is used to assimilate the satellite observation. The results show that the characteristics of the 3D typhoon structure can be more reasonably described from the assimi-lated data. The warm-cored structure of the typhoon is en-hanced in the analyzed field, which corresponds to strong typhoon. The typhoon cyclonic circulation in the middle and lower layers is apparently strengthened, and the strong anti-cyclonic circulation appears at the top of the typhoon. The water vapor and its supply in the typhoon are enhanced. The microwave assimilation data may be used to supply the lack of the conventional observation data over the tropical ocean. 展开更多

Applying the Gauss diffusion equation, the spray diffusionin valley was studied under the conditions of continuous line source and random wind direction.Considering the spray-rain switching process, coagulation, condensation and evaporation of droplets,the authors calculated the air temperature, air relative humidity, spray density and the rainfallintensity in the lower reaches.
